Andrew, annie and John!I was searching for a while. Too many leaves, sticks and spider webs. I kept slipping and you can't really see where you're stepping.
Trying to work out how to shift into Night Shift mode.. I grabbed the geo-pup and off we went to grab these 2 and check out the local area.Fascinating history, cool bike tracks.. (don't go off the tracks on the app as things have changed quite a bit).. Awesome little spot.Cache grabbed with easy.. No issue here.. TFTC** noted last cache was not re-hidden, so effort was placed to hide cache in location better to prevent it being muggled/being more difficult for the next finder.#821
Kolour and I were both keen to find the cache in Castle Hill Reserve today so we headed out to Ipswich and parked in the carpark on Mary Street. Before we headed up the hill we walked down here to look for this cache first. It was interesting to read about the mansion that used to be here and how it was removed because of the mining activity underground. I have been told by some people that there are actually tunnels under most of the residential areas of Ipswich, including many of the new developments.I was a bit worried because there were a few people up in the shelter shed but they didn't seem to notice us ducking under the bridge. After checking a few spots I found the cache in a nice little hidey hole. Thanks for the cache guddink!
A morning out caching with Brissy Cat in the Ipswich area, mostly driving with some small walks. This was our first one. We initially looked under but it was found in a more accessible spot. Logbook signed; all good here. Nice little park. Tftc
Yet another cracking morning in South East Queensland. Heading out west today to pick up a few caches that have been on the radar for awhile and will help with a few challenge caches Im currently working on. Arrived at the suggested parking location and quickly made my way to ground zero. I soon had the cache in hand and extracted the log. Mark made and safely returned to its hiding place ready for the next cacher.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found by like minded individuals.Cheers
Over in Queensland for a parkrun Event and we are taking the opportunity to do some exploring and grab a couple of caches.We were having lunch in the park and I wandered down here to make a quick find.TFTC guddink
Well this took longer than it should have despite me poking all over the place with nature's geotool! TfTC
And I thought finding sistema container lids in the cupboard was hard... much better if it was light our! Good for our first time!
Took about 15 mins of searching in the dark but found it eventually. Not too difficult just take it slow looking around
Easy quick find close to the road. Good for kids. No pencil to complete log. Small swapables inside.
Really good find. Don’t look in the wrong place or find find yourself in a puzzle ie long grass
This is the second one we have looked for in this park area but the first find lucky there was no trolls in the area happy to be here with Zannerfry right now to get some engagement stuff ready

Easily spotted under torchlight, as it was a bit dark, where it was. Cache and contents OK.

Found where the thing should be but after looking as best I could with a stiff knee I couldn't sight it. Didn't want to hang about too long acting strangely. Try again another day. TFTC anyway.
As the owner is no longer with us and this seems to be missing, I left a replacement Sistema. RIP guddink and thanks for the cache
