Feeling pretty please with myself as this one hasn't been found since Sept 2015. But paid the price slipped down bank and got a few cuts on my leg but I'll live.
Today we explored Darwin and surrounds using geocaching as a guide. When we arrived we found the cache container destroyed on the ground so we have replaced cache with mint tin as per hint.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

had a cycle around Palmerston today along the bike track, came up with this one first up. Quite easy find. left nothing, took nothing. - with akh08
Always ride along this path and it wasn't until starting to find the geo's that I knew they were here... Great find and pretty spot! - with knjh
Today we drove to Palmerston to have a look around the new areas, check out the shops & find some caches.
A nicely hidden cache, but not the best access from the bike trail.
Cache in good condition.
Thanks for the cache, windy05.

On a perfectly Palmy day I was enjoying the bike ride along the bike path
A couple of caches had guided me to this quality bike path that stretches for almost 30 km's [:o]
Not a MAMIL in sight today
And I am definitely not one, even after clocking up what I estimate to be somewhere between 80 and 100 thousand kms on a push bike !!
I have never worn lycra in my life [^]
I rolled to a stop at one end of the bridge and slid off down the steep embankment into the burnt pandanus forest below
I looked up at where the cache should be, but I had stuffed up !!
I was on the wrong side of the creek
Back up the slippery slope and back across the bridge for another try
No easier from this end, but at least I didn't have to cross the creek and get me feet wet
In the gloom I soon found the cache safe and sound [^]
TFTC and ride.

After doing #1, it was a very pleasant stroll continuing on to this one. We had not heard the term MAMILs before, but spotted quite a few this morning.

Plenty of water in the creek but managed to get the cache quite quickly. Thanks windy05.
WanderingAus wandered by on day 32 of our annual Climatic Refugee trip, after dropping the WanderingMrs at Coconut Grove Senior Citizens Club for a couple of hours of line dancing, I headed off for a couple of hours of caching.
My bike is sitting in the shed 2,665 CroKs southwest of the cache, so I parked the geoPajero on the highway and made my way through the bush towards the cycle way, only to find myself on the wrong side of the creek.
I made my way up the embankment, and as I was crossing the bridge the gpsr indicated the cache was about 7 or 8 metre away from the bridge, which surprised me because I expected it to be in the safe high ground of the bridge. After allowing the gpsr to settle it still said "go bush", so I scrambled down and headed over. There were several good hiding spots within 2 metres of my GZ, but anything high enough to be safe from the water was devoid of cache, so I headed back towards the bridge, and with the red arrow on the gpsr indicating "you are going the wrong way", I made an easy GAFF 0 find. I should have trusted my instincts instead of the gpsr this time.
My Groundspeak find No 2796, LCC, TNLNSL, dropped my WanderingAus Happy New Year 2008 Gold GC, my WanderingAus GeoMobile TB, and a few other travellers in for a visit before grabbing them back again.

1610 GAFF1 Been out cycling from Berrimah; just one more day in Darwin before heading back.
To drop by Palmerston Shootout #1 on way back 'home' and repack a hopefully drier log sheet.
As others have said, easy down, harder up.

Easy way down but not by choice with my smoothed bottom double pluggers! Hard hike up after that bad boy though!!! TFTC
Great location - correct about it being a little more challenging in the wet season!
Had to do the ant-dance to get this one. Thanks for the cache Windy05
I stood guard while the misses went in for the kill.

Windy05 has chosen some pretty locations, this spot was guarded by some annoying little critters.

Make sure you pull well off the road - and on the walk in, beware of the spiky plants!
