I fear this cache is gone, at least from its original spot. My geobro tipped me on exactly where it was and what it was so I headed out on a lovely warm night to grab it. Disappointing for it to not be there but was a nice night to see some Christmas light already up.

18-Nov-12
Unfortunately another DNF to add to the list. Will be back...

Had a good look this arvo had a tip from a local cacher and its not there there's only a few places that a nano can hide, cheers.

29-Oct-12
Had the day off so a last minute caching trip with Ageny Basil was planned around the Mulligans Flat area. Second stop for the day yielded no results. There are many places to hide a nano but only a few that seemed logical and neither of us could spot it there...or anywhere else for that matter.

29-Oct-12
Spent a good 15 minutes with Batgirl. Noting a few have said coords 6 m off and others have said not in the shrubbery, the two other obvious places for a nano appeared to be vacant. Not sure what the lady thought who was mowing the lawn on the corner house.

27-Oct-12
Not sure if this one is where it's supposed to be as it was a couple meters off the GPS co ords. Very exposed nice sculpture though

10-Oct-12
2nd time been here to no avail! Where is it!!!

The sign is a great thing to pretend to read while looking around for the cache. Those muggles were so unsuspecting mwahahaha. TFTC Brice's run!

Found with Ayepeacee on a trip down from Brisbane. Ayepeacee had previously found this cache, and I looked and looked but couldnt find it myself. Eventually Ayepeacee spotted it - I had displaced the cache in my search. TFTC Bruce's Run ^^

Reading the logs for this cache made the experience a lot cloudier! Very cool statue, I enjoyed photographing it. The first find of a warmer day. Enjoyed with the_proton on a day off. TFTC.

09-Jul-12
Our first find for the day before heading off into Mulligan's Flat Reserve to pick up some more. It took quite a while to find this one because the GPSr coordinates seemed quite a few metres out. After a suitable amount of looking around and trying not to look too suspicious to passing traffic we came up with the cache. TFTC.

07-Jul-12
Found! Third time lucky after a hint for some gc'ing friends. Was suffering from cache blindness with this one but it's also a good little hide. Log is now overflowing. TFTC!

17-Jun-12
The log is full and needs replacing

17-Jun-12
A nice spot, interesting artwork and plaque. Very close to the houses though - seems like the ideal situation for an offset multi?

The log is completely full - I wrote in what looked like a blank space but I suspect someone else's had just faded badly.

572. Arrived at GZ and checked out the bird plaque, interesting bird. Followed the iphone to the hot spot and had no success. Had to resort to the phone a friend option and had it captured in seconds. I should have looked there. TFTC.

Reperio at 0800.

After all the rain the previous day I was grateful for a rain free morning, regardless if it was cold and windy. Arrived to find GZ in no mans land, so started checking the likely spots, and eventually located it in a spot I had to look twice at. Nice birds.

Gratias Bruce's Run.

12-May-12
Almost a DNF for me, but after going back quite a long way in the logs I got enough info to reassure me that my first inclination was correct, I just needed to look a little more thoroughly. I was very pleased to know that I didn't need to venture into the shrubbery. TFTC.

29-Apr-12
After a hint fom the cache owner this was a quick grab after picking up the geo kids. TFTC

29-Apr-12
Found this one.... THIS TIME... on a quick trip to Amaroo to pick up the geokiddies with Raspberry Vinegar. Obviously, what I am trying to report is that I'd visited this one before to no avail... it was definitely a case of cache blindness which was endlessly frustrating. Regardless, today we had it in hand, signed and returned. On the previous visit we admired the "art work" and the plaque, but none of that nonsense this time around!!! Thanks for the cache, Bruce's Run. It must be time for a cork street meeting soon???

We haven't been caching for ages and decided today, the last day of the holidays was a good day to begin ccaching again. Found this one very close to home and on JJ's route to school. Mr J is also called Bruce so it was a kind of nice one to begin with. Found after a few minutes. TFTC

After all the rain, it was such a pleasure on a lovely sunny dry day to be able to go out and do a spot of caching with a good mate Captain Tomato.

Thanks for showing us the artwork

After missing out on a major caching adventure last weekend because of the rain, it was great to get out in the sun and spend the day with Secretsquirrel-BJC.

5297. [font=Century Gothic][green]Had to drop Megs out to a Drs appointment in Gungahlin and what do you know? There's a cache not too far away. Seeing as it's a Dr's appointment I probably have an hour to search. Almost needed it too Twisted. Finally located the little blighter on a cool windy morning.

Quick grab during a Sunday caching in Canberra. After a wet start to the day, it was good to see the sun back again! Signed log: TNGD. TFTC!

19/02/2012 20:38 Found: My first attempt had me looking amongst the vegetation!! Recorded a DNF, but later discovered the machine as 6m off, so returned and found the blighter. TFTC

Off on a day's caching with UppercutEd. Our first find for the day, though the cache was mudbound and had to be rinsed clean before extracting the log. While we filled out the log we spotted a suspicious character lurking at GZ. It was Mr. Roo! Always delighted to meet another cacher. We headed off into the bush together for a short distance before going our separate ways (Mr. Roo was after Bruce's 500 and we were going for Time Fore! Caching). TFTC!

After a nice day we decided to head out here to grab what we hoped was an easy cache. Unfortunately we too suffered from cache blindness or simply not looking far enough. With memories of a similar gungahlin bird cache we were looking for a a similar tricky find but Mr Stormcatcher found it in the first place Miss Stormcatcher looked. Thankfully no one lives in most of those houses yet. Thanks Bruce's Run for another great cache. TNLN

12-Feb-12
Found it - but then realised I didn't! There was a frog there in the same spot! Oh well, I hadn't got far (back to the car)- so back for another look! Ah that's better! Mind you, I like my Birdz better Smile Thanks Bruce's Run.

12-Feb-12
What to do - housework or caching? Caching won, so we headed out to this one nice and close to home. We parked nearby and made a nice quick find as there was nobody in sight. TNLNSL TFTC

11-Feb-12
A quick pick up early before muggles were awake. Yes, I too remember when this area was all grass, the nearest suburbs were 10km away! Nice bit of art and info too, Thanks.

11-Feb-12
After being muggled out on my first ride past, I did a lap of Forde and came back for a second attempt. Easy find. Thanks.

11-Feb-12
Ever been at work when a cache is published just 260m from your home location??? We have. Sigh. Oh well, another reason that work is bad. Grabbed this one after a visit to the both multi and culti festival in Civic. It was nice and quiet, hardly any traffic so we made a quick find in peace. TNLNSL TFTC!! Smile

11-Feb-12
Quick grab on a run through the area. Locals fine, real estate agents a plenty this morning.

Thanks for the cache.

10-Feb-12
4392 + 465 = 4857. Made a quick find on the way home today.

I was suprised to only be the second finder - although it looks like it got a bit crowded a while later today ! Forde certainly is growing ! Thanks Bruce's Run !!

TNLN - TFTC !!

Cheers....

After a cry for help to Hccatcher since we were both experiencing an attack of the cache blindness, eventually FurfacesLL1 made the find.

A quick drive by grab on the way past the area this morning and another interesting piece of art dotting the Canberra landscape. Made a quick find on a blank logsheet for a *FTF* and I had just completed the signing duties and replaced the cache when a muggle approached and had a chat about the artwork and things in general.

Thanks for the cache Bruce's Run

Found with furfacesLL after getting a call for help. Not that it was needed as furfacesLL2 made the find not long after my arrival!

A quick little detour for a quick little find on the way home from Fyshwick this afternoon...luckily not a muggle in sight! Hard to believe how built up this area is getting now...when we moved to Canberra only 3 years ago it was a paddock!!
