This one has been on my radar for ages. Came out to get the recently published tree cache and went for this one too. Bit of a struggle at GZ but its one of those ones you cant I see once its seen. I AM GUR
As we drove past this area yesterday we happened to see this unsolved puzzle symbol on our caching map. Last night we had a good look at the puzzle and got nothing meaningful. This morning, after reading the hint and having a good think, we tried something else and the numbers materialised like magic. Very nice. And the checker liked our numbers too - even better. We immediately decided to take a quick run to find the cache before more weather rolled in. Thanks for the parking coordinates, they sure helped. Signs of the Christmas storm are evident everywhere with many large branches and a few whole trees blown down. But, luckily for us, the track to GZ had been cleared. We came prepared to tackle lantana but actually didnt need to use anything. Going a bit further along the track past GZ we could see a fairly clear way through the lantana towards GZ so thats the way we went. And all around us at GZ was rocks, and more rocks. The hint said rocks definitely not our favourite hide. But we spotted something a little out of place straight away. Glad it was the cache. Very nicely done too. Thank you. Favourite Point from us for the neat puzzle and beaut hide.
I'd solved this one a few years ago and had even come to find it but had decided not to as it was getting close to dark. Today I'd been to an event at Logan Village so after a cache at Tamborine I thought I'd have enough light to venture in here. I took my torch just in case but didn't need it. Scooted along as best I could and picked my point of entry. My phone said 42m from there and in between was a wall of lantana, oh what fun!Thrashed my way through without losing an eye and made the find, wishing for a flame thrower all the way.Karicka was the last finder here so carefully signed under his name and returned the clever container to it's hide.I'm leaving it favourite point for the puzzle and another for the container but taking one off for the lantana. An afternoon of caching in south Logan collecting a few caches that I had left behind and some newish hides.
As it was a cool overcast day I added this walk to my list.
Find number 28142 for me.
Thank you Captain Touch for hiding this geocache.

Out caching today with RoddyC, Hatzoff and grannysmith1947 to get a few Smilies. I hadn't been to this little corner of the world to look before .
I didn't think this would be too bad but I think we parked in the wrong place. I really gave my new knee a work out and had to make sure I didn't slip over and damage it. Sure made me huff and puff all the way.
Log signed and cache replaced where found then on our way. TFTC

Gotta take a break from writing up caches! So a trip out organised by hatzofff, with imbunda, grand of course, Miss Millie.
A clever hint had the puzzle solved fairly quickly.
Today the walk was very pleasant.

Planned a day's caching in the area adding smiles to some empty dots.
This was the only puzzle we had today. It had been solved sometime ago so we were ready to go. Without looking at parking we headed to what we thought would be the closest parking. Was it or wasn't it maybe. It was a little rugged but a 50minute walk had us back at our parking spot with a smile on the puzzle dot.

I've had this solved for many years. The walk in was muddy and slippery and of course I took the lantana route in but made a quick find. Thanks for the cache
Todays adventure started after the recent the solving of a tricky puzzle that I tried to decript a few times during the relocation of our lives to the new house. This meant a lot of stopping and starting due to things getting in the way and brain blocks. Then I asked the creator for a bit of guidence and managed to get it done with a nudge from him, thanks mate! Got my backpack with supplies for all the “just in case” things and a walking pole and I was off to explore part of the ridge behind the area we now live in. The access I had originally chosen at the end of the road closest to our place was not the advised parking waypoint so I erred on the side of caution and took the CO's advice, lots of room for cars here indeed. Misty drizzle at the drive in lead to a lovely walk, with a couple of steeper bits going down and some nice breezes. There were a few spots I made note of to return to soon, this area is our nearest nature reserve just 2km from the front door so it’s going to be a regular wander. Wallabys, evidence of equine activity, dozens of different types of butterflies, even some “dancing” for my camera! Thanks for sending me that way. As I approached GZ and got the GPS down to 34m there was a huge amount of lantana in my way but rathr than progress through that nightmare I remembered what I had glanced right and saw in the general direction of GZ from about 20m back so I got back to the path, went back to where I saw the featuresw which are mentioned in the hint I now understand and walked in that way - a much easier trail than lantana hell. The area at GZ gave about a zillion possible spots BUT to narrow it down I thought about being the owner of a cache here and about the nasty cache creep that can occur - thinking about this narrowed down greatly the possible locations and this thought gave me the goods in quick order. little bit of rock hopping and I had it - the log sheet is getting fragile now so I put in a few fresh sheets for the next finders. took the Trakable to move along and left a pathtag. Thanks so much for this cache - it has taught me I am able to solve a puzzle and I shall be back here a lot now, hopefully on horseback! I am leaving a favourite point because this was a much needed lesson and experience for me. Thanks.
Found it. I enjoyed the puzzle. The hike with 4 small children was slow but they enjoyed the hunt.
In the area attending the CITO, we decided to collect a couple of puzzle caches while we were here. This one was super tricky, needed a PAF to a previous finder to help get the cogs turning on this one.
Cache was found after a wander along some hilly tracks.
Thanks Captain Touch for the puzzle and cache.

So this morning I met up with Willis007 and we had planned to go to a tree planting CITO an hour away. After grabbing a few caches on the way and then attending the event, we decided to grab a few more on the way home. We both had a leave pass for the day so it was nice to get out and about.
This one I had the solved coordinates for and can’t remember what I did to get them but I suggested to Willis007 it was a little out of the way but how about a little walk before we meet up with TripleTurmoil.
We parked the car at the suggested waypoint and made or way along the track. Up, down and around with some good chatting along the way and we reached GZ in no time. A search around after a little path clearing and we were then searching the rocks. Willis007 made the grab and it was not long before we had our names in the log and replacing the cache. A walk back through our newly made trail, back onto the path, with some easy travels and great conversation we were back at the car.
Thanks for placing this one here, all good with the cache.

Found only twice in almost two years.... I will admit to having issues with the conversion, no matter what online help I tried nothing made sense... until I got the input correct and out finally popped some usable numbers... That was then...
This is today... I made a slight detour, made use of the suggested parking co-ordinates, followed the trail, despite seeing the gz continued on, left the trail only to be engulfed in lantana, groaned inwardly upon arrival at the GZ, lucked out however and found the cache with minutes... I could of spent a lot longer here...

This morning I thought I was on my way to Everton Park for work, but a last minute change of plans saw us plastering a reno in Jimboomba. I checked my phone when I pulled up on site and saw this puzzle had parking coordinates only a few hundred metres down the road. Normally I would check the map the night before and work out if there were going to be any likely targets, but the short notice meant that I was smuggling my phone and a notebook into the portaloo for a few sneaky trips to try and get some numbers I fairly quickly worked out what was needed, but may have arranged things wrongly or just couldn't see the source info well enough on my mobile because I couldn't pull out any numbers. A third trip to the big blue box to PAF, and my geofriend soon had all my ducks in a row. As I exited the portaloo my concerned muggle partner said "Äre you feeling ok?" Oh ummmm......yes much better now thanks After work I headed the short distance down the road to the parking coords and began the pleasant walk to gz. Of course I chose the hard way in and got covered in cobblers pegs before stepping out into the open. A scramble around put me at the right angle to spot the camo and I soon had my name in the log. I found the easy way out and was soon back at the car and heading home. I waved to my muggle partner who was packing the car as I went past who looked surprised then rolled his eyes; no prizes for guessing what I had been doing Tftc and the puzzle Captain Terror
I reckon I remember this one being published and having no luck with it at all for a long time.
Maybe the clue was expanded or something so that I made the breakthrough eventually.
Then the coords have just sat there ever since...
Until today. After a trip to Tamborine, I was keen for a few good finds on the way home, and this one leapt off the map at me.
It was midafternoon by the time I arrived at the Parking spot, and as I set off, I realised to my surprise it had been more than a year since the last find. Wow!
I must admit there are times I enjoy bushwalking alone, and this was one of them. It was a gentle stroll with just a bit of careful treading needed here and there on the eroded track.
Approaching Gz, I became concerned I was going to have to do some pretty serious lantana bashing, but after a closer look at the area I found a way through.
Pleasingly, and thanks to typically good coordinates, I managed to put my hand right on the cache. More good news: all is OK inside and it had been indeed unloved for over a year!
After enjoying the serenity for as long as possible, it was time to take the slow road back to civilisation.
TFTC which I enjoyed a lot. Have a FP and I hope there are more visitors this year.

I have had this puzzle solved for quite a while but never seemed to have the time to take the drive out here until today.
I parked at the gate and kitted up for a stroll. I love walking in the Aussie bush. It feels so relaxing.
A bit of up and down and then the GPS had me going off road. The terrain reminded my of the area around Mt Gravatt and Toohey Forrest so I assume it is all linked together somehow.
It didn't take long to spot the hide. I had been toying with making similar hides so I was glad to see one that worked.
TFTC Captain Terror. A favourite point for this one.

Our team of Aussie Liahona, joojoo57 and myself decided that we would attempt this one as our first for the day as we knew we had a long walk of going up and down hills ahead of us and didn't fancy doing it at the end of our day. With thanks to Aussie Liahona who had done the hard part of solving the puzzle we were then on our merry way. Enjoyed the walk and once in the vicinity of GZ we saw many areas that looked like good hiding spots as some of our GPS's had us in different places. We eventually got a good reading and homed in on something that looked out of place and yes, a great camo hide was retrieved.
Thanks Captain Terror for the neat puzzle and hide, a favorite point from me and TFTC

Luckily we decided to do the walk to the cache first up as part of our day out caching. Fairly easy walk to the cache because of it being mainly downhill so going back took a tad longer! Once our GPSs settled we soon spotted the likely area. Interesting puzzle and a nice setting made for a wonderful beginning to the day. Thanks Captain Terror.
I've had these co-ords sorted for quite some time but I didn't remember that and so haven't been out for it. Looking for some caches to do to accomplish the Spell JUNE in JUNE Challenge this one came back to my notice and we ventured here today to find it. We being JooJoo57, Snickersallen and myself. After eyeing off another spot with the clue we then noticed the real location and made our way there. Something caught our eye which did indeed turn out to be the cache and we were home and hosed (so to speak). So gladly signed the log and felt very accomplished. Now we just need to do the walk in reverse. Thanks for bringing us here with this challenging geocache Captain Terror. We were glad to have attempted it in a winter month for slightly cooler weather. Cheers and happy caching!
With the Bromance spread across the planet over Christmas and New Year it was a solo run this morning for the Fungus. I wanted to find some higher D rating caches, as recently we have been really working on the T. D was feeling a little neglected!
A really enjoyable puzzle, and a well executed GZ. Fortunately it was the the first thing I tried!. A really hot walk at midday today - thank goodness there was a little bit of rain on the way back!
Thanks for the cache.

I've had this one sat in the solved list for years... About a week or so after it was released actually, but I have never got around to ticking it off the unfounds.
I have been watching it for a couple of months and knew it had gone without attention for a while, so as I worked my way to the CITO event this morning, I made it the first cab off the rank for the must do's... [^]
All very quiet, I sauntered slowly along the path sharing the area with just the birds and roos. A short walk and I was within 60m of GZ, so I shot off the track. A nice clear entry into the area, the hiding area became obvious on approach, so it was just a matter of narrowing down the right hidey hole. As I moved around, I spotted the IPS container and quickly had the log in hand...
Opening it with some trepidation, I wondered whether someone else might have had the same idea today, I peeled back the pages to reveal a 10 month gap between finds... Ah, that's 300 unloved days to the list which was satisfying indeed...
Name added to the log and cache back in place, I set off back along the path and continued the trip South.
Cheers Captain Terror.

I need to do some catching up, my logging is behind;
I'll write a note to let you know that I have made a find.
I'll change this note into a find when I can spare the time
To get my thoughts onto the page and finish off my rhyme.

I've been sitting on the final co-ords for some time now but have never gotten around to finding the cache. Well today we were heading out to the outlaws in Jimboomba and I needed a stand out cache for a mini milestone, so this seemed like to perfect choice.
The plan was to drop the family off then come back but on the way out our son fell asleep so I jumped out at the parking co-ords and the mrs went for a drive.
As I wandered down the dirt track a slight shower came over, it was almost like a mist the rain drops were that small. It was quite refreshing really as it was a little muggy in here today. Between the soft moist soil of the track and my new boots it was like walking on a cloud, ahh it's so good, if only every step in life felt like this. I brought an umbrella with me today just incase the heavens opened up and as it turned out for a bit of protection from some maggies as well. As I reached the last little rise before the left hand bend I could see 4 or 5 maggies on the ground and in the trees. The ones on the ground took flight as I approached but once up on the rise I looked around and they were everywhere. It was like a sence out of a Hitchcock movie. There must have been 20 or more just hanging around squawking. I did feel a little uneasy so up with the umbrella as I strolled through their territory. Now I wasn't looking up but from underneath I heard three of them fly past me at a very low altitude. Once I was a distance away I looked back and they were gone, well that was weird I must say.
Not long after my phone wanted me to go bush and I soon found a faint geotrail. With co-ords being spot on for me, I soon spotted a well camouflaged cache. Very cool indeed. I added my name to the list of lucky finders, grabbed the geocoin and replaced as found. Find #1600.
As I took off the rain set in and poured down the whole way back, not to worry though.
Thanx again Captain Terror. It's a great cache and puzzle, I had fun with both.

Second time lucky. This time I brought in old mate to help me look. He found it straight away. Lucky I brought him with me because I would never have found it in a pink fit. Very clever. It mustn't have been found in a while because it was very difficult to open. However, it was nice and dry inside. Great cache.
I dropped off a Flash Mob XI Geocoin and picked up a Capricorns Tree Frog.

Alas it turns out I am the first person who can't find this cache. This the cache that keeps on giving. At first I had nightmares solving it. I can't even begin to tell you what I tried to do to solve this cache. Several emails to the CO later and the penny dropped and I was good to go. Now I don't rock past this area often so it turned into delay delay delay, can't find the puzzle, let's do it again. I am sure there are three solved puzzles lying around my house. Today is the day. Of course I have rocked in from the east. One blessing is that I have at least learned the great big red P sign that previously has confused me I have now worked out is a parking signal. At least I have learnt something from this experience. Turns into I should have rocked up at Mona Drive.
I am tired. I have already done a big walk today. The GPS shows me a number bigger than anticipated but still I am here, it is do-able. I rock in, the sun is going down so time is not on my side. GZ is further from the path than I anticipated. I locate what I hope is GZ. I can't find the cache. I look high, I look low. Mmm, rocks is the clue, that isn't all that handy when there is a billion at scene. From the previous logs I see it must be camoflagued. Mmm, 50m in, no-one except for geocachers are in here, how hard does it need to be??? It could be 10 feet tall in the middle of the road and no-one would touch it. I don't know that it needs to be all that camoflagued.
It looks like I am going to have to somehow bring in reinforcements. I am not sure how I am going to tell old mate it is " just a few metres in "

A weekend away escaping the G20 up at Binna Burra and my chosen route saw me pass not far from this one. With the final coordinates sitting in my solved pile gathering dust it was a prime opportunity for a slight detour to grab the cache. With some other walks planned up there it required a very early start to squeeze this in. Drove up the road and passed a lady walking her dog along the side of the road, obviously out early to escape the heat. Parked at the indicated spot and made my way down to GZ. Was a bit dismayed with the number of possible hiding spots, but my luck was in and I spotted the clever hide after a short hunt. Returned back up the track and ran into the lady walking her dog coming down the track. Boy she must have motored to get up here so quickly! Had a quick chat and got back to the car to continue the journey. I enjoyed solving this puzzle, which actually helped me solve another one elsewhere. TFTC. Dropped a TB for the next finder.
Barb had this one solved a long time ago and ever since she had been nagging me about taking her here. Today was the day, and thankfully we waited this long as the cache qualified for the unloved challenge
So leaving home just after 5.00am the co-ords were loaded into the car GPS. Well that was a mistake as it took us to the wrong side . So knowing we had already checked Google maps prior to leaving home we plotted in the street with the best access. 20 Minutes later we were at a good access point. Off on foot with a pleasant stroll through the area. Found a place to leave the track and make our way to GZ.
Searching for what seemed an eternity in the heat, when suddenly we had that same moment as previous cachers. Could it be...yes [^]
Log signed, cache replaced. Great little hide and a favourite from me.

TFTC after dropping Miss Chick off at school, I had an excitable dog in the car, needing to stretch his short legs, so I scanned around for nearby caches. These days the blue and yellow smudges appeal more than the greenies.
I had looked at this before half heartedly, when passing by, and didn't go as far as looking at the hint, assuming it too hard. Today, I gave it a second look and saw the hint. Well Captain, I think I'm your target audience for that clue, because without hesitation, I drove to the parking coordinates, confident of nutting it out there rather quickly. After a few glitches of not copying it out right and not inputting the information in the correct order, I had a happy geochecker after about half an hour.
I put in the waypoint and set off confident of a quick find. After accidentally deleted it a few hundred metres in. I put it in again, as I had fortunately copied the coords as a personal cache note and set off again. I copied that incorrectly, yet again, and spent half and hour looking some seventy metres away. Once the corrected coords were in, I tried again and found something I was not expecting. Lol, nice work Captain. I had dropped my pen and tried my luck in the log with a bush pencil with not much success. I sent off a picture of Jasper sniffing out where Zack had once been getting acquainted with the cache, just to be sure. Hopefully soon, I will return and do the job properly.
A favourite point from me Captain, for a great puzzle hint, puzzle and great little cache.

What a great mixed day it was today, the day started 7.30am with a Connect Group from our church.
From there we headed up to our friends place at Kingston to help with a garage sale, then after having lunch with them we headed down to a new water park playground area at Yarrabilba to spend some time with our adult daughter and her family who had been visiting relatives out that way.
Then we took the opportunity to do a little of our favourite game on our way home and have some great caches smiling on our map now.
When got home we had tea and have a movie night together which we all enjoyed.
I have never been able to cram so many different things into one day!!!!!
Anyway enough of our private lives you just want to see how we went with the caches.
I had looked at trying to solution this from every different direction but it was obvious I was BLIND maybe I should had some communication system to help me solve it.
Seeing we were out this way it made no sense to leave this one out all on its own so we gave in and PAF who was kind enough to give me the cords and promised to show me how he had worked them out next time we meet.
We accidentally took a different route to get close to GZ and it worked a treat so the walk to the final was made a very pleasant one.
At GZ we searched around for a little while before I turned around, spotted something strange and upon investigation I had the cache in hand.
Thanks for bringing us here it took a long time from when I first tried to solve it just after it had been published till today when we finally found it, another smiley on the map GREAT!!!!
Thanks CT TFTC SL I'll give you a favourite point for this.

Out and about with teamdfl for a Freaky Friday, gathering up some stragglers around the Gold Coast I solved this puzzle probably a year ago, after doing one that followed along similar lines, but it's a long way from home, and I just haven't been down this way lately. Last night when teamdfl and I were planning our jaunt I added this to the list as it was the perfect opportunity to take the walk to GZ. This morning we set off bright and early in the hope of avoiding the heat, and along the way we hoped to find some WPs from a nearby archived multi (but that's another story...) It was a hot and humid walk to GZ, but the numbers counted down beautifully, and the cache was a quick find. I like the camo. TFTC, Captain Terror.
Another country run with the kids, and some pretty good caches done on the day. A really good walk on a particular puzzle cache in the area too. Thanks to all cache owners for hiding and maintaining their caches.

This was a ripper. I solved it pretty quick, working on a couple of ideas early in the solving, I soon switched from the one which I started with, and after about 15 mins had the "mystery" solved. That's the puzzle part, the walk, another matter. a fantastic location, and once had located the best parking area, set about with the kids.... Didn't take too long, and found a really nice hide at GZ. Got lucky there too, it was a 1 min find. Walking back, had the kids with sore legs. So Dad had to be a mule, and I piggy backed them one by one up the steep parts of the walk back....
Great cache and experience overall. A fav from me. TFTC.

Yessss woooohooooo found, and only person this year that has done so. Found with some help with the coords we have been working this one for a while many texts and emails later. A Saturday morning off work and a light breeze in the air I had to go for it with the mountain bike put in the jeep in case I couldn't get 4wd access well getting there I seen a gate so driving the distance wasn't a option so out came the mountain bike, I walked it to the top the the hill to the first way point and wow I didn't think I was so high up pity there was smoke all around I would of been able to so the range go all the way around.
Than I see a second gate so I walked my mountain bike to it put in through and a quick look at the brakes dam no back brakes and looking at the hill no way I was going to free ride my way down the freshly widened sandy track, I say the council is getting ready for the fire season This spot is in well need of a low growth fuel burn.with my bike put to the side I walked my way down but lucky I would only of had to push it up on my way back and the walk isn't that far. Heading in and getting closer I seen fresh snake marks in the sand and that started my mind running sent me looking around and that sent me to over run my enter point to the cache. I came back about 50m than the 40m into the hide, my coords that I got help with put me within 1m of the hide as I sat down had a little look around and bingo I was glad I didn't need to go flipping stuff over because the snakes were now on my mind.
knowing the cache hasn't seen light I nearly a year I was only imaging the condition it'll be in, I opened it and dry as a bone and so glad to see the pass log dates matched the log sheet I was the only one here this year wooohoooo I can only hope no one else finds it this year and the victory of only I been here in a year would be mine. With not much room for swaps I add couple more to fill the gaps log signed and a couple of happy snaps the cache is now back as I found it (the well camo cache) that is. And nun the wiser a wallaby only 10-15m away just laying in the shade watching me and probably listening to me talk to my self too. I had to sit for a while and it was so hot and the breeze was so nice over this side of the hill I thought how nice this is a signed cache only 1m away a wallaby 10m birds singing there tune and than a mower starts that would of been 200m away well that's time to go with a quick look at the cover around the cache a quick look around for snakes I made my dash to the track for the long walk back to the awaiting bike thanks CT for this hide the walk much needed and bet your happy the cache is still safe TFTCSLTN left extra.

When I decided to do the Birnam Bonanza, I checked my GPS the night before only to discover I hadn't put in the coordinates for this one... so there was nothing for it, but to solve it again... well, at least I knew the right method this time!
Arrived at GZ and I had a short search before spotting this well "crafted" cache!!
Nice Work Captain! Favourite from me.

CO is aware of the story behind my original note! I had battled with a similar puzzle for 2.5 years+ chasing the wrong lead. When this puzzle appeared, I couldn't getting anything useful out initially but revisiting the page one day, "hmm I wonder". Yup, numbers fell straight out. Well could that work for that other one[?]! Yes indeed!! So two completely independent puzzles with the same twisty little solution! Out and about today with Fangsoki and Radnoski and I was glad to add our name to the logbook. A very clever container. I initially checked the area and I think even picked up the cache without realising it! Luckily Radnoski was a little less cache blind. Thanks Captain.T
This was the next nearest mystery cache to my house. Thirty two k's as the crow flies but apparently my geo-mobile wasn't a crow..... plus I took a bit of a detour via the Logan Motorway.... so it took a bit of a trek to get here and meet up with Fangsoki and the Lokipagans.
The final co-ords have been programmed into my phone for a month or two now so I am glad to finally get here.
We got to the GZ and Loki raced around the place checking here and there. I eventually got to the right spot to find that she was suffering from a rare type of blindness known as cache-blindness.
"Is this what you're looking for Loki?" ........ and then something like "crap!!! there's a spider in here!!!"
A great puzzle Captain o' Terror. Thanks for the cache. Well done organising a spider to guard the cache.
While signing the log one of those pesky cache dwelling frogs hopped on in.

I had looked at this puzzle - try to solve it without any help - and pretty much that was it I did get the haps on it however, and soon had some co-ordinates in the GPSr
We ambled over toward GZ. This might take some time. But thankfully, Radnoski found the beast.. and the forementioned arachnid attached. After we begoned the spdier, we signed the log and re-hid the cache. It was in good condition. TFTC El Capitan!

Oh dear did this have me baffled. Got a fairly bif hint from the Captain a while back. Tried to put it to use, but no luck. Then a few weeks ago Brother Colin gave me another hint. I tried again and thought I had it, but alas no. On the way out to find Egg Rock with BC and Stairman the solution was explained to me. Seems I was applying the Captain's hint in the wrong manner . Ah, now it makes sense. Now I get numbers. Today was the day to hunt. GPS led me to GZ and the cache was soon found
Mr L&L had solved this cache a little while ago and explained to me the in's and out's of the puzzle so with that knowledge I nodded and off we went, we started searching looking here, looking there until it was located. Richard said he thought he could see my mind working overtime as I turned the cache over and over to see how it was constucted I like a good hide in the bush TFTC Mr CT
This puzzle took me some time to resolve. I was ever so glad when "gaz'n'kab" made the FTF. It meant I could relax and solve it at my leisure. It also meant I wouldn't have to make a nighttime run to try and find it before everyone else .
Arrived today with 'PigWig2' and we had a bit of a scramble around, looking in here, lifting up there, peering under everywhere. Eventually got around to the right spot and noted an anomaly. Sure enough, that was the cache. Nice bit of work [^] that we admired and discussed before signing the log and heading off. Gonna have to remember what that one looks like. I can feel a new 'PigWig2' cache coming on .

After our earlier find we were wondering what we would find with this one.
This puzzle had caused Geomum some angst in solving so I was instructed to take some pics of all the caches today.
After following the co-ordinates to GZ we soon started the search with the CO looking on. Brother Colin located the cache after almost not seeing it the first time. A few laughs and comments on his efforts and we all signed the log, placed it back in place and heaed off to the next one along the track.

What the hell was that all about? Even after seeing the solution, I am not sure what was going on with the puzzle. I really must get more practice with these puzzles.
I did love the cache, though. We all had a laugh (mostly at Brother Colin's expense) when we spotted it.
Thanks for a great day out, Captain Terror

Out today with 5meerkats, Geosapians and (along for a maintenance run and a few laughs) Captain Terror. The second in a couple along this ridge all placed by The Captain.
We warmed up at the last cache so now we were getting serious. I solved this one fairly quickly when we first talked about coming here to find these caches. That was the easy bit Finding required very careful observation techniques as it is a very cleverly camo'ed cache container. You will need to get very, very close to it to see it.....about 20cm should do it Talk about cache blindness....and it front of others... O dear.
Thanks for the cache Captain....and the laughing in my face.

Found with Stairman1 and geodog. This puzzle certainly had me stumped. I rang the CO and after a hard push from him, the co-ordinates came to me. I was so happy when evince also agreed . So we loaded the corrected co-ordinates in our GPS and headed towards this one. On the way to this cache we heard kangaroos jumping through the bush which fascinated geodog. Anyway after a pleasant walk, we finally arrived at the GZ and geodog found the container. (I have him trained well .) Another great container. We were pleasantly surprised to see we were only the second visitors. We signed the log then headed off to the final cache up here, the multi. Thanks Captain Terror.
A hint in the right direction helped to solve this one. Goldielover and I have a few caches to get here today. Have enjoyed the walk to the cache. Another great captain terror cache.
Thanks Captain Terror
Thanks Captain Terror
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
It is not often we really get mystery cache's, but this one surely couldn't be too hard We saw the notification pop up, and sat down to solve it. We tried this, that, and everything else we could think of... We took our time, and slowly decided that we were over thinking it. Soon, Kab mentioned what it could be, however we sort of forgot about that... We eventually formed the correct way to work this one out, and once we remembered the earlier theory mentioned, we had the final numbers aligned corrected Ran it through evince, and sure enough we had cracked it
This afternoon we headed back to the area, and made our way along to GZ We soon arrived at a lovely spot and commenced the search We searched high and low, and were glad we could see and not just go by touch in the dark Kab soon spotted something a little different, and sure enough, it revealed the cache container
A good puzzle for us simple folk, and a lovely walk around this arae again this afternoon
