After setting up camp the night before with 3LG today we are hoping to locate as many caches in the area as possible before meeting up with The X-Trailers.We headed out towards The furtherest and worked our way back.
A great day weather wise .
After catching up with The X-Trailers we headed further nth along the coast to see some great views.
Luckily for us this cache was on 3LG gps.

After a good lunch we set off to grab more local caches and after doing the ones in the Conservation Park we tackled these ones, these still appeared in my GPS but not on earthlights or The X Trailers phones so they kept wondering why i was stopping where no caches were shown, this cache is still here to be found and its a shame these have been archived, its a magic drive through these parts. TFTC
Sadly, failing health and the inability to access some of my caches has forced me to abandon some of them. Although disabled they will remain in place for those who already have them in their GPS units for at least the forseeable future. To claim any disabled caches go to the owners profile page, click on the caches and all caches (active and disabled) will be shown. simply claim the find as you normally would.
Thanks Tempo 0 for all the good caches in the area.
Had a great time and enjoyed the drive back along the beach area as well

Found by Mary & David at 1050. Left Whyalla this morning and cached our way north to Port Augusta for the night. Took a detour out to Point Lowly to clean up a few more caches that we didn't have time for last week. Wish we could stay on this road and never return to the highway. Just fascinated by the sea views, saltbush and wide open spaces. Our thanks to Tempo 0.
found it. Last one for the day. Didn't like the biggest black spider I have ever seen that was under the cache. I thought it was dead as it was upside down but as soon as I moved the cache he turned up the right way and gave me the fright of my life. TFTC
We are on our way to the Mega event at Stanthorpe but having left Adelaide we could not resist this diversion to pick up some of the caches around Whyalla. The temperature being in the high thirties we decided to do some of the coastal caches as well as some of the pipeline caches. Nicely done - we enjoyed finding this cache Thanks to Tempo 0 for placing this cache.
Found while geocaching with Ferret52. Sorry about late log only recently decided to sign up. TFTC
Looks like I missed this one when logging all the rest.
Found on a 3 day cache run to Whyalla.

Touring Australia having left Perth in late February we are leisurely touring South Australia after having attended Oz Mega.
What an amazing day we had today. Last day travelling with iluvtrekking and the weather was fantastic. The boys headed out on their own in the morning and grabbed about 10 caches before cooming back and collecting us girls.
Then it was off to Port Bonython and Point Lowly. What a fabulous area, Im sure we would never have headed out here if not for Geocaching so thankyou so much for sharing this area with us.
Geez you had us from the first moment we saw the coastline here. We loved all your caches in this area and the co-ordinate accuracy was amazing. Great work on the whole series. We even managed to watch a dive boat who we think were putting out divers to study the Cuttlefish.
We saw 1 snake, 3 kangaroos, 5 dolphins, and a RIB of divers whilst out and about today. Masses of caravans and motor homes at Port Lowly and 2 tug boats also kept our interest for most of the day.
So many amazing photo opportunities that were taken advantage of. We really thank you for these caches they certainly helped boost our numbers and were far better to us than any power trail!

Out and about with Felixll for the last time on this trip, tomorrow we start our long trip home.
But, as all good caches know, there is always time to gather in a few more smilies. So, we headed off to Port Bonython and we are so glad we did. It is such a beautiful spot, the views are breathtaking and we had a fantastic day.
Thanks Tempo 0 or your cache.

With a few bush walks and a lots of drive by's, a pleasant day was had.
Cache was an easy find, and in good condition.
Thanks for placing this cache, Tempo 0, for us and others to find.

We have returned from Canada to discover a few more Australian caches! What a great way to explore the "land down under."
Nice drive up the road to nowhere and found the cache after a bit of searching.
Thanks for the fun Tempo 0!

Another good hide. I didn't check out the road so will have to take your word for it!
After over night at Point Lowly, we are up to complete the Sepia Apama.
Every cache has had some magnificant views of the coast line. It has been a pleasure to do the series, except for some of those prickly bushes.
We also collected a few other caches on the way.
Thanks YeahRight80

After having a good time at "who framed it" yakcm headed off home and Moneydork was going to continue on looking for a few caches further out and very kindly offered us a lift which we graciously accepted. It's amazing how governments tend to waste so much money on these sort of projects and then just pull the pin for no apparent reason but on the upside at least we had a nice road to the cache so it really is a road to somewhere. The cache was found quickly and our name is now in the log.
Thanks again YeahRight80 for the cache.

Geonephew did a great job finding this one, he tripped over the hide and uncovered it with his behind. Akela0
Strange how many of these facilities are started and not finished.
Though I always find “nowhere” to be a strange word – I mean it’s made up of “now” and “here”….
At first my GPSr seemed to be pointing to a likely looking bush, but after a fruitless search I checked it again. It was now pointing to a spot 15 metres away which turned out to be much better.
Took FTF medal, left silver gecko.
Thanks YeahRight80.
