### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there HINCO,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

Had a little bit of time before an app in wagga so thought we'd give this a go however the owners of the house very close by drove into their driveway while we were searching so decided to give it a miss. Will come back another time
Cache found without any issues, quick and easy find into wagga, thanks for the cache!
When I was up at Ungarie a few weeks ago and I started the WWW trail I hatched a plan. I knew the rest of my family was going away for the school holidays and so I decided that I would head to Wagga for an overnight trip and try and find 100 caches in a day for the first time. At that point I had collected 50 (and then last weekend I got 54) in a single day, but triple figures was really only possible with a powertrail - and the one The Drovers had set up was worth the effort. So I took a day off work and headed up to make the attempt before everyone gets back tomorrow. Thankfully the weather was not as hot as yesterday so it was a pleasant day driving the blue road grader on the trails north of Wagga.
Up at 5:30 with the first cache at 6AM and by 4PM I had the 100 caches - in the end I got 117 (1 multi, 2 virtuals, 3 earthcaches and the rest Trads - the one solved puzzle was too busy even at 6:30AM). I saw one big Brown Snake, added a couple of birds to my annual list (including Crimson Chats near Gumly Gumly), and saw lots of Caper Whites. Also got plenty of grazes, banged both shins on logs, got a splinter under one fingernail, and suspect I will lose another after dropping a rock on an unlogged Roostaman hide. Climbed a few trees, founds some clever caches and generally had a fantastic time.
Indeed it was pretty obvious - spotted it from the car as I pulled up. Jumped out, signed log and returned with a little more camo to make slightly less obvious. Still standing the test of time though.

Found while in town for Rosstamans 60th, a quick find on this one. Thanks Hico for the cache.
Our 5 year old admired the horses in the nearby paddock. A chilly 2⁰ with fog made for a great atmosphere to go hunting for caches! Cache found and in good condition. TFTC
Day 273 - Today was another of those days that it was time to go to wagga and along the way we made a detour and had lunch at the Parm and Pawn after which it was cache time and this happened to be the best place to catch our daily smiley.
Thanks HINCO for this nice spot to stop and cache.

Yes, pretty obvious hide, but no rocks in sight! Cache container was wet inside, but log book still able to be signed. SL at 12.38pm. Dried everything and put back in place the right way up. #5563 TFTC HINCO
Could be rocky ! ! not sure where it is, then found and signed, then replace, and on our way to the next place.
TFTC. What a complete contrast in weather from the last week. 37 yesterday and now 22 , windy and showers expected. Perfect day to go caching. Beats sitting in a motor home all day. Decided to go out and grab a few caches, change a blue face to a smiley and attempt the Friend Trail. Hopefully we would not get wet or blown away in the process.
This was the first for the morning, a quick easy one to start the day.

After a really great day yesterday completing the RGGT trail and starting the Friends, I had my heart set on completing that one, but an over protective butcher bird at the final cache put paid to that goal.
I started the day in Wagga Wagga and travelled home via Marrar, Old Junee and Junee. At that stage I realised that arriving home today was going to be impossible unless I stopped caching. I had never travelled that road before and again I thank geocaching for taking me that way to see so many wonderful sights - the lambs sticking close to their mums; the calves frolicking in the sun; the canola crops were either lush green or already cut; the wheat at various stages of being ripe from still green to flaxen and the beautiful sight of people fishing while out enjoying the lovely spring weather.
Oh and the caches were great too. There were a variety of hides, containers and camouflages. However I must admit to one low spot and that was when I had to sack Monty, aka my GPSr, after he led me on a merry dance for about 15 minutes at a cache that everyone else had said was easy! I grabbed Sam(sung) from the car and he immediately showed me the right way to go. Go figure!
All caches found were in good condition and logs were signed, often as SG to save space and time.
Thank you to all COs for their part in making my life so enjoyable.
Individual caches will get extra notes if appropriate.
Found in the open and replaced with camo.

I had to head to Wagga Wagga to make a presentation at a Scout meeting on Saturday morning. Of course, this gave me a great excuse to come down early and knock off a few caches along the way.
Juno and I spent a fantastic night sleeping on a 'secret' spot on the shores of the 'Bidgee, and then went and completed a little power trail in the early morning.
It was then straight back to Goulburn and home.
Thanks to all of the caches hiders, we will be back in the area soon!
Cheers

I enjoyed a day caching around Wagga Wagga. I stopped to log quite a few of your caches, including this one. Thanks for the hide.

Our day started with a Canada Day Event, local cachers were keen to offer help for caches we had not found during the week. So we set out with renewed confidence and really enjoyed the last day of caching in the Riverina for this trip.
We were surprised to see this one with a DR of 2!
Thanks HINCO for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

After finding "The End of the Road", I quickly came up to this one and after me GPS settled I made my way towards GZ and I saw the cache out in the open, so after signing it I hid it better. Tftc

This cache was found in almost record time, so pleased as we travelling south and needed to get moving!
Found it. Replaced it as I found it but it was a little obvious maybe....tried to camouflage it a little more with what I had on hand. TFTC
We thought we'd check this one out and lo and behold there was a brand spanking new cache. Thanks for the hide and bringing us here.
Stopped by here today to introduce some new people to caching, and figured this one would be a nice easy one to cut their teeth on, but no such luck. Should have read the previous logs as this one is no longer there.
This is the 1st of 1 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
[red]We spent quite some time here at around 11:34:00 AM, but we just couldn't locate your cache, so a DNF from us - - - not stating it's not there... just that we couldn't spot it.

Tried this one with Scruffyblake, Charli_Bear, Me_To and Mr Roo on our Australian Trip for the Red Centre Experience.
Sadly no luck with this one today but we will give it another go next time we are in the area.

Looked around our indicated GZ (at a tree) for several minutes. Expanded our search radius too, but no luck for us here today. Our thanks anyway to HINCO.
I'm doing a GeoCaching tourist trip - The GeoSchnauzers and I are off to Wagga Wagga and surrounds, just under 200 kms from home. It's Monday morning, and we're off in good time. Once out of Canberra, the first cache I haven't found is past Yass. I've booked into a cheap motel which will accept the dogs, I'm kitted up with dog gear, geocaching gear, computer gear, for geocaching, and even gear for me to wear.
Thursday. It' s another beautiful day, sunny, and promising to be a lot cooler than was yesterday. Today, the GeoSchnauzers and I are going home. We'll head out on the Olympic Highway. I'm again intending to see things other than caches, and to undertake some short walks for myself and the GeoDogs.
No 5 of 24 today. Good one, again!!! This one nearly beat me, great camo . TFTC.

Sneaky hint - made us look in the wrong place first. Spotted the clever hide as we were about to leave. Thanks.
Xela embarrassingly missed this cache in her first sweep (her words) found quick, required screwdriver to open
On the way to OZ Mega, stayed at Wagga Wagga for one week... Quick spotted this one and signed the log. Thanks Hinco.
[:(!] In Wagga for the week and this was one of them, parked the geocar as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

Enjoyed drive on the way to Cootamundra for a day, via stop some caches on highway... Easy to find as hide very well thanks
A plan was struck with Boot65 to head down the highway from Canberra to collect the RGGT Trail as well as some extra's if we had the time. We had an extra seat in the car, so Rapidlywild joined in the trek. As we had finished the trail it was time to collect a few more around. We arrived at GZ and soon had the cache in hand, TFTC, log was signed as RFB.
2827. Found with FurfacesLL and Rapidlywild. A quick find and then off to the next candidate.
