Well that was an adventure and thats just getting up here. There was a grater resurfacing the road up here which made for fun times but I made it. The hint helped as I was looking around the area a bit at first. Thanks Paul_the _Hippy
On our bushwalking walk this was our lunch time break. Had me going round for a while till I read the hint. Thanks for the cache Paul the Hippy
Ha ha, what a beauty. Up here. Hiking up to Mount Saint Leonard on a very foggy and beautiful frosty day. Took me a few minutes to find this one. Excellent. TFTC
We have had a tough day caching on Mt st leonard with 3 dnf but we got this one Tftc
While following the trail of "So Close" caches (GC46R6X), we opened up the app and filtered for "other" things we wanted to target along the way. Other is a cache type, well, "size" needed for another challenge that catnap777 and I are working towards so we added an other cache to our list.
Thanks for the cache (and great hint) Paul. We can always use another other. [^]
With misty rain falling this day, the view from the top will have to wait for another.

We have had so much fun finding your caches Paul. We love wandering around these rainforest's with their majestic trees and gorgeous flowers.
One inhabitant though I would gladly do without; LEECHES!
Annelids, or Leeches are a worm who are hermaphrodites, unlike the Nematode worm who are dioecious.
Annelids are blood suckers with mouth parts at both ends. Hmmmmm, that poses a slight problem, doesn't it [:o)].
Tftc Paul.

Awesome cache! The hint helped quite a lot otherwise it would’ve been even trickier to spot. Quite a lot of muggle activity here today requiring some stealth hehe. Thanks Paul
Thanks for the sneaky Cache Paul the Hippy,
The penny takes a long time to drop for me, Imaging seeing me walk circles repeating "Utility..." Hey but I got there in the end.

Heading up Mt St leonard, nice quick find for a type I have found before. Would have been much harder if I hadn't seen these.
Muggle husband gets together with some old workmates once a year here for a reunion here. He noticed that there was a cache close handy, so he added my name to the log. Bless him.
A beautiful winters day so Spiffy- and my geopartner headout out. Mt St Leonard was the target location as I had never been and it is visible from home.
The hint here made the find easier. Nice cammo and log book holder.
Thanks to Paul_the_Hippy for the placement and fun.

Found at 1:05 pm.
It was a beautiful winters day and Fleabag- has had a recent inkling to climb mountains for some reason. I was glad this one wasn't a 12km walk like a couple of weeks ago. Gladly, later in the day I was very glad to have brought 4WD as we drove my deeper into the forest after this fun trip up Mt St Leonard. Some quite slippery muddy rutted sections further in.
After parking the car, I made the find on this one and when I picked up the cache there was huntsman spider in it. I was very brave and held on to the cache and flicked the spider off into the rocks. My mum would be proud!
Thanks Paul_the_Hippy for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

I’m going to have to come back just didn’t leave myself enough time to explore this area properly Found this cache and looked longingly at where I needed to go to see the great view, but not today.....Thanks for bringing me to this area tho.
Found this one at the end of a loop up to the great view. I had this stored on my device from a while back, looks like the location/clue has changed. I found the clue most helpful and found the well-blended-in cache just fine. I suspect now reading back over logs/clues that there was the "real" cache nearby to be found, in addition to the one I found.
Thanks for the cache. Nice walk here, great view from the top as you say.

This was the second attempt for this one. The last attempt was a bit over two years ago with no luck. This time we noticed the maintenance of the cache and recent finds so we were in good hopes to make a find. At GZ we very quickly located what we quickly recognise as a cache...done. Thanks.

Couldn’t find replacement cache. Need to update hint to power pole where I put a new one.
As we prepared to climb up to the tower, I had a good inspection of the gate. Some muggles were intrigued as they watched me search. They lost interest and went on up the track. Soon afterwards I made the discovery - neat! Felt happier on the climb after a find rather than a failure!
After speaking with the CO, I knew where to look. I returned today with Ruschie and it is gone, so I have left a new one where it should be safe. Please replace as you find it. Thanks Paul the Hippy.
We had a team of 11 people and still couldn't find it. Recent maintenance may have removed it? Thanks anyway!
I really wanted to get this one. The previous comments helped somewhat but made it more frustrating as I couldn’t figure this one out. Next time
The weather today was ideal for geocaching. The next caches to our accomodation were up to St. Leonard's hill. We found all boxes quite quickly. However the log papers in all caches are wet and need replacement.
Here we searched at the wrong place first. A former log entry was helpful.
Thank you for the cache and greetings from Swiss geocachers.

The day had turned into the cold but otherwise suitable day for caching that was forecast and so after some lunch in Toolangi, I set off into the Toolangi Forest for the caches I had specifically planned to look for. Using the theory of finding the furthest cache first, I had driven well past this cache as I made my way along Monda Road and stopped for it on my way back. The rough plan for the day included the possibility of going up to the top of Mount St Leonard but the day was getting on so I decided to leave that walk for another day.
I did, however, decide to content myself with finding this cache... but that didn't turn out to be all that easy. My GPS had me on the wrong side of the track and I only found the cache when I made a "last chance" look in a location that seem to be way out... just shows you that you can't always trust 'em!
Thanks **Paul_the_Hippy** for this cache... I will be back another day for the rest!

It’s amazing how much caches wonder. Now back at ground level and new record strip.

**Traditional Cache Find #1998**
I headed out early today with SteMicMitSar to target a group of Letter box caches that were of particular interest to us. This trad was far too tempting to pass up. A few muggles rolled up to walk their dogs but they weren't a problem for us. We searched high and low and then finally resorted to the hint. Ugh! [B)] So many possibilities. We kept searching until I looked around and bingo, there it was. I love a bold hide.

Today I headed out with biggles1024 in search of a few letterbox caches but before we got to those we made a detour and found a few along this road.
We arrived at the parking area and went for a stroll to gz and looked around and eventually we were able to make the find, for something that we had seen so many times and it was just sitting there for us to see eluded us for some time until Mark was walking back towards the gate and spotted it from a distance.
That should of been a much quicker find.
**Thanks to Paul_the_Hippy for placing this cache.**

Picked up this one on the way home from a play in the bush, easy find as I have a fair bit to do with where it is hidden and it stood out to me... TFTC
Once the GPS settled there was no problem locating this cache as we have found quite a lot of these before, but not normally in bush settings. The cache was retrieved, log was signed and all was returned to where it was found. Many thanks to Paul_the_Hippy for placing this cache and for bringing us to do some travelling today along these forest roads.
A relatively quick one to close a brief foray up the luvly mount with jimbo_80. It wasn't where it could have been, but it was definitely where it was. Thanks Paul_the_Hippy!
We were in the area to find Thats a Big One and BendSinister suggested doing the Mt St Leonard trail "there's a multi!" - I'm in! And who doesn't love a view.
Another example of where I didn't follow my instincts. BS said "is that it" - yes that's it. I was first drawn to that area but searched elsewhere.
Thanks

Swung by here with family to check out the tower. A 1km walk! Nanna cant do that. Might as well get the cache! Cheers and thanks for placing
After meeting the event planner for our wedding and lunch. We decided to go for a drive to see Mt St Leonard fire tower.
GPS had me all over the place. So I just looked around till I found it. Arrr there you are. I'm looking forward to the walk ahead.
I also found 20c. I might leave it for the next person. Hopefully a kid:-)

Doing one of Paul the Hippy Mysterys so I stopped for this one
Have seen one of these before and after a quick look of the area I spotted it I will be back to do the rest at a later date TFTC

Now on the way back after a Tanglefoot wander, we stopped at the gate to grab this one. The 3 of us search and touch I think every bit of the gate and fence without any luck. Perhaps next time.
This cache appears to be my nemesis, having DNF'd before today it was more of a could not look than a DNF due to the waypoint station for the cross country running event being station right next to it I will be back for another go.
Out on a recon mission for a nearby cache early Wednesday morning and also grabbing a couple of additional caches along the way.
Would have loved to go for a wander up the hill for a few more caches but alas today I am limited for time, will be back sometime soon. This hide was spotted pretty quickly, signed and returned and it's off I go, hi ho hi ho...

Found by Lauren and Daniel while visiting Healesville for the long weekend TFTC
Nice hide, spent a long time looking in the wrong place at first, but knew it once I saw it. TFTC.
A lovely day to go out walking in the hills. I picked this area as its not too far from home. Nice tracks and years since i have hiked around here. Thanks for all the caches around. Most were in good condition. Some flooded though i drained all the water and tried to dry the log books out. They all look like they will be fine. Cheers
Out this morning at silly o'clock with poptoppete doing a little hiking and light 4x4 driving. What a wonderful spot to escape, the views were fantastic, love looking down on clouds in the valleys, could just see the city at times and a few Roos/wallabies scampering around. Thanks for the adventure. Tftc Paul the hippy.
Found with Gunks during early morning hike.
Beautiful views with mist in the valleys.

Doing a reci for a future 4WD club trip. Missed this one on the say back...thank goodness it was on the flat. It was very busy with 5 vehicles parked here. Met an elder couple at the top and 3 kids and 2 mum at the bottom. Great location. Looking forward to caching in this new area on an awesome day. TFTC Clever hide.
It's like pea soup up here today so im glad I didnt have too walk far to find this one. This is one of my favourite spots to bring the family after it snows down to low levels. TFTC
This was a really good hide and good fun before the real work began in pea soup conditions. Our feet are still wet. Still the dense fog and soaking rain does make it a lot harder for intruding eyes with people who really have to park their car right next to you like you're all at Coles. It makes you feel self conscious about the large shovel and bags in your boot while you sip soup with the tailgate up. Don't ask! TFTFunC
Wish we had more time to explore
Tried another on track eleven (stopped by gate) and this one as well as several others but time got away. Got this one the others for another time. Tftc

No muggles in with today, but a few other cars around. Was out caching with softicus and bonstar today going to try find a few along the journey up to the tower
