Looked all around and could not find. We were approached by the owner of the bordering property who asked what we were doing. We explained, but suspect she may have disposed of cache as she has had some trouble with people throwing rubbish onto her property etc. We offered to take away some trash for the owner (old cans etc lying around) with our always handy rubbish bags for this sort of thing. Think she was happy when we left!
No luck today. Nothing to be found around GZ, saw a spot that looked like it could have been the right place, nothing to either side for a good 8-10 meters.
No luck here. I thought that this cache may be gone, as mum has found it previously, but still we couldn't find!
But maybe it's just become very well hidden under the cover.

Searched all the likely and the unlikely places however this one escaped me.
Found about 10m from GZ. Maybe it has been placed a wee bit further away from water. TFTC
Found, but it was in the open, and on private property, i.e. behind the fence, and completely uncovered.
It was about 6-8 m from GZ. Have replaced outside the fence, but not visible from the roadside.
It is not near the ditch, so I presume that there has been major cache creep here. Perhaps the owner could replace in the correct spot or update the coorfinates.

GPS had me on the wrong side of the road to begin with. A cache like they should be for family caching. TFTC
TFTC. GPS lead us on a bit of a goose chase but good old instinct got us there instead
A nice easy one thanks. The jogger running past looked at me a bit strangely though.
Starting looking to hard for this one. Nice easy find when I came to my senses. TFTC.

Searched down and around, but finally found where we had already walked past. TFTC.
Didn't take us long to find this cache snuggled in next to it's protector for some warmth on this cold day. Thanks Daddy'o for placing the cache and bringing us out into the countryside today.
Hey, woof... JC Cache Dawg here...
I'm loading all my finds from my Alpha Males (aka GenCuster) logs, where he deigned to remember that I was with him... As if he could forget...08:20

This certainly was a quick find. Leaving Mosgiel and the Mega for the last time. It was nice to find such a big cache.
This was the first time we got muggled by a horse.... Would be interesting to figure out what they thought... TFTC
Heading homewards now, it's been a big day (&weekend!) Find no. 40/44 find for my mega event weekend!

NZ12. Out caching with Dazzatron today. Although we did not go to the farm we were able to approach this one without injury. Not such a bad place actually. Thanks.

A shared find with my Aussie caching mates Winglen, Zsazsa7, Sol de Lune and Fitzy-1965 as a part of the NZMEGA2012 experience and our subsequent tour.
Out in a drizzle carefully following the hint instructions (and not doing any nose-dives into the ditch) when we were muggled by a policeman who stopped to check us out. Had a quick chat with him - he was looking for a wandering cattle beast on a side road. Then got distracted by the find and an amazing petrol voucher that dropped into our appreciative hands.
Thanks Daddy'o and thanks MEGA team for the Mega voucher.

Gathering dusk and a group of five were huddled around something on the side of the road, when along came a police car. Nothing for it but to explain about geocaching and the event! He was quite charming, listened then headed off, not to catch bad guys but in search of a stray cow! And a petrol voucher in the cache, thanks organisers of the Mega. And thanks Daddy'o.
5486 + 591 = 6077. Day 2 of my week long visit to the New Zealand South Island for the NZ Mega 2012 event along with Sol de Lune, Zsazsa7, Winglen and RexTrex.
After we left the Mega site we headed towards Mosgiel for more caches. This cache was a nice quick find although the fun really started when the Police pulled over to see what we were doing! A quick explanation and he was on his way to bigger and better things - looking for stray Cow !! Thanks Daddy'o !

It took a little longer than normal because we over thought it. Lovely spot though. Found with the Earthbounds.
Was in Dunedin to attended the first ever Mega in New Zealand. Managed to work it out so that I was able to team up with fozzmiester and agcnz on an 8 day caching trip around the South Island, this was day 2 of the road trip.
After finding GC3BV2F - Cabbage Patch (Otago), this was the next cache that we had on our list to find today, it was really starting to get late in the evening now and we were still making our way back to Dunedin, but we were also picking up a few caches along the way.
This was the next cache that we had on our list to find today, as it was a driveby cache we knew that it wasnt going to be too hard to find, as we neared GZ we managed to find a parking spot not far from GZ so it was a very short walk to the cache.
Arriving at GZ it only took a few seconds and we soon had the cache in hand signed and then returned the cache back to where it belonged, thanks for placing this cache here and for bringing us to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (5017), now I know why this cache was named so.

TFTC. This was a peaceful spot and where I initally was looking in the wrong location. Thought better of it and avoiding the water looked elsewhere. That was better. Log signed and cache just returned when the Aussie advance party pull up with a friendly wave.
The NZ Mega starts (officially) today, so I headed out to the ol’ Scout Camp to spend some time socialising & caching...
Tagged along with Sully1, Bogonhazy, tackle_head & The Empire for the day... Had a fantastic day caching, laughing, sightseeing & laughing (Does it get any better than this???)
Grabbed this cache whilst travelling & taking in the fantastic views around the area... What an absolutely beautiful country to explore and photograph...
Thanks For The Cache & for bringing us here
