A new super school has been built near by. The purpose of this cache is no longer relevant.
A busy spot during the day due to construction work nearby. GPS was spot on. TFTC.
A quick stop off here this morning on our way past, I some how missed this cache the other day when I was in the area. The cache was easily found and is all good
After an early morning CITO on Anstey Hill, I met up with JJ52 to go caching for the day. With not much of a plan other than to cache around Eudunda for the day. We went from cache to cache finding 49 caches for the day and ending up in Kapunda after a big loop. A lot of middle of no where/back roads with 2 brown snakes spotted on our journey.
Thanks for the cache

I did not make it to the early morning CITO but a spur of the moment decision had me meeting up with gridge98 at Mawson Lakes to head up to Eudunda to find some out of the way caches that we both had not found. I left home at 7:30am and returned at 8:30pm after a big day with 49 finds. We did a big loop finishing in Kapunda and I think this was a record for me with the number of multis found in a day.
This was a short detour as we drove past and our first find of the day.
Thanks for the cache Burton's.

Out for a relaxing day with sir_spectre grabbing a few caches and attending a lovely event. I spotted this one quite quickly but had to battle the spiderwebs to retieve.
Thanks to Burton's from mogni

i think i need to update the nav man's map's. It took us done the wrong road. That let to finding 3 extra caches ( well unplanned ones ). This was one of those caches.
Out with mogni for the day. The aim was to get a puzzle on a calendar day ( mogni )and fill in another D/T spot in mogni's puzzle fizzy and find a multi on a calendar day and a spot on my trad fizzy plus attend the A 10th Geo Birthday and other Stuff event.

TFTC I looked up and I looked down, but my pants didn't fall down. Wouldnt call this a micro though.
Headed out after work to clear up some more of the Nexy Challenge. Decided to do some walking rather than bringing the bike so I still have an odd few ones left to do where I decided the walk was too far or if I missed a parking spot.
It was great that earthlight had replaced a few that I hadn't been able to find last time.
Ended up with 15 finds for the afternoon which I was happy with, particularly as I didn't leave work on time due to a black jigsaw getting in the way.
TFTC Burton's. Nice quick find here.

Drove round and round in circles for this one - i thought it was certainly on one side, clearly the gps had other ideas and finally i saw what was eluding me all those months ago - sorry this is a late but fun log - on way home from work with cars coming down road wondering if i was ok... yes, yes just checking out how to grow a cache "oh, ok, well if you need help just ask"
Grow a cache?!! hahaha it was the best i could come up with at short notice! TYFTC SLTNLN

I got caught with my pants down with this one. I also had chocolate icing on my face after downing a doughnut while driving here. Thanks for the adventure. No olive oil.
Took a detour on our way to visit friends in Lewiston with Kapybeara. Interesting spot, found easily. TFTC
a detour on the way home to look for this after no luck with a multi down the rd aleast we found this one now off to get ready for the end of the year
Very smelly here. A very dead something just on the opposite side of the fence.

Sniper762 is reffing at a nearby-ish sports ground, so I decided to try my luck walking several kms for the first time since I had bad knee trouble a couple of months ago.
Found the cache really quickly. Lots of SWAG for a little container

Came out to Angle vale to pick up a shredder I had purchased.. So towing a trailer I could only really stop for one cache and this was it. Stopping right next to GZ I was able to get in close with only hitting my head on the sharp branches a couple of times, yes there was blood...there is always blood. Then I spotted it. No suffering from extreme thinness there was no way I could get anywhere near reaching it. So I resorted to a nearby natural tool (a stick) to push it sideways to where I could actaully get a couple of fingers on it. Now to get home and make some nice mulch for the garden.

Nice find, friendly emu, nosey neighbour. Felt like we just came out of a muggle interigation
There was a very friendly emu guarding the cache. Came from another angle and got the cache! TFTC.
Found in the company of Bob from Elsewhere during a caching foray in Gawler for the day. The nearby featured-creature was incredibly agitated today as it ran up and down the fenceline. Thanks for the cache Burton's!

Who let the geese out!?!
We gave the emu a name. Elmo. Elmo the emu. It's a good thing Elmo is not free-range, like all the geese across the road!
The cache was a nice quick find in the obvious location.
Thanks Burton's.

Found by Mary & David at 1135. Had a good laugh here. Loved the resident emu, who came over to check us out. Our thanks to Burton's.
tftc Burton's quick easy find. there was a pesky muggle kept snooping around while i was getting the cache and signing the log. photo attached.
Owl needed a distraction and SA Sewer Rats needed stress relief, so they organised a mutually-beneficial caching afternoon. This cache was not done unobserved, as a pair of beady eyes watched Owl intently. The cache was just on the ground, uncovered. Not sure if it should have been.
A quick find on our way home after spending the week at Port Broughton. Last find for the trip.

After leaving the Northern meet and greet event CPwanderer, clare007 & I found some more caches before heading South.
CPW had previously found this cache so clare007 & I quickly located it. The geese in the paddock were...what do geese do?? gaggle?? making a noise anyway. As we got back to the car an emu came over to see what the commotion was all about. Nice one. TFTC Burton's

Found It!
At long last! This was my 4th visit to GZ I think. How I missed that before I don't know... I also notice that on previous visits this cache wasn't PM only but it appears as though it is now...
TFTC anyway

Out with havwalker12, CPWanderer & grabbed a few caches after the Gawler event.
We made a run for Angle Vale finishing off our caching day & caught up with some friends,
of the feathered variety!
By the time we made it back to the car, our activities had attracted the attention of the leader,
who gazed at us with his beady eyes probably expecting payment in the order of food.
Oh well, we weren't stopping for you my friend.
Thanks for the interesting location Burton's

A bit of a search, made the grab, signed log & replaced... Met some of the locals at the fence...

"If's" head is never in the sand
As a cyclist your head can never be in the sand
As for the "Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal", that is obviously a thinly veiled reference to pedestrians
It does seem that from the saddle of a pushbike, that the human race is really devolving [:o]
While cyclists have kept their keen survival skills that evolution has brought, your average non-cyclist in the city has dumbed down so much they have no awareness of their surroundings.
I'm fed up of pedestrians not looking left or right and with their mobile phone in paw, stepping out into the road in front of me [:o]
With electric cars appearing in ever increasing numbers on our roads, I predict these people going the way of the Dodo !!
Great news for cyclists !!
So TFTC and a wonderful lesson in evolution, and myth !! [^]

Holy moly! The locals were out in force today!
As I pulled up they swooped on me. I could see the cache from the car. As I approach and reach my hand back to collect it - I do it so quickly so they can't get my hands.
At first I was like 'awww, look at the locals.' Then I realised I was looking at the wrong locals!
Goodness me
Signed and left small swaps

On our tour of Australia via Oz Mega we are currently staying at Highway 1 Caravan Park.
A lateish start today as has become our custom . We joined forces with iluvtrekking so we could get the bikes out and about (needed their car for the bike rack)
What a fabulous day, great company some interesting caches and no rain!
Sadly there were a few DNF's, some tabletop dancing was required and too many muggles about to be completely successful.
All in all, though a successful fun day was had whilst finding geocaches! That's what Geocaching is all about isn't it.
Thanks for helping us meet our objective today with your cache.

We joined forces with FelixII today for another days caching in the greater Adelaide area before our imminent departure. The boys set out on the bikes to hunt down the Nexy series, while the girls had a much more sedate day which involved stopping for coffee along the way.
We had a few interested onlookers while looking for this cache, but we are certain that they can keep the secret . Thanks for your cache Burton's, we had fun.

Heading out to do the 60 series and grab as many caches as we could to clear this area of the map, weather started out great but turned mid afternoon, i saw the emu and geese but not the ostrich : ( cache was out in the open so its hiding again away from public view. TFTC
