Out this morning for just a couple of caches. Had a good look for this one but no luck today.
20 August 2016 @ 4:48 PM
At our first attempt, approx an hour before logging this DNF, pk1965 and I came up with no goods.
We decided to complete our route and look for it again on our way back.
Turned every lying log around, second time, but no cache we found.

Bugger could find this one even after two attempts with geodaughter ADI. Don't think I could get any lower..

Hmmm. This was not on our radar today as we were out for a day of dkmacca caches but seeing as dkmacca was now with us and had mentioned some maintenance checks he had conducted on this one, the gap in the map soon became explained. We decided to drop by to give it a go and we soon had cache in hand. A very well hidden cache and glad to report it's still in place! Next
We searched a little while until we couldn't find it but we suspected that the cache has gone? See the photo.
On our tour today we also stopped here.
We took a nice walk through the park and found this one;
Thank you

Nope no luck, left pretty quickly after getting stung by a wasp. Wasp nest nearby.
This has so been muggled. The place it was it there, but the cache was definitely MIA.
I did a through search hoping to break my current DNF streak and this just added to the tally.i think that this one has been muggled, see photo.
Found lots of other bits and pieces but didn't find the cache. Maybe next time
I was looking at a different log but I realised that it wasn't there so I looked at the over log and found great find
This cache is a very basic cache, easy for the kids. Unfortunately, we got spooked by snakes on the path and wouldn't let them into the scrub.
The cache was in very poor condition. The lid was off and I'm the hiding spot behind the container towards the base, it was full of dirt, there was no log and it was left out in the open.
We replaced the log, the lid and the container to its original spot and everything should be okay now.
Thank you Segals.

We found this with midmy7, artemidorous1 and arwen21 while cycling along this trail.
Midmy7 and I found this one before our geoparents got ready.

3/1/15. 3:50 PM. Cache #2142. Streak day #195. 2nd of 5 caches on a warm Saturday afternoon. I came to the area to get the newie "The Two Sided Bridge", but saw a bunch of other caches to its south that I could pick up too, via an afternoon walk.
After finding "Puzzle Box #1 Tree Series: She-oaks (Casuarina)", I walked up to this one. It took a little while for my GPS to settle during my first pass around the various logs and stumps. I used what little iPhone battery I had left to read past logs... hmmm, enough others have mentioned that it's not all that low down. I revisited an item that I'd looked at briefly on my first pass and this time found the sneaky cache. Signed, replaced and headed up to "The Six Sided Bridge". TFTC }:)

After picking up my mountain bike from a friend's house in Doonside, I planned to ride it home but made a few "detours" on the way to find a few caches. Third find on my ride, it was a relatively easy find although I was cautious about finding any nasty surprises in the grass! SL TFTC Segals!
5th of 7 finds for the morning.
An easy enough find with simple but effective camo.

Headed out to pick up a few caches, in a near by suburb.
Cache found quickly, and in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Segals, for us and others to find.

A nice easy find, on our stroll through the reserve. Cache and log is in good condition. TFTC Segals!
Enjoying our walk down the path, followed GPS coordinates to GZ, geokids found it quite easily even though it was getting dark. SLTFTC.
It was such a beautiful afternoon I had to get out into the sunshine. So I checked my Geocache map and decided to head down the M7 bike track and pick up some caches through the green corridor of Western Sydney Parklands.
I think this was the first non-Macca cache attempted today. He certainly has a monopoly on locations around here. A quick find. SL and kept rolling.

Went and checked the cache and all is well with it. It has moved a metre or so from where it was originally placed but still well within the accuracy of a commercial gps, so no update to co-ordinates are required.
This one took way longer to find than it should have. Maybe it was the presence of a number of decoy objects, and I feel the hint is slightly misleading.
I had to allow a couple of muggles to pass by before persistence paid off and I had CIH. It’s nicely hidden.
Thanks for the cache Segals.

Last find in a run of 3 for the day. TFTC.
Kids must wonder what the little plastic tubes used to be used for

After doing a nearby cache decided to do this one as i had a previous finder with me but turns out she was no help as she could not remember, was almost ready to give up but that one last look got me the goods, So glad to finally turn this into a smiley as my previous DNF is still a memorable one. TFTC
Walking in the bushes and I make it to the barb wire , still can't find, I quickly retreat scared to bump in to a snake
Success. This was hard for us. Especially since my 11 year old had no idea what a film canister was! Children of the digital age huh.
Found it finally

Arrived at GZ on our bikes, quick check that no muggles were in the offing and then a quick find. Great bike ride through here.
This will be a memorable DNF...parked up Owen st near the bend got out of the car, walked up between the factories and decided to abort the mission as i was not wanting to walk through long grass, so got back to the car and drove down to the canine centre and walked the 800m from there, wishing i gave up as when i got back to the car, someone had decided to side swipe the whole side of my geomobile and not bother to leave a note, so a very expensive DNF for me
Started looking a bit harder than I needed to. Found and added a little extra camo

Tried for a while and simply gave up and went for a better option near by. I don't particular enjoy these type of hides around long grass. Anyway thanks for the search.
Took a while to find this one on the new tar path. Very accurate camo. Tftc
Finally found this one, although it was a bit exposed when I found it. Replaced camo. TFTC!
