Day 4 on our holiday in New Zealand. On the way from Te Anau to Queenstown over Dunedin, we also visited this traditional cache, found it, and signed the logbook.

On a trip to get some remote caches ie at least 2km from another cache. All good with the cache. Thanks
Kiwicampnut and I finally managed to coordinate ourselves having been over to the island we have finished my PWGT5 caches and making good progress on hers while finding others along the way.
We took the bypass - those who don't are really missing some great views across countryside on both sides of the road.
Thanks for the cache kryshan

Ruru-NZ and I are on Stewart Island doing the Geotour caches as a priority but any others found are a bonus for me.
Another road I’ve not been down. Love seeing the back road countryside as more scenic in some cases.

Found it after nearly given up, used the help of the photos from previous finders. Was well hidden.
I'm driving logistics support for a bunch of crazies on a 4 day cycle tour (average 110km/day, no e-bikes!), which gives me time for a few geocaches.
I looked twice in the obvious spots with no success. the wind was viciously cold and it was too miserable for me to hang around having a decent look.
Next time!

Looked around GZ and figured where the possible hide was, looks like a bit of recent work has been done there. Photo sent to CO to confirm
It’s the start of our 6th and final week of our holiday in NZ and today we are travelling from Te Anau to Dunedin. Sadly, it was a chilly and often wet so we only stopped to find caches when the rain stopped! Did Riversdakr need a bypass? Not the sort of toad we expect to see as a bypass back home! No probs locating GZ. SL. TFTC.
A nice easy cache as we passed through the area. The weather has been beautiful today! TFTC
A Sunday drive to Piano Flat today, took the bypass on way home, and a quick find.
I had parked my snail shell up in Lumsden after moving from Invercargill. Time to go and search for a few caches.
I wenrt through all of those settlements.
Cheers for the cache.

Stopped by this one and changed the container out for a 200ml. New logbook and also dropped TB in.
TFTC! Got a bit lucky as it has come out of the canister and was lying lose. But repackaged and placed where we thought it should be. Canister slightly damaged too.
Canister is cracked and bag was out loose. Have sealed bag up and put it where we think it goes.
My best friend lives in Riversdale and I made a long trip down the island to visit her. I'm so glad there's a cache here for me to grab while I visit. A nice little spot. Tftc.
TFTC- all dry - quick find - used this road lots in the days I lived at Mossburn . It was gravel
for many years and then 90 % was sealed but they left a couple hundred meters at the north end gravel for quite a few years so traffic wouldn’t by pass Riversdale

A week away down south and a chance for some caching. Was a nice and easy find this with the hopes of lots more. TFTC
I usually drive pass this in the dark when coming from the Gore end and overshoot the entrance during daylight when coming from the Te Anau end. Today I made sure that I was able to get it.
Long Waitangi weekend roadtrip with a couple of friends. Headed from Dunedin to Te Anau (via Gore) then Riverton before finally heading home. Over 700km travelled by car, over 10km by foot and over 30 caches found..... might have left a couple as a thank you to local cachers. We had a great time and saw some cool spots.
GPS all over the place but after searching various "obvious" places. Deed done! Tftc
Thanks last year on the way to the Kepler I was going to get this but there were a couple of trucks stopped. This year no one around. A quick find.
We didn't see much of Riversdale as we took the shortcut from the pivot#4 cache and after stopping at the give way - passed through the town. We did go past a nice cemetery on the hill before stopping at the cemetery crn to search for the cache. Little blue filmcan found nice and dry and we SL. It has good protection. TFTC
A quick easy find out caching with ingidayna on a day trip. A nice spot. TFTC
Found quickly by Sorcha and Tui. Granny Annie said she had looked twice before and not found it!!
A quick park'n'grab in fading light. The little blue film can was well hidden. Signed the dry log book and placed upside down to keep the water out.
Travel this road lots - great to stop and find the cache Quick and easy find. Log damp but ok to sign.
Quick find on our way to Te Anau. The log book is a bit wet but still fine to sign. TFTC!
Farmer in the paddock across the road was gathering in his hay bales but he was too far away to show any interest in us. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
Had a reasonable look but it was starting to rain and quite cold. Doesn't seem to be there.
2nd dnf for the morning think this has gone again not in the obvious places
No joy here today, some re construction around the signs may have affected the cache ??????
Log was wet but there was another bit of paper for logging find, placed in a small baggy with a moisture sacha thingy and rehid, TFTC
Found this one but log strip was soaking wet. Put log on New slip of paper. Easy find.
Great veiws of the country side from here.Keep your eyes on the road tho as someone has crashed out here.
