### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process. It certainly needs to be checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating, or the posted coordinates.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute that is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by bubblensqueak and to take it off the playing board to prevent further inconvenience to our Geocaching Community.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been taken by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will conclude that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition and waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayang -GeoffCommunity Reviewer

Had a long search before the walk then another shorter one after but no luck. Thought we checked every nook within the rocks but just couldn't see it. Just got some more spinifex splinters for our trouble. Great walk but very hot on way up until we hit the palm shade. Awesome views & rock art & colourful rocks.

After spending a few days in Kununurra we hit the road again with iluvtrekking as we headed to Darwin with one overnight stop enroute. We were stunned by the amazing vistas we saw along the way - truly breathtaking. Lovely picnic area with only a few muggles about. This was a difficult find and it is entirely due to Mr iluvttrekking refusing to give in that we were able to log our find. Thanks bubblensqueak

A couple of muggles cars in the car park but they were doing the walk so we were able to crawl over the rocks and find the cache. All in good condition. Signed the log, returned to original location and then we did the walk. What a beautiful escarpment and some interesting rock art toward the end of the top of the ridge. A magnificent place. TFTC

Starting to head back east towards Victoria River and eventually home after spending 5 fantastic weeks exploring this part of our magnificent country.
Only a couple of Britz vans in here but there was toilet paper everywhere among 5he Rocks what is wrong with some people.
Searched in a few places found the cache and can report that all is good at GZ.

My husband and I started caching in 2006. Placing quiet a few caches over the years. Unfortunately Garry's life was cut short in an accident Dec 2016. As we moved around a little with his work our caches are well spread out and I currently don't have the time to get to all of them to replace logbooks. I am asking if you are planning on visiting any of our caches if you wouldn't mind taking along a spare notebook and replace if necessary. Already I have had to archive a few but would love to keep the remaining ones going for years to come. I would be most grateful to anyone for helping out.

It took us a while to locate this well hidden cache, and then the challenge continued as we attempted retrieval. Luckily this wasn’t too hard once we were in the correct spot, where you couldn’t even see the cache from!
This is a amazing area, with stunning colours along the escarpments. We are lucky to be here when most of the country retains a lot of green and the contrasts are fantastic.

We are continuing to travel across northern Australia from one side to the other after attending the Red Centre Experience. We were camped at Timber Creek last night and are heading eastwards. This area was a very convenient place to stop and have our morning cuppa. While Pa organised that, I managed to add my name to the log. TFTC Stamped log. TNLN

19-Jun-17
After having a very pleasant day's caching in Katherine it was time to head west and pick up some caches between here and Timber Creek.

We pulled up here and couldn't believe our luck as there was only one caravan here and he was parked quite a way off so we started to search in case anyone else turned up. Unfortunately this one took a lot longer than it should have and we went round and round, up and down, under and over and were still empty handed. Another two vans had pulled in by now but they still weren't a concern at gz. We were about to call it a dnf and thought one more go and this time we must have been looking at a slightly different angle and spotted the hide and very happily added our name to the log before returning the container.
On our way out we counted another four caravans going in so it looks like we got in there just before peak period.

Thanks bubblensqueak for the cache.

Another awesome part of the ranges here. So many wonderful walks and beautiful areas to explore. We bypassed this spot last year, as we were towing a van. Back this year, and still towing, decided to drive in. So glad we did. Plenty of room to get in and out and a spot that would have been a pity to miss. TFTC and for bringing us here.

I drove up here in the evening and the sun shining off the long escarpment was absolutely spectacular. Then next morning I returned very early to do the walk. I was able to do it all in shade, which was cooler. The view through the silhouetted trees as dawn appeared on the far escarpment was a beautiful scene.
The cache I did look for for awhile and was relieved when I found it, as I wanted to give this a favourite for bringing me here. TFTC bubblensqueak.

Our current visit to Australia had been in the planning for over a year with the very significant help and advice from friends who live in Melbourne. The original plan was for a 2 month visit, but as things progressed we just couldn't help extending our trip to the full 90 days allowed on our visas - after all it's a big country and so much to see and do, especially with our favourite pastimes being birding, hiking and of course geocaching! Our journey started with our arrival at Perth airport followed by a day cycling around Rottnest Island before travelling on to Adelaide where we met up with our friends. We then continued on to spend some time on Kangaroo Island, before heading to Melbourne via Goolwa, Strathalbyn, Coorong, Mount Gambier, Cape Bridgewater, the Grampians National Park, Port Campbell, Cape Otway and Lorne, cramming in as much as possible on route. The second leg of our journey was a fabulous 9 days in Tasmania. Having then returned to Melbourne we set off on the third leg of our journey, which was to Sydney via Wilson’s Promontory, Lakes Entrance, Mallacoota, Pambula Beach, Thredbo, Canberra and Fitzroy Falls. We then spent a few days in Sydney with geocaching friends efore flying on to the Gold Coast for the fourth leg of our travels, that included visits to Lamington National Park, Noosa and an overnight trip out to Fraser Island. We then flew from Brisbane to Cairns, where we spent a couple of nights before heading out to the birding hotspots of Yungaburra and Daintree. Following on from a visit to Cape Tribulation we turned to Port Douglas. After a day out on the Great Barrier Reef we returned to Cairns for the flight to Alice Springs and the fifth leg of our travels, which was a wonderful week driving the circuit to and from Ayers Rock in our 4x4 camper. On returning to Alice Springs we then flew on to Darwin, where we picked up another 4x4 camper. We are currently making our way towards Broome via Kakadu, Cooinda, Katherine Gorge, Kununarra, Lake Argyle, Emma Gorge, the Bungle Bungle’s and Fitzroy Crossing. Our last two nights in Australia will be spent in Broome before we fly back to Perth, from where we will connect with the flight all the way back home to Zimbabwe via South Africa. We already know we can't wait to return!

We found this one after a brief rummage among the rocks, and then we went on the very enjoyable Joe's Creek walk at sunrise. Thanks so much for the cache.

Every caching day must have its highlight and for me, this was it [^]
No not the cache silly !!
(Well at least that was why I wandered in here to have a look) [^]
The walk !! …. that you don't actually have to do to find the cache Wink

With the day still young, I found the cache on a short stroll around the carpark.
I placed the budgie travel bug here where it should feel at home.

Then it was time to go for the stroll.
And as promised it is a good'un !!
Take note of the suggested time to complete the walk too.
It may sound a bit too long that 90 minutes, but I reckon that is about right Razz
Oh and wearing thongs, or a thong on this walk is just not on !! [:o]
