We tried to locate this one while spending a couple of nights in Berrigan but the coordinates place gz in the roadway and a search of the area failed completely. May it needs to be archived?
Just to make sure this one has really gone walkabout, a check by the CO would be appreciated. Thanks.
A timely stop to wash our hands after all our caching activities. Unfortunately there was no cache to be found in any rocky bits today. Time for a check by the CO. Us, we are off to the lunch shop!
I think it might have been taken otherwise we must have just missed it despite leaving no rock un searched
Found by the hint on todays signal my gpsr was 18 mts away some days are a bit like that. Thanks Mr David FTC. Logs FULL
Found today so nice to be out and about and collecting cache's thank you for this nice easy hide.
This took much longer than it should have. We found the coordinates would not cooperate, probably due to the tall trees in the vicinity. But the main problem is that the area has recently been heavily mulched, making the cache more difficult to find. The log is full and needs replacing.

Should have been an easy find but the tall trees had the Garmin in a hissy fit. In the end found it by the hint.
Thanks Mr. David for a nice stop for lunch.

Work was taking me to Finley today - a little way out of my normal area, so I was able to grab a few drive-by's on the way through.
This one posed a bit of a challenge during the hunt, but eventually was revealed.

As someone said was about 19 to 21 metres off coords but hint was good. Went to check some broken concrete and then returned to the rocks and saw it.
Found quickly, we checked out a caravan that was for sale right near the GZ so we didn't even look suspicious today lol TFTC

Found this one with the help of the hint. Today, the cache was discovered 21m away from where my GPSr indicated GZ to be. Very quiet here today. Thanks Mr.David.

Our first time in Berrigan very pretty town found the cache after a bit of searching , the coords were out a bit.
A nice easy find this morning
Not much chance of any of the passing muggles on the highway, or even in the rest area paying any attention to you [^]

Heading home to Melbourne after spending the weekend visiting family in Leeton. A quick find, while the guy in the truck parked nearby took absolutely no notice of us.
Found with help of micheena and thankfully I was with her because the cache was about 20 metres out. SL tftc
Took awhile to locate this one , as we were watching the start of a horse race over the road at the Berrigan race course, then put our heads down and found the cache . It is a little damp. Thanks.
A bit of traffic using the rest facilities (long weekend may have something to with it). TFTC
After a great weekend in Echuca we packed up and began our meandering north picking up a few different caches along the way.
We pulled up here and were very impressed by the park and the way it was being maintained. We had a bit of a search around whee the GPSr was indicating and came up with nothing so we decoded the clue and then expanded our search a little.
We located the cache 23 metres away from where our GPSr indicated today but still find able with the clue.
We made use of the amenities before heading off to the next one
Thanks for the cache.

The coffee and cake happened here and incidently, lunch after we'd been north then returned.
Bettyboo, Chewinprickles and I slipped over the border for a few quick caches today.
We stopped here for morning tea. Got all the food and drinks out to the picnic table - then went looking for the cache.
It was pointing across the road for us, about 22 meters from where it was eventually found, but the clue helped.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 3094. Robmc, chewinprickles and I were heading over the border for some caching today. It was a somewhat frustrating day with a few DNF's along the way.
As we had been on the road since 7.30am this seemed like a good place to have morning tea. All our GPS readings were varying between 21 - 23 metres when chewin came up with the hide. Many other cachers have noted this so maybe it is time for an update of the listed coordinates. TFTC

What a great caravan park and picnic area, all quiet here tonight. There must be something in the rocks or ground near GZ as the GPS compasses stopped and read that we should be out in the middle of the road.
This was going to be the start of a total clean-out of Berrigan's caches but the GPS pointed me to the middle of the highway, and the rain started again.......
Find 5 of 11 this afternoon with Chaplain Mike around the Berrigan area. SL TNLN TFTC!

We were alone at the rest stop so it was easy to have a quick look around. The coordinates, I think, are about 18m out....I ignored them and looked for the obvious places for a cache....took about 2 minutes
I think the town gardener would come across this one too easily too?

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 12:35pm. This was a cache found after attending the OZ Mega Event in Albury. The cache was found after a few minutes search. We found the co-ords to be out and S35 39.664 E145 48.852 worked best for us. TFTC
Second DNF of the trip. After reading the previous logs, it could just be that we were looking at the wrong location.
Not quite accurate but easy enough to find! Mini geocaches found it:-) made a visit to the hospital much more fun for the kids!!! TFTF
#135 was this going to be a good day or not 6/25 for the day with 4DNF's so a reasonable day was had with 600 or so K's covered.
Approached GZ and started a search the coordinates had me in the middle of some trees with rocks at the base so began the search around one tree then remembering that this was another Mr.David cache i must read the logs and low and behold skullracing has been here and provide new coordinates put them in and had the cache in hand in a matter of minutes with the log signed at 1322 and cache replaced back as found i was on to the next one.
Thanks Mr.David for a great spot.
Thanks to skullracing again for his excellent coordinates the cache was found in next to no time.

#2185 Continued our trip around the area & Berrigan was pretty busy this morning but luckily the rest stop was deserted when we arrived. Again the co-ords had us a little off so we took another set which may assist future finders. Our thanks to Mr.David for the hide.
Found and logged at 11:35, Heading home after spending a few days caching along the Murray
A nice hide and a quick pick up

Me and my two boys headed up to Cobram to see Great Nanna (or grape nanna as my two year old calls her) as well as catch up with Marshy (AKA Blacklegend).
Today we grabbed a few caches in Tocumwal before meeting up with Marshy and a few of his kids before heading over to Wagga for a day of caching and fun.
A nice driveby cache which we found after a short look. Signed the log and managed to slice my finger open on the rock when replacing the cache in its hding spot. Better crack open the bandaids.
Thanks for the cache.

I think the co-ordinates are out on this one. Had a look round where I thought it *should* be, but turned up nothing.
Eventually found it,
due to the GPS stuffing up,
& Mr.David came to help us,
Was a bit difficult to find.

Was starting to get a bit dark when we walked from "The Silo's" To here, so we had to start using a torch, once again though we thought the coordinate's were wrong, then the owner of the cache "Mr.David." Came to RESCUE! and gave us an helping hand.

*FTF* gone from when originally published. Full log to follow.
Ok, so here is the full log... This was the 3rd of 3 FTF's for the day, and a bit of an unorthodox way of finding this one. When the publication came out, i was able to dump the GPX file to Geosphere, as I always do. This was the second of three alerts to hit my phone.
With the coords grabbed into Geosphere for all three new Berrigan caches, i headed off, and did my usual FTF stuff. This ended up being the last one i went to, there was a strategy going on here. At GZ, found the coords a bit out, and putting me near to the road, but at a likely spot based on the published name of the cache.
Hmmm, maybe Geosphere generated an error in the coordinates. So, went to check the cache page... It wont load. Hmmmm, what else to do. So, having completed a cache in Melbourne which relied on the projection of circles, i had the brain wave to project a circle from my home coords (where the new cache notification is generated from) based on the original distance published in the notification, to see where that would put me...
Obviously it was going to be a line that curved through the town, but, the line did confirm that the approximate location was correct. A projection like this would only give +/- 50m accuracy. So the coords were probably close. Time for an extended hunt, a FTF was on the line.
After some 25 minutes, with me and Jasmine, James and Jemma hunting, little Mr James and I spotted something, which turned out to be the cache, in a likely spot. This was one of the most rewarding FTF's i have done, i have to say, just due to the way it panned out.
Turned out the cache had been up for a short time, then again disabled by the publisher, which was why it would not appear a short time later. Coords, found this one about 20 to 22 out. I should have taken a set of coords for you.
TFTC Mr David, had some fun here.
