Out on a wonderful evening with the bestie Blazer Triaz, I’m sure if we had fun this in daylight we might of had a better view. Nice little hide, quick to collect and place back. TFTC
Out on a wonderful evening with Ms SmokeyBear, covering some territory we had yet to explore. Out on an adventure we go! Nice little hide, quick to collect and place back. TFTC
A quiet lockdown walk this morning, on a sunny, cold last day of autumn. Not many people around here, so a quick find. Cheers!
On a road trip to Phillip Island for a couple of weeks, picking up random caches as we travel around seeing the sites. Today we stopped by here to have a look around and to find the cache which took far longer to locate than it should have but Mrs Pooky soon spotted the hide. TFTC and bringing us to this spot.
Absolutely nobody's around here the wind and rain has blown everyone away found quickly signed and replaced...TFTC
Knew where to look, and good spot to hide! Pelicans say hi! Beautiful quiet place on Phillip Island when so many other areas are busy!
#4481 Nice and quiet on the Island now the weekend has passed and the weather is rather nasty too. We grabbed a pizza for dinner and headed down to this spot to watch the waves. Before we departed back to our accom we grabbed this cache in which we added another logsheet. TFTC Gonefishen07.
Nice easy find! Needs a new log, we unfortunately didn’t have any paper with us! TFTC
Sat on the beach front for lunch, pity the tide was out and shame the magpies thought they were more entitled to our lunch than we were.

After having lunch at a nearby establishment, I wandered over to grab this cache. Scanned the Munzee too, don't really know why .
Nice one, thanks Gonefishen07.
Nice one, thanks Gonefishen07.
While visiting the Island for a few days I had a couple of opportunities to find a cache or two.
With the others resting I took off into the night to grab a few nearby caches.
I couldn't pass by a cache named after such a prolific cacher of the area.
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache Gonefishen07

Nice easy find to start off our school holiday geocaching adventure with the geo-nephews! TFTC
Caching this weekend looking for the gems in the museum mystery hunt. Grabbing caches after the local CITO today. Quick find with only one muggle in the area apart from the pelicans. TFTC Gonefishen07
An easy find as we hunt for the code to the vault! Although, the local wildlife were trying to distract us from the hunt!
Quick and easy find. We did have some locals trying to distract us. But all is we we got it. Thanks for the cache Gonefishen07
Caching with Zedaycee and Angelique Anja.

Visited the island looking for whales and picked up some geocaches while I was there. This one was an easy find but had to take heaps of photos of the pelicans until the muggles left the area. The pelicans obliged but I think they were waiting for food. The cache was safe and sound and in good condition. Thanks Gonfishen07 for creating and placing the cache, what a pretty little spot, thanks for bringing us here.
We are having a holiday in Phillip Island this week. The rain has cleared so it was an opportunity to get out and do a bit of exploring, even though it was very wet under foot.
Nice to have atleast a few finds today, as getting frustrated with all the DNF's and searching. This was a quick easy find that restored some confidence.
Thanks Gonefishen07 for all the effort of placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play

Found it - didn’t take too long - hilariously being attacked by Pelicans. Worth the bite on the leg.
The hardest task was getting the log out of the cache and past the very strong magnet. Enjoyed seeing the pelican feeding. But have now mislaid my Garmin gps. If anyone finds it my home address is on the startup screen and would appreciate it being returned (postage will be paid)
Number 12 of our assualt on San Remo and Newhaven. THis was an easy find in a deserted area except for some crazy people who had been out on jet skis!!
Thanks
Thanks
Find #12 was an easy find which was good as there were a couple of guys nearby. Thanks for the fun
After dnfing on this back in 2017 we were happy to put our name to it today finally.

Thanx for the awesome hide.
What a gorgeous spot.
I'd love a yacht if anyone has one to spare.
Mister2 wants a boat too but wants a motorbike more..... just like his dad!
Hopefully he loves cacheing just like his mum.
Cheers

A nice quick pick up to start my day. Some of the boaties nearby washing thing down or doing sailorey things. Is sailorey a word? Dunno, but they were doing those things, hope I didn't look too suss.
We are staying in a lovely cottage at Newhaven and after a full day, we popped over here late in the afternoon. Every time we visit Phillip Island, we are reminded how friendly the locals are, and as we were watching a fisherman clean his catch of the day, while the hungry pelicans were patiently waiting for scraps, another guy pointed out the 4 rather large stingrays also waiting. We must of stood watching this for nearly an hour until we remembered why we were here.
Thanks to the clue and spot on coords, cache found and log signed.
Thanks again Gonefishen07, for great show and cache.

After a coffee in San Remo, we had a few caches to find and little bit of exploring to do. We trekked across the bridge to check out the history and grab a couple of caches. Thanks for the cache Gonefishen07.

What a stunning morning. Super calm. The pelicans rounding up the seagulls. Overcast skies, perfect for a couple of moody pics. Cheers!
A good sign to hide behind so the muggles don’t see you.
Well hidden, but easy, thanks
Well hidden, but easy, thanks
Finally managed to get a week off for a quiet time at a friends house on Phillip Island. Didn't even think about the MotoGP. As I find this GC I can see literally hundreds of bikes coming over the bridge. The quiet times are over. Thanks for the GC. I have never been to Newhaven before (always driven past). Great spot.
I took the high road forst the others went low. They prevailed... well did they... the were 8 decent sized legs guarding the cache GeogirlJ10 was the brave one who scored the prize. Sheesh.. no easy i would've.
Was nearby at a park
With the geo kids having a play and went for the short drive to come and collect this cache. The find was nice and easy. Nearby was some fishermen had brought their boats in and were filleting their fish while the pelicans were collecting the remnants. Great change to see these beautiful birds close up
