Nice quick and easy find, definitely took longer to put back than what it did to retrieve TFTC
TFTC. I had reservations about doing this cache but Im glad I did especially seeing I found it. However, I kept singing the Tina Arena song all the way to the next cache. What a lovely day to be out geocaching. Thought I would come this way and grab a few caches as Ill have a busy week with my daughter moving.
I thought you were yanking my chain about the Indians! OCW Brewmaker before the CCC#49 Event nearby. TFTC Calypso62
Great hide! Nicely placed - great fun.
Getting some deja vu with ‘just for calypso’ lol.
Thanks for placing this.
Logsheet is starting to fall apart. Managed to SL.

Okay. Needing a redemption find after thunderbolts and lightning I headed over here. There was a massive pothole on the way which I had to carefully manoeuvre to the other side of the road to pass, not something you want to do at night.
Pulled off the road at GZ, and from there it was a quick find. Except it kept coming and coming and coming and coming. Eventually we got there and signed the log. TFTC!

Did my homework before heading to GZ. Found signs of Indians but thankfully no cowboys about. Didn't take long to suss this one out but took a while to replace!!! Think I'm beginning to think more like Calypso62 which is a definite worry!!!!! Thanks for the fun and laughter:)
Driving passed and stopped off to make a quick find at GZ. With the cache in hand, we signed the log and returned as found. Both the cache container and log are in good condition. Thanks for the cache Calypso62.

Another great calypso cache. Although I'm not sure what the title is about? Thanks for the effort put into this one!
Now that the NSW Government is beginning to ease lockdown restrictions, it’s time to bring my caches back into play.
Just a reminder, a fundamental rule of geocaching is that, in order to be able to log a cache find online, you must retrieve the cache container and sign the physical log located in that container. Failure to comply may result in your online log being removed.
I know the Covid virus is still about so please take precautions to keep yourself and those around you from harm by doing things such as wearing gloves to handle geocaches as well as using hand sanitiser regularly.
Keep safe everyone and enjoy your geocaching activities.
Cheers,
Calypso62

The Covid situation in Greater Sydney is still critical. As a result, this cache remains disabled for the time being. I'm monitoring the situation and will bring the cache back online when appropriate to do so.
To help stop the spread of Covid-19, the NSW Government has ordered everybody to stay at home unless you are: shopping for essentials, receiving medical care, exercising or travelling to work or education.
While some people would regard going geocaching as a form of exercise, it is my personal opinion that this activity is a non-essential one, perhaps involving unnecessary travel and therefore should not be undertaken during this time of crisis.
Who knows how long this current lockdown will last! Right now, every one of us has an important part to play in helping to keep our families, friends and the wider community safe in the fight against the spread of Covid-19, by staying home.
As a result of the health authority’s directive, I have decided to disable this cache and respectfully request that no person seek out and claim a find whilst this cache is disabled.
Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to bringing my caches back into play as soon as the health crisis abates.
Regards,
Calypso62

I was out for the day having a chill out, picked up this little beauty on the way down for coffee at Berowra Waters. Another fun one, had a good laugh at the side of the road. TFTC
Just cowboys seen as they raced past, thus I may have missed the Indians by moments.
One of the best of these types of hides I’ve seen, great effort Calypso62.

GZ found quickly then a long pull to retrieve the cache.
Reminds me of a cache in Asquith with a number of mint tins funny enough. Now I know where they got their inspiration.

We spent the day driving the Convict Road, to show my Dad some of the constructions during his visit, and find some caches. We managed a dozen, 9 GC and 3 GA finds, with just one DNF for a great day in this spectacular region.
Last one for the day in light rain, we had planned a couple more trigs but were getting pretty tired.... good coordinates had us on the hide, then the cache name made sense and the retrieve started, we've done a couple similar, always fun! The log was a little damp, but OK.... TFTC!

Did a cache check this afternoon and found it right where it should be, however, the top camouflage was a little on the tight side. I've replaced it in such a way that it should be easier to remove. The log is looking a bit on the tatty side so will put it on my list to replace at some point.
Cache on.......
Cache on.......
I'll log the DNF for completeness.
Finally managed to safely pull over for this one (probably as a result of the ferry being down for maintenance).
Phone GPS was bouncy but the hint seemed to direct us to a particular area of interest. Previous logs seemed to suggest a style of cache, but an inspection of where we thought GZ to be, and the surrounds didn't show up anything.
By all means could still be there, but if the hint is prescriptive enough, we're boggled as to where a 1D could be --- or a super serious case of cache blindness more likely
Cheers!

As the NSW Government is now beginning the process of easing some of the Covid-19 restrictions, it is appropriate that my geocaches be brought back into play.
**Please Remember - It is still very important to exercise social distancing while you are out and about and to practise good hand hygiene after touching caches out in the geo-wild.

Visiting from Brisbane to attend a family birthday, we had to grab a cache today to fill a missing day in my calendar. Not far from our accommodation so should be a quick find. Finally found the right one and quite surprised to the lengths I had to go to get the cache. SL then returned as found.
Great cache. A favourite point from us.

On my way home from Cumberland Reach, I need a quick find to fill the day on my calendar.
I targeted this one.
Got to GZ and soon discovered the cache.
It was a long pull to get to it, but it finally came up.
I completed the log and placed it all back.
What a very simple one to find.
Thanks Calypso62.

When looking for a connoisseurish cache to finish off this month's souvenir promotion, I initially had my eyes on Tower126, but a knee injury last week has restricted me to much lower T-rated caches and this one fitted the bill nicely! Driving down from the Central Coast and making the leisurely crossing of Berowra Creek on the ferry, I was soon parked within hobbling distance and located the cache. Wow, superslothsonya was right when she said it was like a magician pulling hankerchiefs from his sleeve! Who'd have thought?
The cache returned from whence it came, it was back down the hill for an early lunch at the fabled fish and chips eatery. While sitting out on the deck, I watched flotilla after flotilla of canoes coming ashore until the whole grassed area behind the boat ramp became a canoe car park.
Many thanks for another enjoyable hide.

Setrite and I headed out this afternoon, trying to outrun the rain... and aiming for Berowra Waters where there was an Earthcache we still hadn't found. It being International Earthcache Day.
We were also very aware that we were in Calypso territory, and I noted where the Coffee and Conundrums Event place is... way too far for me to drive in the evenings, unfortunately - as I really really really want to work on my puzzle solving!!!
Anyway, this cache was en route. We didn't find any Indians - but did get a good laugh out of this fun hide.
Thankyou, Calypso62!

I’ve been working in the Arcadia area. I’m on my way home and saw this cache around the corner from my job site.
There was a nice spot to pull of the road, the only challenge was timing the search with passing traffic with it being that time of day people are driving home. The decision is which one is the correct one, my second pick was correct.
Oh wow that’s a lot of links connecting the camouflage to the cache container.

Cache find number 12 of 14 for today. Headed here from Berowra Waters via the ferry, and had to overshoot the cache due to people driving very close behind (!) but we made a u-turn and headed back to this one. Managed to park quite close by - and not long after arriving we soon had CIH. Felt like a magician pulling handkerchiefs from my sleeve ...yet another creative Calypso cache ;p Waited for traffic to quieten before replacing. TFTC!
Thanks, Calypso62, for a great park and grab along the way. SSSonya grabbed the cache while I felt like the get-away driver in a bank heist. Excellent hide. TFTC

Very sneaky hide! TFTC, had been here previously and found it had the opportunity to come and claim it
Pacgirl and I flew up to Sydney to visit Snoopy for a few days. The trip included sightseeing, socializing, and just a 'little' caching . My geopartners sometimes got a little impatient - they're obviously more muggles than they are cachers . Today I headed north-west to Rouse Hill and surrounds, while the 'muggles' chose to do other non-caching things.
Indians? I didn't even see the cowboys! At least I saw the cache...
This one had me going for a while. It sure kept me entertained .
Thanks for the fun cache, Calypso62.

Our primary mission today was to visit the old hotel ruins at Calabash Point, and to find the cache that's placed there, going via the car ferry at Berowra Waters. Also on our cache list was an EarthCache, a Mystery cache, and a few Traditionals located along the route. This was the 2nd of 6 finds for the day.
After visiting the EarthCache at Berowra Waters this was to be our next cache stop, parking the geomobile on the side of Bay Road and then heading over to GZ for a look. Quickly located the hide and eventually had CIH. Hmm, that seemed to go on forever . Thanks Calypso62 for the slightly unusual hide.

Fortunately, I have come across a few of these hides, so it wasn't too difficult to grab this one after doing an initial inspection but not coming up with anything. Indeed, it did take a long time to retrieve, harhar. I always wonder what the purpose of that is -- just to check that geocachers are prepared to go to great lengths to get a smiley??! Definitely reminded me of a similar hide out Capertee way we found over the Easter holidays.
I don't remember whether there was a pencil or not -- but a good cacher always carries his/her own writing implement. As suggested, the cache was taken to the car to show my little lad, who also wanted to handle it.
After adding my name to the log it took a bit of deft timing to return the cache without passing motorists wondering whether I was plumb crazy!

TFTC Thank you for going to the effort of hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. GPS was on a holiday so took a while.
I continued through Arcadia from Louie to look for Indians.
Its amazing the variety of things you can buy along the roadside out here - hanging baskets of flowers, fruit, eggs, chokoes, pony poo and firewood.
The scenery out is is very pretty, not sure about the large plastic horse in the front yard of one house though - very unusual!
I stopped in the spot suggested for this cache and followed the GPS arrow but I didn't like where it was sending me so followed my caching instincts instead and quickly found the cache, who needs a GPS!
I thought it was really quiet out here but not when you're trying to replace the cache in its camo! Muggles come in streams driving along the road in both directions. Finally it was quiet again and all was replaced.

On our way to Berowra waters for a leisurely Sunday afternoon. Master Q asked to do a geocache, this seemed a good one as it was right on the road. It took longer then needed as I didn't use enough strength the first time I checked the spot. Another great hide:)

Drove down from Newcastle to the Berowra and Hornsby area in search of an Earthcache for the souvenir. Decided to make the most of the trip and add a few 'targeted' caches to the list. A fun day, except for falling in a creek, falling off a rock ledge (ouch) and almost stepping on a snake! HAHA The perils of geocaching.
This was a random drive-by but so glad I stopped. We have a very similar cache in the Hunter near Weston. I gave that one an FP too - I just love the sheer silliness of it. TNLN TFTC
