After stomping around for a bit unable to spot it in the dead of night, i resorted to gaining some extra info. with the hint in mind i scoured around and eventually made the find. TFTC the container is well made
Very good with the hint. Could have been searching for a while without it, but armed with the info, soon spotted something that looked arranged by human hands. Sure enough, made the find. TFTC
#7956After rain and cold called off our 6hr walk, we headed into urban Sydney for whatever we could find with Mighty Minions and BigMatt. The cache is a little wet, but signable arent the trees here awesome! Thanks for the cache!
#7956Nice quick find with Mighty Minions and Big Matt! TNLN SLThanks for placing and maintaining this cache smitchnstu
Big Matt, lee737, Samuel737 and I had plans to attempt a big hike out to panorama cache today, but the weather gods decided differently, so we had to change our plans and then the trains were not working so we had to change our plans again. We ended up having a great day with lots of finds and fun. we parked nearby and walked down for a nice quick find. thanks for the cache smitchnstu tnln replaced as found sl
Thanks for this cache. Had fun locating it with two children. Made a couple of swaps! Log is wet but we managed to sign.
Avenged an earlier DNF. After finding correct tall tree was just as described! Thanks for maintaining.
Thanks for bringing me to this park that i often dont even notice! Love the history
On my way for two days of caching around lake Macquarie. A quick find here.TFTC Wilbert67
Found with Shaneo58, doing some around the Normanhurst Areas, Getting away from Lake Macquarie come down by train, on this fine winter day. Shane made a quick find , nice container. Well hidden.

After several DNFs I was walking the dog through this park and the noisy nest was going off. So I ventured in for another crack at it. And this time I was successful! TFTC
Cache is back and ready to go.
Best entry point to avoid bush bashing is in the attached photo and then make your way left.
Thanks for your patience. Glad to know it was there all along but the extra leaf litter plus expansion of the bush area made it trickier to find.
Happy caching

After searching for an hour we located it exactly where it should be but buried under two years of leaf litter… log is full but contents relatively dry. Will clean up and replace ASAP.
Hi - I need to wait until the weather becomes a bit better to fix this one up. Just too boggy at the moment. It’s also supposed to rain more next week. Being stuck in iso hasn’t helped either. Will get to it as soon as I can.
Hi - I’ve checked the cache and there is a lot of undergrowth due to the wet weather the last few months. I’m not convinced it isn’t there. But it may have moved a bit from its original location. I camouflaged it too well! Will have another more thorough look as soon as possible and if it doesn’t appear then I’ll replace the container. Thanks

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 30 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

Searched for about 30 mins and had no luck. Maybe it's because I'm inexperienced but based on the previous dnf's a checkup might be needed soon...
Lingered for a decent amount of time.
Hint wasn't a help because the GPS was bouncing all over the place, there are many tall trees and a lot of ground cover.

Had a good look but to no success. Thick ground cover too - suggest maintenance required
No luck today.
I spent quite a bit of time searching but couldnt come up with anything.
I wonder if it has wandered from its original hiding place and coordinates.
Maybe another time.

Thanks to Rama497 who checked into the cache today and it is still there. I will enable the listing but will endeavour to perform some tidy up on it this week. It’s just a bit trickier to find than usual.
Was found today and photos sent to me so am enabling it. Will check on it during the week.

With four consecutive DNFs, this cache is probably in need of a check by the CO. Could this be completed and a report given on its status, please?
Had a good look around but didn't find in the long grass and fallen branches. Next time!
Morning exercise run and rode past for another quick look. Still couldn't locate it. Did need to pull a thousand seeds from my socks though. Back another time.
This cache didn’t live up to its name today - it was very quiet! For a hide that’s pretty much out in the open it took a little while to find. All is safe and dry and it was a nice walk in to GZ. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Out with Mrsmith00 this afternoon, we thought we’d give this another go.
We’d dnf-ed together it last year, and despite his find back in 2015, he couldn’t remember where or what it was.
So another look was absolutely required, it took us quite some time, but eventually a photo from a previous finder narrowed our search area, and we soon after had the CIH.

Today we headed up to Hornsby to do some shopping, stopping off on the way at Turramurra for a solved Mystery/Puzzle cache, and then after the shopping to do some caching around Normanhurst for another solved Mystery/Puzzle cache and a couple of new Traditionals. Also revisited an old DNF and another waypoint of a longish Multi that we have been slowly working on. This was the 5th of 5 finds, and 1 waypoint, for the day.
After finding the two new Traditionals in Brickpit Park, we next came to this one, our last cache of the day. It's been over four years since I DNFed this one, so it was well overdue for a revisit, and today I had the family's chief puzzle solver along to help with the search.
Arrived at a familiar GZ and started the search, rechecking all of the spots that I had previously checked, but thankfully the family's chief puzzle solver has better eyesight than me and soon spotted the hide and had CIH. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. Glad to be able to clear that one off our DNF list. TFTC smitchnstu.

OCW the Bebes. Took a little longer than expected but eventually came up with the goods. Tftc
The quiet nest was found but the chicks had flown the coup. Not even a passing train to disturb the peacerul setting. TFTC
Jumped over a couple of wee fences and think that I found the tall tree but alas no cache.
It seems like there was work recently done to this area, very close to the GZ, a small fence has been put up. There were two older muggles sitting about 150m way in the car park watching me, and then one started to approach me, only when I turned around did he stop and then watched me walk out of sight. Such a shame as I walked like 2km to get this cache this morning. I'll keep you all posted on coming back another time and seeing if the cache is still here
Having read the last log I knew to expect spider webs, and did my best to avoid them.
Inevitably I ran into just about all of them and a few spiders too. I was glad to have found the cache really quickly.
TFTC!

It was wet but searched around for a while and found it. Let it as it was hidden
Getting fuel and a few breakfast supplies before heading back to Albury - time for a few caches before it gets too hot.
Parked at the guide hall and walked down. After scratching a bit looked up lots and realised this wouldn’t be so easy. Used a previous photo and finally found the container - TFTC

Found with Lyn999. A stinking hot day at home here in Cherrybrook today, but the lure of a cache with a trackable is hard to resist so out we went. Parked up at the Scout Hall and headed in. Both our phones were pointing all over the place, but eventually we agreed on a GZ and begun a systematic grid search After a bit of poking and prodding about, there it was just about under my shoe! Grabbed TB, left a rubber duck. Signed the log and replaced with a bit of extra camo. TFTC!
Found with Bigswifty1. This was an extremely hot day so we read all the hints prior to attempting find. The musician finds his notes! Seems fitting! Tftc
Phew, couldn’t have found this without the help of photos from previous finders! The hint provided is questionable - it’s not really to the left OR an especially tall tree, so the cache may have shifted over time. Log book is full, I signed inside the front cover. A nice one for the kids though, with a playground and lots of lovely long grass to play in. TFTC
This took a while to find as the grass is quite long due to all the rain. I signed at the front of the log book where there was some space. Thanks smitchnstu.
Found (after a bit of searching) on the way to my son's basketball final. As indicated by a previous poster, the log is completely full. TFTC.
Lol that was harder than you’d think! Got there in the end though! TNLN TFTC

This is the 3rd visit to this one to find it.
I was determined today to find it.
After contacting the CO and getting a hit from a posted photo, I went off to find this.
I got to GZ and walked over the the back of the area. As I turned around to match up the photo with the location and bingo there it was. Just teasing me to say I have been here all this time.
I signed the log, which is full and needs to be replaced.
I also marked the GPS location as
S 33 43.335
E 151 05.533
This photo is looking at the cache for those who need some help.

When back today to put this one to bed.
I searched for 20min, everywhere and I am sure I am at GZ.
This one is really well hidden.
Maybe is time to get some help.

Tricky find, took a while with GPS bouncing around. Well covered but not with vines. Left TB. TFTC
No vines but lots of tall trees, took some searching to find. Dropped off a TB. TFTC
Looking for a quick find on the way home.
I search for about 20min but could not find.
It seems that it is there as today 1 other person did a DNF and 1 other person did a Found it.
The vines have gone and there are lots of tall trees.
Will have to go back another day to find it.

Only 1 train passed while I was here. The wind was blowing and large branches fell around me as I signed the log book carelessly. If one had hit me, I'd be in serious trouble!
