Merging my accounts. Found this as Hoterini 29/12/12. Now tracking together with Ambers007 and merging the old finds.
Thanks to those that hid this cache. It was tricky to find it at the end. Need to take more notice of the clue!
Spent the weekend around mansfield and did a heap of caching on the way home to the south and getting to mansfield.Perfect weather for the weekend too.Saw lots of great things and found some really cool caches. This series along the railtrail was a great idea for some car stops & short walks for us.TFTC
Another quick find on the way back into Mansfield, definitely need to bring the bike next time to complete the trail. TFTC
Today was sir_spectre and my last day on our trip to the East, visiting NSW, ACT and Victoria. We have been away for 12 days so I was ready to head for home. But of course, you must find just a few more. Thanks
This is a new vic LGA for me. Just grabbing a few finds. On route the the return from the webcam. quick find. Found with Mogni. Myself and mogni are headed off to canberra on the " I missed the Capital GeoBash Mega " holiday, since last minute family problems came in to play and we had to adjust our plans by a few weeks. On the way over we targeted multi's, wherigo's and puzzles to make sure we had 25 in each or at least close to that total ( or more ) as possible, getting as many new New South Wales LGA's as possible, the 17th most favourite point NSW cache and every cache size in New South Wales. In the ACT it was getting 2 of the 5 oldest letterboxes, oldest wherigo in Australia, 2nd oldest earthcache ( with a side trip to get the oldest earthcache of course ), and ACT oldest cache too. I also hosted a CITO and planned on getting every different cache type i could and eevry different cache size as well. I also needed 9 more virtuals this trip to get my virtual count over 100. Finally canberra was far enough away from from house to complete the well aged well travelled cacher 0 to 1000 kms with a cache every 10 km's ( i only need 7 more caches to complete )Leaving the ACT it was going via Victoria to get there last active web cam cache and slowly getting a total of 20 finds in each LGA i passed through if i had enough time plus also hosting a CITO in Victoria as well. A busy 11 days. Trust me by the end of the holiday you would have thought the 6 meter ladder weighed more than 13 kg's to amount of times it was used or carried up hills or over creeks. If your cache was found with a broken container/lid it was replaced or if the log was full it was replaced or a extra log if the container was big enough ( except for nano's, do your own maintenance on nano's.
Another nice easy find. Thanks for placing these out here. TBS and I hope to come back one day and ride the trail. TFTC
Out grabbing a few caches along the GVRT before winding our way back to Shepparton. I'd already grabbed a few of these caches but jo2022AUS had not. This one however was not a smiley face for me until today. Quick find, TFTC
We are visiting the area from South Gippsland for a few days of caching and exploring. Found quickly and all in good order. Thanks for bringing us here and TFTC
Not quite at GZ (7m away according to my phone) but an easy find by Connie&Rick! TFTC
This was a nice 500 metre walk from where we parked, and we saw our first cyclist of the day.
#3509 Second of nine physical finds on a day travelling from Mansfield to Melbourne. Found after a short search. TFTC
We had found these caches years ago with our geo-nan before we were even cachers, so finding this was pretty easy! We love the caches along this rail trail, they're hidden so cleverly. Cheers Blatherkite
Stopped at an area that just fits the car and walked back along the trail with the cows in the paddock following us tftc
These are good hides designed to last.
This was the second last in this series and again in good condition.
Thanks for the series blatherskite

A short drive down the rail trail, looking out for bike riders…come across a little resting spot
4th cachevof the day. The sound of the water is lovely. Tftc. cache and log in good order. Not much room left in logbook.
Enroute to the High Country this side of the ranges from home base with some time to spare before gaining altitude. Its been some decades so I'm palpably excited to get that pack opn muy back for 5 days with good weather forcast. Hopefully I get to ride this trail sometime. TFTC and the FUN!
Next one, my GPS was off so took us a while! Left this little ticket! Happy caching! Log book is getting full!
Found at 12:39 pm.
With the rumour of a potentially new LGA challenge coming out I had only found 1 whole cache in this LGA zone so today we went for a drive to rectify that problem and mainly spent time parking near the rail trail and finding the rail trail caches like this one. We finished the area with a nice 4WD adventure into that big hill just sitting there.
Creek was totally dry here today.
Thanks Blatherskite for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

enjoying strolling along the rail trail. The challenge here was the spiders web engaging the cache. TFTC
Easy to find and its in good condition. Thanks Blatherskite and Eureka Gold for bringing me here.
Another easy pick up, although keen Claire went off-road to find it the goose. Love the scenery
Getting familiar with these ones, no spider but you could feel a web tugging back on the container. TFTC
The small one found this one quickly, about time she did some work we’ve nearly made it back to the turning for our home for the weekend. Good to be out exploring for a while, we really shouldn’t leave it so long! TFTC

Staying in Mansfield for the night and out my evening run, enjoying the Rail Trail. This will be my turn around point now I’ve found the cache. Probably end up with 6k under the belt
An overnight stay in Mansfield provided the opportunity to look around and to find a few caches. Enjoyed it! SL TFTC
Muggle husband got this quick and easy fine on a nice day, our last in Mansfield.
TFTC.
TFTC.
Finally got to have a couple of days off so I headed up to Molesworth for a few days of R&R and caching.
After attending the dawn service at Boonie Doon it was time to try and complete this series heading to #1 at Mansfield.
Found somewhere to pull over and the Geo trail led me through the grass to help find this one.
Still nice and quite on the trail today have not seen a single soul except for the muggle and his doggo.
Thanks Blatherskite and Eureka Gold TFTC.

A day trip geocaching into some of the amazing High Country that I had never been to before [^] Even better was that being higher, it was cooler than the 45 degrees or similar bloody hot temperatures expected in Shepparton [^]
dalerious, Rex and I took off late in the evening after seeing some new caches published only a few kilometers away
We made our first find at about 1am , another at 2am and another at 4am before finally getting to sleep[|)] (at 5am mind you) near Craig's Hut [^] and then got to explore it in the slightly later morning [^] Back finding caches just after 9am we continued on finding caches throughout the day [^] until our last find was made at 23:24 at Euroa on the way home[|)] [^]
All up there was 2 DNF's but 22 caches were found and there was 6 FTFs amongst them which were hidden in some gorgeous countryside [:X][^]
As I have been about 8 months behind in logging, I'm resorting to template logs to catch up.
My heartfelt thanks to the COs who have placed some tricky, funny, exercise required, scary, interesting and devious caches in some amazing spots! [^]
Rex and I have had some amazing adventures and enjoyed some incredible moments thanks to this fantastic hobby

Found with locus cache late in the day after a fun filled adventure chasing FTF caches in the high country.
We made time under torchlight to nab this cluster of 7 in this trail which we couldn't resist as we made our way home from the mountain.
Cache and log found, signed and returned in good condition. [8)]
