This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. I quickly found this cache. However, I haven't pen but my stamp and it is so big for logbooking a little logbook. Thank you for the cache!
I feel like the beauty of geocaching is it brings me to places that I can drive past each day but not realise they exist.
Thanks for the cache in this location.

The Artful Dodgers I found your cache The Spring on 16/9/18, 12:46 pm. This is my find 2091 and find # 4 today. After reading previous logs had an idea where it might be. Yep, after a quick look around, there it is. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN
Out with oldmorty and ADI.
This afternoon was a bit of a blur being taken to a number of The Artful Dodgers caches by ADI.
Needed help to find this one. Found but nowhere near the spring. TFTC The Artful Dodgers.

Definitely still there!!! Iv found it before and a few people were saying it had disappeared but I went to exactly the same spot and it was still there!
I made this one very hard for myself. I must have "looked" at it in the first minute, but didn't see it. Once found, extracting it was a chore. I went back to the car for the tweezers and managed to get it out. In doing so, I tore off the first name of the new log, (JordsAU). My pen just disappeared too...so I signed with a stick. All part of the fun of geocaching. TFTC

Found with morry9.
With a spade of newly published caches at the top of peak hour, it was a question of "do I bother venturing out now or later on?". Morry9 was keen and I battled the bottleneck roads to reach his place. We went from there over to Wollstonecraft for the intriguing, large sized, 'Pirate's Treasure TB Hotel' (GC7K992). We switched to foot mode at the suggested parking co-ordinates, and we we walking down from the trail head, we bumped into the Cache Owner, who had just returned from adding the logbook to the cache. Unfortunately, by the time we had reached Ground Zero, it was too late anyway, as bella at waggy and one half of BoogieRouge had already beaten us to the treasure. Nevertheless, we signed the log to claim a joint 3rd To Find and quickly discovered the trackables inside the TB hotel. Thanks For The Cache HUNbat.
The next closest, newly published cache happened to be in Vaucluse, 'Gaslight 2' (GC7KJ8B). AlphaDeltaIndigo wanted to join us, so we arranged to meet up and pick her up on the way through. Alas, as it turns out, the notification soon went off advising the other half of BoogieRouge had been and gone already, before we had made it through the congested roads. Oh well. We had made it this far, so why not continue. While the co-ordinates are out by about 25m, it was fairly obvious where we needed to be looking, and we soon had the Cache In Hand. We signed the log to confirm a joint 2nd To Find. Thanks For The Cache The Artful Dodgers.
While we were in the area, we thought we would return to the final location of the 'Sydney Bombardment' Multi Cache (GC67CBM). Having previously worked through the various stages, we knew where we needed to be. After a string of Did Not Finds, no update from the Cache Owner and the last recorded find being on 19 Jul 2016, we decided to help the game along by throwing down a replacement cache. Thanks For The Multi Cache nathys.
At this point AlphaDeltaIndigo had to head home, so we dropped her off at the bus stop and continued onto 'A Grateful Tribute' (GC572X6). I had attempted this one in Feb 2016 but was unable to locate it, and subsequently logged a Did Not Find. This time, however, our fortunes had improved and we spotted the cache straight away. I am almost certain it was not there before but pleased to turn my DNF frown upside down (or the right way up).
With the sunlight gone, we pulled out our torches and swung by Vaucluse Bay for 'Beach Paddock' (GC535VN). This would be a lovely spot during the day, I'd imagine. A quick and easy find for us under artificial light. Thanks For The Cache Denikoje.
We began making our way back towards the city and pulled into the crescent surrounding Ray Avenue Reserve for 'Rakes Creek' (GC5DH1T). Another quick find under torch light, with morry9 managing to spot it straight away.
I noticed, for some reason, 'The Spring' (GC34290) was appearing on my map as having not been found. I recall having the same discussion with morry9 last time we were over this way, that he had already found it and I was certain I had too. Well (excuse the pun), I wanted to be sure to clear it once and for all. Emma's Well is an great little landmark by the road side. Even though I was somewhat parched by this stage, I decided against drinking from the spring. An easy find and I was first to sign in the newly replaced log.
We were on the right side of New South Head Road (actually, the left side) to try our luck at 'Kings Cinema' (GC58ETD). We parked the car in the underground car park of the old cinema (now a supermarket). Ground Zero was quite active, so we decided to grab dinner first at the nearby Thai restaurant. After finishing our evening meal, we returning and made another straightforward find. Who would have guessed this building used to house a cinema, just by looking at it? Thanks For The Caches The Artful Dodgers.

Three of us spent a lot of time combing this area but came up empty. We read through past logs so thought we had a good idea of where to look (and where not to). Expanded our search but still found nothing.
Couldn't come up with this one today after about 30 min. Checked nearby location based on hints but wasn't there either :-/

This one had me puzzled for a while, but then I thought outside the box and quickly had cache in hand. TFTC.
Sneaky little cache. I was too focused on the obvious. Good thing Sandysa had her head in the game. The cache was soon in hand! Thanks!!
Must have bussed past this spring 1000 times in my lifetime and never knew it was here!! Great little cache (and I do mean 'little'!)

What a neat little feature!
Driven past many a times and never ever realised this was here. A few people have thrown coins in for some good luck

This, the second of the morning took way longer than it should have. Notwithstanding that there are less muggles on a weekday the constant flow of traffic bothered me while I was gardening. Gardening finished and no reward I was about to leave before walking up the hill once more. Ah success; pity I didn't read the logs more thoroughly. TFTC The Artful Dodgers.
Such an interesting feature at the side of the road! Thanks for the cute distraction. This one had me fooled for a while. Tftc
It was SO small, tip is don't look at the waterfall, attractive has two meanings!
OCW Mrs A on a balmy winters day. On foot and keen to grab some caches and explore the area.
Mrs A headed on down to the shops at Rose Bay while I headed for The Spring. I too walked past it and did some contemplation where upon I returned and made the find. Looks new. Signed the log and rehid. TFTC The Artful Dodgers.

First we looked at the weatherforecast, before we decided were to go.
But it should be a good day for a nice walk, so we took the Ferry to Watson bay.
There were enough caches in the gps, so nothing could go wrong.
After the multi we decided to take an alternatieve route back to the Ferry.
Now we came very close to this one.
First we loket at the wrong spot, but soon we had a cache on our hands.
Thanks for this one.

Arrived and left on foot as part of an eastern caching expedition on a beautifully fine mid-winter's Saturday.
I've been back and forth on this road over a good many years now and I've never before noticed this historic site. Thanks for the opportunity to appreciate this piece of eastern Sydney's history. Nice one.
Cache find was straightforward with use of the coordinates to lock us on.
All in order; log signed, cache then safely re-hidden.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too

A great hint here in that it was entirely accurate but didn't give anything away. raindoctor struck out from the group's thinking and quickly found the cache.
This one took rassilon256 and I up someone's driveway, before runaroundtheworld reread the hints and raindoctor to make the find. Another nice spot, thanks artful dodgers!
Thanks for bringing us here! Would have missed this if it wasn't brought to my attention by a cache! Good teamwork here as I had no idea where to look but eventually what the team members said made sense and we made a find appropriate to the hint.
Today was a combination of Amateur (HAM) radio and Geocaching activities. We took part in the Sydney Amateur Radio Ferry Contest, put on by the Waverley Amateur Radio Society, which had HAMs jumping on and off ferries all around the harbour chasing points. Waverley club station VK2BV was setup behind the Rose Bay Ferry wharf, to act as a control/check-in station. Managed to make a respectable 32 “contacts” during our trip over, and back, from Manly to Rose Bay on the various ferries & wharves.
After visiting the waypoints for "Forgotten Nuns" multi (Final GZ was too far away for today) we walked down New South Head Road to this one. It was a surprise to see the nice little trickling spring so close to busy New South Head Road, and thought it such a waste for the spring water to be flowing down the drain.
Quickly spotted the tiny cache container nearby, signed the log, and then replaced as found. Thanks for the spring, and the cache, Artful Dodgers.

This was my 6th cache today.
After a while, I could find it.

Got the coordinates for a team cache last night, and since I had business in that part of the city, I made it my priority, and picked up another five as well before heading home.
A few caches in the area were missed due to an impossibility parking nearby.

Fascinating spot on the main road. Quick find a short distance from the spring.
I do wonder what the water quality is lke and if good, there's a real waste of water here.
