Was nearby for a coffee this morning and checked on this one - it has definitely gone. [xx(]
Cache seems to be missing....or may need to get clarification from CO that it's still there.
Found with TR! & dbelco ages ago, sorry for my delayed and boring log.
The old app only has a day left to live so I'm trying to catch up on all my finds that have just been sitting there in saved lists.
Thanks for bringing me here.
Cheers and T.F.T.C!

Found while we were down in the bright lights of Melbourne for a Wicked Footy weekend.
Footy @ the G on Friday night - Wicked @ Regent theater Saturday night, caching in between.
Tnx for the nicely tucked away cache.

GPS coverage was a bit spotty in this "canyon" so wasn't right at GZ, but still managed to spot the cache from across the street. Great in plain sight camouflage. A great mural too.
Thanks to Alansee for a great cache.
Thanks to Alansee for a great cache.
Parking not easy to find here. Lots of muggles around, so plenty of time to study the mural. Thanks Alansee
Today we discovered Melbourne by bike.
It wasn't always easy to find a safe track
but we made it... (we're dutch and used
to ride a bike...)

#6049 We were in Melbourne for medical reasons and decided to make a family long weekend out of it, which just happened to include a cache or three . We had parked the car earlier and were enjoying an amble around the area on a glorious winters day. It was quite impressive murals/artwork here, we stood for some time trying to take it all in. Soon enough Dad had located the well placed cache container and we were making our mark in the notebook. The cache was found to be well hidden and in good condition. Our thanks to Alansee for highlighting this area. Cheers [^]
Working in the city again i have been catching the free train in and riding from Richmond. Along the way there are a few caches that i have been meaning to collect but always too busy.
Today i had the chance to grab this one with no one else around. I have noticed it in the past and knew exactly where to grab. Cheers for the local good hide.

Found this one in the morning on my way to work. A well timed retrieval meant the morning commuters were none the wiser. Good street art tends to look great on a gloomy winter day. Thanks, Alansee.
I thought an early morning start may beat the commuters heading to the railway station however this was not the case. Nevertheless a theatrical use of the mobile phone and body position enabled this cache to be located and then retrieved. Thanks Alansee.
After dropping Geodad at the MCG, we made a beeline for this cache. There were muggles everywhere but no-one was looking at The Geokid. He located the cache very quickly and brought it back to the car for signing before replacing. The hint was great.
This cache has completed my 365 days of caching, thanks Alansee.

Thanks for the cache, cool cache. Found this one pretty easy but there were stacks of muggles. Thanks Alansee.
Found it! Continuing my walk from town today through Richmond, I found this cache. I have walked down this street many times over the years on various trips to the MCG and visiting family and friends. I have seen the street art change many times during these visits. The current murals are great. I wonder what happened Max & GJE? Spotted the cache while trying to look casual at GZ. TFTC SL
Found while in town to go to the footy and staying close by. Much quicker than the last, love the 3D mural on the other side of the road.

Way too many drunk muggles after the footy to even contemplate poking around for this. I enjoyed the mural though so I'll have to come at a quieter time to have a better look.
Nice art. Quick find.

Took a walk home from the office. About 5km in total back to the hotel and did 7 caches along the way (plus a number of DNF's due to muggles or not reading the logs before attempting the caches). Great grafitti here
Looking at this one for some time got it TFTC

Find #107
Just heading past on the way to catch the train. Had 10 mins till the Sandringham train arrived so decided to have a look for this one. Had a look at the mural and once I had checked GZ the cache was quickly in hand. Signed and on the way. No missed train! Thanks for the cache Alansee.

Second visit for me but back to log with my Geocrew. They found it so much faster than I did last time. TFTC
Second visit for me but a quick find for my Geocrew. Finally I get to log the find.TFTC
I caught the earlier train to work this morning so that I could wiz around on the bike and pickup 3 nearby caches close to Richmond station. Initially a big Muggle was standing right in front of this cache talking loudly into his phone. I sped past him and did another cache instead. Returned later and found the place peaceful and quiet. Cache was found easily enough and quickly signed. Enjoyed the murals for a moment before having to catch the next train. I much prefer these beautiful works of art then mindless tagging. This must be my first Alansee cache I think. I've noticed you around bayside recently. Thanks for the cache. Cheers O
After pantherx completed some creative parking it was a quick find with no muggles in sight. Getting out was a challenge in it self. Tftc tnln sl
Find 1044 at 23:11. I was out caching with Burge tonight on one of our usual night caching adventures. We decided to target the city fringe on this run to pick up some of the new caches in the area. All up we found 10 tonight and this was find number 5.
This is another cache that has been on my map for far too long. I'm in this part of town regularly but the maze of streets has meant that I don't get past this particular spot very often at all. We made the special trip to GZ tonight and we were quickly rewarded with a find. Thanks for the cache, Alansee!

My first find for the morning. Early enough that there were only a few commuters on the way to the station.

Found this one today on the way back to Richmond station after the nearby event. I hadn't found this one but my cache mates in crime (gmj3191 and spiffy-) had both found this one previously. They formed a body guard of honour while I picked this one up and signed the log before heading back to the station and on our respective ways.
Thanks for the cache Alansee.
Thanks for the cache Alansee.
TFTC. Found during a one day business trip to Melbourne. Thankfully the meeting finished early and allowed me some geocaching time before hopping back across the Tasman.
Chewin was down from his country residence so we did a bit of urban caching - driving around very narrow streets and struggling to find parking.... You know the thing
Interesting mural here. I always wonder about the difference between a mural - street art - graffiti - vandalism.
Thanks, Robmc.

Easy enough but right in the centre of a security camera's shot made me slightly self concious
If it is where the map thinks it is (and not where my phone GPS thinks it is) then I know where it is... BUT!! Some muggles (I can only assume) have stuffed a couple of bundy cans in there and with muggles galore, I couldn't get them out! If it's not where the cache is, good, but otherwise someone needs to wrench those things out ASAP!
Watched Hawthorn beat Fremantle at the AFL Grand Final at the MCG.
It was great to see my favorite team win!! Go the Hawks!

Having just found Mural III in Stephenson St, I decided to come around here for a second mural cache. It didn't take long to find this one...it is one of those caches that are easy to spot when you are looking for something but easy to miss if you are a muggle walking along.
Thanks Alansee for another interesting mural cache.

On my way to an Electronics Expo nearby, I stopped off for a couple of caches. Lovely mural on this wall!TFTC
the youngest, 3.5 years old found this, well done. we loved the mural, amazed its in the position its in, thanks
I parked the car and realised I was very close indeed, so quickly grabbed it and signed the log before going to admire the mural. I evidently hadn't been along here in a while, for I don't recall seeing the excellent mural before. It really makes this stretch a lot more attractive. Thanks Alansee.
Found quickly. The mural is very attractive. TFTC

Nicely placed - had to be discreet with the footy crowds coming back. Junior is well and truly hooked on treasure hunting now. TNLN SL - cheers!
Passing time while waiting for the 11:16pm train has never been so much fun. TFTC Alansee (:
Find #30.
After searching unsuccessfully along the wrong side of the street for a while, I decide to trust in the GPSr after all... Quickly found the "well hidden in plain sight" cache after that and was able to retrieve it on the spot, as all passing muggle foot traffic had mysteriously (albeit temporarily) evaporated.
Moved around the corner to sign the log but then had to wait quite a while for a clear patch between pedestrians to finally return the container without looking obvious.
TFTC, Alansee!

Arrived at Richmond station with Team Crackers to meet up with Alansee for a days caching down Geelong. A quick find, signed the log and headed off for a coffee.

Well camouflaged and a good hiding spot. But didn't bring a pencil but I will be back to write my name
Nice quick find had a bit of trouble with the muggles as it was quite a busy time. TFTC
Again a beautiful hide (in sight but not in notice) to match some stunning street art. Loved the nearby whale! Cheers Alansee for bringing me here for a look.
Took a moment to find between passing muggles but easy enough once the GPS settled.
The logbook is sodden and falling apart.

On holiday in Melbourne from NZ and a chance to get 1000 caches, this is #1000 and so deserves a favourite not just for my 1000 but also for the murals displayed and the fact that I found a clean log to record it in. Many thanks Alansee for bringing me here. TFTC
Following a recent on line log I went over to replace the physical log, only to find that the existing one still had plenty of life in it. [:(!] Fortunately I live not far away.
Finders please give careful thought to the condition of a log before calling for a replacement!
