I parked the car up by number 85, and enjoyed a pleasant walk along the brook for the entire length of the Ghost Train series. I was lucky to make a quick find here as the cache was lying on the ground when I arrived. I put it back where I thought it might go based on where I found it, but I'm not entirely sure it's the right place.
Thanks for the cache AmstradKid!

This series has been on several lists to attempt on previous forays but we had always run out of time to attempt. Today with iluvtrekking, it was on our 'must do list' and pleased to say we found them all on our first attempt - unlike the Anaconda series. A very sneeky hide.
Out and about with the Finlyclan. Was just laying on ground signed log tftc

Looked for this one a long time ago and came up emptyu handed, This time the GPS settled quickly and I started looking when I found the cache on the ground, So started to look at where it belonged and found another cache where the one on the ground most likely had come from. So second time around I found two! Entered details on both log books and put them both back where the second was found.. Hope that was where they belong.... but finally made 450 caches, longtime coming as we been a bit lean on lately... TFTH
Hunting ghost trains today with trevkevred....once again the GPS wasnt happy and took its time to settle...quite a sneaky hide this one Mister!

[:(!] Went for a late evening of caching before flying out to the Oz Mega Event, parked the geocar close to GZ and walked from there, on arrival at GZ the GPS took some to settle and by then the flash light caught something reflective and no sooner the cache was in hand. SL TFTC/TFTH
Second venture down this track. This time there was quite a lot of water lying about and very muddy in patches. There has been a lot of planting happening along the roadside close by this cache so care will need to be taken as they are not too obvious. And thankfully this time had no problems finding the cache. When standing at the correct angle it was quite visible. Thanks for the hunt AmstradKid.
Well 3rd time lucky here, armed with assurances that the cache is there, it was an easy find, when I got to GZ and thought where would I put a cache here. There is was in the 4th place I looked this time. Rehid the beasty Keego style, SL TFTH
AmstradKid..... "Come to the Darkside young Keego, the Cache is strong in you...
Keego..... "Noooooo......the pull is so strong"
Apologies to Stars Wars

Another visit to this cache, as I arrived a SERCUL crew were weeding and cleaning the area. As I was in my urban camo gear, I blended in. Having seen that the cache has been replaced I was keen to scout this one out. Alas the ghost came back to haunt me, I could not find this cache again. It was hard to be thorough as I had neighbours but had a good look. I will keep watching to see if anyone finds this elusive cache.
Had a good look about in the likely places for no luck. Found ZodiakHorizon's sunglasses though!
No luck for me, and I lost my sunnies here somewhere too......
but will be back.............
but will be back.............
Another DNF, there has been a bit tree damage here with branches down some in the GZ according to my GPSr. They were too lare to shift, I did check them for the cache just in case. I checked all the usual AK hidey spots but no cigar on this one. Will watch this one.
After an intensive search I came away without a Smiley. It appears the local environmentalists have been planting seeedlings around this area so care is needed not trample them ( the seedlings that is !! )
This was not the most straight forward as there were just so many likely hiding locations. Sneeky hide. We were very pleased with the find. TFTC
Likewise. No go here. There was a muggle nearby in the yards, that made searching a bit hard. But never the less enjoying our afternoon
Searched around for about 10 min but couldn't find this one today so onto the next.
At GZ I could see this one was not going to be discovered easily and that's the way it turned out.
Well that took a while to locate! Ally's angels found it after revisiting the original hiding spot. Very well hidden. TFTH
Had a long search for this one but just as we were all leaving mr allys angels cries the line out "found it"
The final one for me on this side of the bridge. An enjoyable little series of caches, much preferred to the Anaconda series. TFTC.
After doing the caches on the other side of the road I came over and did this one. Found OK once the GPS gave a stable GZ for me.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Once I figured out that all the containers of this series weren't the same (obviously not by reading the cache page) I found that my GPS was showing me true GZ and we made the find.
Nice afternoon walk in the bush. TFTC.

We walked past this one the first time due to some bloke poking around in the yard nearby.
About a 10 minute search as we widened the area..
Then did a Gardengorilla read the description and realised it was not a "regular" size cache so a quick
going over the obvious spots in the GZ bought up the goods.
Cheers a nice little series and walk.

We think we have found this one! But am not quite sure as it was empty!!!
Am emailing AmstraKid to check if we were correct.
Have left a makeshift log in it in case it is the cache.

Yes!!! After confirmation from AmstradKid we can log this as a FTF!
The cache was actually put there empty by mistake! Good job we put a temporary log in there!
5/5 FTF's on this series!!

Arranged with Duncdonut73 to look for these caches early this morning. Arrived at the GZ, and after a few minutes Duncan spotted the cache. Looks like the CassidyFamily had left a piece of paper in it, so we signed it, and replaced it where we found it. TFTC
