Woke early this morning and decided to head north to pick up a cache to complete the May challenge north of Brisbane. There were also a couple more need for my next DT Loop so it was a perfect storm to head north. After picking up a few lab caches in the area to warm up I soon moved on to physical caches in the area.Arriving at ground zero the cache was soon in my sights, log extracted and signed before replacing back carefully for the next lucky cacher.A big thanks to the cache owner for placing this cache for the enjoyment of others.Cheers
Life has been so busy with the not-so-little TTs that I hardly find a chance to get out and cache for a whole day. But today was the day. Didnt take much to convince Chamad to come and hunt with me for the day. I signed a challenge long ago for a ludicrous number of caches needed in the Sunshine Coast. I think I still have about 400 to go. So, putting a tiny dent in this was the go-to. A 9 hr day and about 30 caches. Unfortunately a few dnfs, but although it felt like 50/50, luckily it wasnt. There were a few caches that were way above their terrain because the ground is so wet and slushy and sometimes even a big puddle was underfoot (actually more so overfoot!). It was so good to get out and play and be an adult only for the day. Hmmm maybe I have that wrong. A chance to stop being a responsible adult and a chance to be a kid doing immature and silly things!Quick find here.
Another cache for my few hours of caching in Caloundra. A quick find in an obvious location. Thanks wesso!
Heading to Caloundra to meet up with caching friends and stopped off to get a few Smilies along the way. This wasn't too hard to get. Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC

Second trip to the Sunshine Coast in a week, this time to pick up my caching bag from a kind workman who found it on a seat near a cache. Good detective work to locate me. (Now have contact details in the bag)
Parked nearby and made my way to GZ where it felt like being on view so continued with my log signing ignoring the looks from passing traffic. Returned as found.

Alyce and I decided to take the youngest to join us for a full day of caching on the Sunny Coast. We couldn’t have asked for a better day for it, blue sky, stunning scenery, what more could we ask for?
This one required absolutely zero effort to find, our type of cache. We parked the car right of the round about and spotted the hide instantly when we hopped out the car. Thankfully it was quiet here so signing duties and cache replacement were completed with ease.
Thanks for bringing us here

While attending E_Smiley's GIFF Event, I became aware that she was arranging some assistance with a particular TOTT required for a particular cache that I also needed to complete a loop of my D/T grid. A plan was therefore hatched to meet up with domsky for a day of caching fun.
We had no difficulty in locating the cache, and with our names added to the log book, we continued on our way.
Thank you Wesso Family for creating the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Given its location, and with a few trucks heading around and around this roundabout, we did consider setting up a picnic right in the middle. But instead, we opted to make a very quick find which we spotted as we walked up to GZ. Very well hidden but also in plain view.
Nice!
Thanks Wesso Family

Quick park and a dash out to grab this one. I remember one of the first caches I ever attempted turned out to be one of these by Konie Just about drive me mad trying to find it. Wised up over the years apparently. TFTC TNLNSL. All is well here.
Found with Peppa. Love these ones. Nice and easy when you know what you are looking for
After skipping one of my solved puzzles (we didn’t bring that tool) this was our next stop… I’m guessing that by the size of the roads this area will be huge in the next couple of years…
Having seen this type of hide before, I managed to spot the cache on approach… if only we had hi-vis vests we wouldn’t look so out of place… tftc…

Picking the geokiddos up from their mum this afternoon, had some time to kill before hand, so thought I'd target this area.
No one around this late on a friday afternoon meant it made for a nice quick and discreete find. Signed the log and replaced as found.

After a big paddle day and then grabbing a few puzzle caches in the area with team Tyrrell, I planned to grab just a few more in the area before heading home. This was one of those, with no body around in the area today it was a quick easy find and with the log signed and cache replaced as found I was off to the next in the area. Thank you for placing this one here.
Out for a geocaching day with Gensies. After looking super blended in with the natural surroundings after multiple muggle mobiles drive past, the cache was signed. Cache in good condition! TFTC!

This was another stop on our meandering geotour today with mum and the muggle aunt.
i second guessed myself at first, and we were all needing food as tensions wore thin, thankfully the cheeky hide was found upon second approach. i should always trust the gut.. even if it's empty.
Thanks Wesso for another great hide (this time 2012) in a place i've never explored... i'll have to come back one of these days..
also happy to claim thirteen odd months unloved ! woot!

My Mum and Dad loved this show, and so I was happy to be searching for its caching namesake. After quite a hunt I still came up empty handed. Too good for me today, I'll be back again for another search soon. Thanks for the hunt Wesso's

Tried our best but couldn’t find it. May take another attempt in future. Concerned there’s been no activity since late last year and another recent DNF. You’d think it was quiet on Easter Sunday but heaps of muggles driving around with their L plates on. Must be a great place to practice driving.
Staying in an AirBnB on Ascot Way so had to look for a few close caches. Out for an early morning walk. So many great walkways and parks. Only downside were the mosquitoes. Thanks to the Wesso family for so many local caches, made our visit a lot more entertaining. No idea how I could miss this. Felt very exposed here so gave up. TFTC

No work today so decided to do some caches in Caloundra area.nice quick find TFTC.
Today I had between school hours to nab a few smilies to make an upcoming milestone, and the area around Caloundra was the target. I was fairly sure you the reviewers wouldn't allow cachers on a roundabout, but I stand corrected. Good coords here made for a quick grab.

Sunday and no traffic here when I arrived. Hopped over to GZ only for a cyclist to arrive. Oh well, waited for them to cycle out of sight and logged the find. Last for today. TFTC! #658
Time to make a trip to the southern Sunshine Coast today to try to pick up some of the caches I didn’t get to last visit. This was one of my successes. All good with this cache. TFTC Wesso's.
It was a Sunday and there were no cars about. As we were approaching GZ I had a bus up my clacker and thought again we would consult past logs for a good parking spot. It was clear the best spot was on the round-a-bout and there were no yellow lines up there.
As the bus continued on, we started our search. There weren't many possibilities here and we soon had our names added to the log. This was one of the drier logs on our hunt today and not a sole in sight to annoy us. This was a round-a-bout after all and time to show off one of my favourite martial art manoeuvres. tftc

Found & signed but the cache had become an ants nest. Did my best to remove them (ending up with ants all over me) but i think they will find their way back. TFTF

Travelling around Australia and currently in Queensland.
Caravan set up at Beerwah Sportsground so we decided to head out to find a few caches in the surrounding area. A list was constructed but with a late start it was dark o'clock when we returned home.
An interesting day of walks, fave points, scenic areas. Glad we came to this region.

Went on a drive up to Caloundra with the intention of grabbing a few caches. This one suited us perfectly as it started with an "O" and we need that to complete another challenge. Found part of it lying on the ground so we fixed it up to be as good as new:) Once again geohubby drove straight into the round-a-bout again!!!

#1358 I parked on the road that leads into the bush. A brisk walk led me straight to the cache. Muggle free, I grabbed and signed the cache. Nice hide Wesso Family.
On a break and thought I better get my name on this! Lucky my muggle workmates are oblivious to my actions!

Catching up on missing cache notes.
Kerry from Slow Puncture has been up the Sunshine Coast way for work, has set a goal of trying to get at least one cache every day, depending on where work takes her. Maybe more than one a day if time permits!
Spotted this one quickly but had to use stealth as there were some surveyors not far from the roundabout (watching from the small bit of unfinished road just off the roundabout). Very clever way of concealing a container!
Thanks ***Wesso Family***, for showing us this place.

On my way with RoddyC and this was the first cache which I spotted first on the day. Okay it was also not very difficult.
Up with Nadine1989 today for some local caches before Wesso's birthday event.
Again the two ladies went a-hunting while Mr RoddyC was under instructions to guard the GeoFalcon.
Found at 9.20 on 6th February 2016. TFTC.
