As this cache has been out of action for too long, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. I noticed that this cache has been in need of owner attention for a period of time well in excess of the period of "a few weeks" as contemplated by the cache guidelines published on Geocaching.com. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other caches from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. Please either repair/replace this cache, or archive it (using the archive listing link in the upper right) so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 30 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

No-one has found it for a year, I went to look for it myself but it wasn't there!!! [:(!]
Hmmm I think that the GZ has changed a bit since the cache was set! Not many trees left and definitely no path to speak of to get you to the GZ easily! This has not been found for over a year now. Please can the CO investigate. Thanks
Not found. The slope is all covered with bark mulch. We couldn't locate the cache.
Area been chopped down quite considerably and recently too I'd say, if your cache was in one of the trees, there are now few trees left at GZ!
No luck with this one. It looks like a lot of tree felling has occurred recently and we wonder of the cache is still there?
We approached this from the bottom, but luckily read the description just in time to realise there was an easier way up. Got to GZ, and quickly made the find. A nice wee spot, and the first find for our day caching out East. TFTC!
Looks as if this one has been muggled. Found a very likely spot as soon as i hit GZ and the little nook was empty. Texted a friend who confirmed i was looking in the right spot. Ill be back when its replaced.
I had some time between and after work commitments today so managed to fit in a drive around in this area to find a few caches. Found a clear way up from below and then work my way round to the cache. No problems there. TFTC, Biggles.
Had to be a quick dash and grab inbetween squalls today... [B)]
Thankfully, I was just letting the GPSr settle down approaching GZ when I spotted a very likely looking spot... sure enough, there was the container... nice and snug and dry despite the foul weather for Day 12 of 31 Days of Geocaching...
TNLNSL... TFTC

Took a few more minutes to find than it should have as I was introducing a friend (Samora 354) to geocaching using c:geo on an Android phone. Nice camo and a fresh logbook.
In the area to visit the Secret Island, so throught we'd make the most of a wonderfully sunny mid-winter Sunday, and explore Pigeon Mountain. Finished our cicumnavigation, and extended swamp walk, and were heading back to the car, when I noticed we'd missed on the way in. So coaxed the troops into having a go for it, but the GPS took us out of the park, down a couple of walkways, and into a completely different park. A few trees and branches down, but the cache was still safe, albeit waterlogged, presumably because it had been stored on its side. Tucked it away upright so hopefully it'll stop collecting water, but the log is completely sodden. TFTC (but didn't see any half moons .
Short walk to GZ but gas was all over the place so walked right by the cache. Checked a few locations while waiting for the gps to settle. Got the gps to settle on a rough area and used the clue to locate. Left GC.
Quick Walk to GZ and walked right up to the place we thought it would be and voila! TFTC, last one in our little Pigeon Mountain cache trip.
A quick find in a nice little park in Akld - what amazing big pine trees. Found on a caching weekend with Davycrockpot. TFTC
The previous log comments helped. Reading the description properly would have made the find much easier (especially the "no need to crash through the trees" part), if I had taken the path first, it would have been a very quick find, instead it took me about 10 mins
Left the King of the Mountain and headed to this one. Of course it would be under trees!! Trees are kryptonite for my GPS and the hint could be interpreted a number of ways. I searched a number of potential hiding places but seemed to be getting nowhere. I was heading for some clear sky to try and narrow down the search area with my GPS when i spotted the cache. TFTC
Found it! My first cache on my own with geodog on his walk!
Nice easy find...am still getting used to phone compass, but catching on quick!

Nice quick find. Never been here before.
No trackable as mentioned(logged) in system. No pencil.
Nice spot...thanks

We thought we would strike trouble here with a DNF logged before us...but much to our surprise we found the cache almost straight away. Happy days !

Nice little tuckaway reserve, quick cache find. Very few muggles out and about in this weather. TFTC

Big changes here since I played around here as a kid, and on the mud flats before the marina was built
Parked in the nearby street, and approached the cache from the top. - Felt so inferior, and obviously out of place pulling up and parking in my wee 3 door car next to all the new flash as houses and cars!
But quickly made my way over to the GZ, just as it was staring to rain!
Did a bit of a loop around where the GPS was leading me, but then soon was fixed up on trail, and was soon where the cache was too! - I actually thought the cover was the cache at first! It was so perfect and beautiful and shiney that it couldn't be real! But then turns out that the actual cache was underneath! Haha.
TFTC!!

Took a bit of an indirect approach to the cache, then spent a few minutes wondering quite where it could be before everything was soon very clear. Grabbed a TB, but no sign of the dinosaur one. I think this is a bit more than a terrain 1.5 rating.
A few hours later the moon rose, this time it wasn't a half moon but a supermoon, when the moon makes a pretty close approach to the earth which looks spectacular.

It is time to go out East this morning picking up a few caches on the way.
I took the straight approach to this cache.
In: TB.
Cheers for the cache.

Out for a quick spot of caching with the Future Finder. Had to wait out a passing shower before attempting this cache. Came in via the more direct route, but the FF was not interested in a climb up a tree covered slope. So, around we went. A quick find using this approach. Not sure why the terrain rating is only 1.5. Cheers for the cache!
As this was one of my favourite songs...many years ago, had to find this cache. Thanks
Took a while to find due to GPS going haywire, but figured it out in the end thanks to the hint TFTC
We hate to admit it but we know the song well . Good hide out of the way of muggles TFTC.
Had all but given up on this one, turned to leave and spotted the likely hiding spot.

Cool spot and a neat hide - liked the camo job. Well done on your first hide, hope to see lots more. Dropped off "Dad to Hawaii" TB. T4TC
Nice stroll along to GZ and found the cache exactly where we would have hidden it. I see what our friend Trout-fly meant when he talked about all the neighbours garden rubbish. Still, a nice place for a cache. TFTC
Quick and easy find, after I dodged one of the locals using the area nearby as his own private rubbish dump. He had his wife and 2 kids follow him out all carrying rubbish so they could dump it down the bank...Nice! Thanks.
Bit of a job to find this one but got there in the end. TFTC and another FTF . Bumped into KL just as I was leaving. Dropped TB.
I had to finish my morning routine first before heading out.
Met Avoyager at the car park.
Took a little bit of searching but found it.
Nice hide.
