Hi 2 shadows,

This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, only to discourage people from visiting this location until this cache may be addressed.

**Please note that caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis you will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't just pop out and fix the issue,** geocache maintenance can wait. Once the acute threat of pandemic is over, I will remind you about your cache needing attention.

Had a look through photos and a hint around the general area however I couldn’t find anything that looked like the cache.

Looked everywhere. Could not find.

Think it is time the CO confirmed this one is still in play

Quick find while staying in Stanthorpe for a couple of days.TFTC

We felt a little bit exposed on the top of the small hill with houses backing onto the area but on a quiet Monday morning we were in luck. TFTC

We were eating lunch in his area when Pa suggested we grab these caches although I had already achieved my aim for Stanthorpe which was to earn the new Hidden Creatures Souvenirs. It was very disappointing to start the series with 2 DNFs. The owner of the property came out to help search as he said he had seen it some little time ago.
Thank goodness for the ones we did find.

I have visited Stanthorpe a number of times and have found different parts of the series at different times. Today we went for a walk to finish the series off. A nice quick find here. TFTC 2 shadows

#1846 - On our way to the OzGeoMuster down south we want to pick up some caches along the way. TriciaC2 is joining Rhyssa6 and me for a portion of the trip.

Today we did another very short trail and I will just copy and paste these few while on the go.

The days are still hot, so the walk was only relatively nice, only because of the beauty of the area. A quick find again. This time by Rhyssa6.

Dutchie1950 and I are taking a slow scenic route to the OzGeoMuster in Morisset. We both have a goal we'd like to hit before the mega so we're caching as we go (ok, we'd be caching anyway!)
TriciaC2 has joined us on our travels for a few days and a stop at Stanthorpe was first on our list. After picking up a few of the apples that I'd solved but not had time to find during the 2015 mega we decided to do some of this series on our way out of town.

Mrs Esky, along with a muggle friend, travelled Stanthorpe way on a numbers run in preparation for the next milestone. However, on leaving home the weather didn't look too promising...only clearing around Applethorpe. Priorities in order...our first stop at Stanthorpe was the bakery for morning tea & a coffee to warm up...temp was 14 deg!

Down to the business of caching we worked our way around Stanthorpe before slowly caching our way north (and homewards) accumulating a record number of caches in the day for the Eskies with a total of 57...and only one brief shower along the way. Thanks to all the COs for a fantastic day.

Note: I have just realised that I signed EVERY single long for the 2nd instead of the 3rd.

Today we are spending some time in Stanthorpe to find a few caches. This cache took some time to find as it seemed the previous finder replaced the cache a little too well.

A quick find at GZ. We are walking in the rain today but fortunately we have our umbrellas to keep us dry. The upside of wet weather means that there is little chance of any muggles spotting us. Nice! Thanks for heading us this way. it is a beautiful location and the river or Creek nearby looks beautiful in its spring glory.

I had been for a short walk in the National Park. I had a quick ride along a nice country road to collect some awesome caches.

Time now for the "suburban" Stanthorpe run.

I parked near a cache and set off on the geocycle for the second time today.

The park was nice and quiet this afternoon. Just a mower to look out for. He was quite far away, so no worries there.

Visiting Stanthorpe for the first time and yes it's a real pretty town. Love the picturesque river that runs through the town. Time to find a cache or two before brekky then back home to the Gold Coast. Tftc

Decided to spend the morning finding a few caches where I either 'ran-out-of-time" last time in the area or they were a DNF ..
But with the help of my Geodog Scruffy ... this one is now found ..

Found it!

Two Norwegians on holiday in Australia. Today we drove from Kilcoy to Stanthorp. On our way we found a few caches, and in Stanthorp we made the lovely trail along the river.

RoddyC needed to find two caches of this series so I did all of them in between as well. This was the first one for me.

Long weekend - perfect timing to geocache around Stanthorpe and clear up some green dots. Nadine1989 is in the company of Mr and Mrs RoddyC.

This one was not here when we last searched, so we were happy to see it back in action. Thanks, 2 shadows.

14:10 This was a very pleasant circuit which was good to go on a sunny mild day. We missed out on this one though. I see it had been found already today so we must have been suffering cache blindness. TFTC

I did have want thought was good look around, but it was raining and Rick left me to fend for myself. Then I saw all the other DNF logs and gave up. Sad face!

Took the geo-crew for a morning walk along the creek but there was no joy for us at GZ.

We searched twice for this cache on our morning walk. Both time we found nothing, with a few other cachers having no such luck also perhaps the owner may want to go check on this one.

Either very cleverly hidden or washed away in the storms! Sad face.

Tried to find on our trip to and from but no luck. From previous clues thought I might have been looking for a rock but nothing obvious and nearby mowing muggle prevented intensive search
