We found the cat but stuff inside is missing. Found by sgt.salem88 sgt.rios88 and westmead Concorde. Tftc
We found the cat but the cache inside is missing and we didn't have any paper for a log. Found by sgt.salem88 sgt.rios88 and westmead Concorde. Tftc
Found the cat but the contents of its butt have been removed- can't say I'd ever see myself saying that in a sentence in my life lol where the cat was found we had no option but to take a guess as to where it really belonged however we made it pretty obvious for a cacher/owner to locate and replace properly... Those pesky alco-muggles
Found the cat and secured it in an obvious spot for the owner to put him back wherever he may roam. Need help locating drop me a line I'm only around the corner most days
Looked all over, but the gps would not stop jumping.. The cat must have been out hunting..
Gpskyp and myself looked high and low for at least 40mins... We managed to get stung by some freaky bugs, get covered in spider webs, and smashed in the shins with sticks....but not cat! We did find a few home made bongs though, up on the rock ledges lol. We reckon it's gone!
I love that moment at 6-30 in the morning after a couple of nights restless sleep knowing that this cache had got the better of me,walking straight up to it and puting yr hands on it within 2 mins .
It's moments like these standing at then lake watching with the wildlife in peace and quiet that makes me think this is why I love caching
What a great hide you have here as well as a beautiful area thanks for bringing me here

Too good this time will go again as soon as possible was getting dark and a little scary so we packed it in thanks anyway
3 x DNF attempts, one last night, and two this afternoon. Have given a brochure on Geocaching to a concerned local who wondered what I was up to. Tried various interpretations of the cache title and clue, but no luck for me. Thanks anyway
3rd time lucky!! We forgot a pen to sign the log so we took a photo of the pink cat and the log as evidence haha!
Second time around today- I spent about 20 minutes climbing around but got sick of the spider webs in my hair haha.
Looking all over and under the bridge with no success in finding the pink cat.

As we parked for this one & started to walk towards GZ, we saw a black cat run past. We asked if it knew where the pink cat was, but it just gave a typical cat look of disdain and continued on its way.
I figured where we had to go and headed that way. The girls weren't convinced but followed me anyway. Then we all started looking around & finally I spotted the mythical pink cat. The girls were very impressed with this one, I think it was their favourite of the day.
Thanks

I had to laugh when I pulled myself up and saw the pink cat smiling at me. Nice.
Finally found it could have sworn I looked same spot I remember thinking I could get stuck up here
Gotcha! After thinking about it over night I came back with a thought. Even though wrong, it was close.

Any bat would have left this area alone. Even pink ones. Should be renamed Cheshire cat as it must be invisible.
did no find. But am going there soon to try and look for it for the second time
Our first ever hunt.....felt silly being there so long. Will try again now that be have had some success with others. Thanks, this is so close to my house an yet i had never seen this whole area...will go back for find and a picnic.
Got you at last surprised at how small you are thought you were bigger than that.no need to get
muddie shoes just use the clue and look hard you will see the pink cat...TFTC TS....

Returning with evangt & chrissybunce to try a log a DNF. We were beginning to think we weren't going to find it again when I read some recent logs that mentioned the hint. Could have sworn we checked here last time, but, there it was. Glad to have finally logged this one, was being to feel a bit like a troll! TFTC.
I came back again today to finally find this cat, spent way to long looking high and low must have
looked in every crevice shoes full of mud hot day and to add insult to injury another cache team
found it today what am I MISSING.....

Out to get this DNF today with pdbunce and chrissybunce. This one was not going to allude us again. The Pink Cat let out a purr about 10 minutes into the search revealing the location. Problem was we were all over this spot last time we were here including chrissybunce becoming firmly wedged at GZ. Why had we not seen it earlier? Maybe pussy was shy...
The Pink cat purred at me when I visited him today, as it has been a while. Still in the same spot generally, but getting a bit dirty, might have to give him a bath.....
All good otheriwse..

No joy here. Seems a popular place to do unpopular things. Had a look in the likely spots but happy to move on.
After bumping into another team we both searched for ages but were unsucessful very yucky place under the bridge not kid friendly at all.
Spent an hour searching, before we called it in for the day, no luck. We even ran into another team
I don't know if I was in the right spot. I went under and this is certainly a yuck area - not worthy of a GC. This is where the area's mentally deprived kids must hang out - bongs, scissors, and even a needle or 2.
Out and about on a glorious sunny Sunday with pdbunce and mum. It is with regret after two visits we have to log a DNF. Always impressed when I can't locate the cache but find at least 3 bongs. NOT!!!
Almost gave up on this one after searching for almost half an hour Haven't seen this style of hide before! Love it!!! We took the travel bug to move along. SL TFTC
Sorry to say I had to paf this one, the cache was eventually found about 12m to the NNE of my indicated GZ. Thanks TS.
Must have been getting tired when looking for this one and was a little bit put off by the rubbish in the area, gps was all over the place but I just couldn`t find the cat no matter how hard I looked.
Nice clue and great find! The pink cat seems to have a few feline buddies who visit from nearby homes too!
Didn't find the pink cat today. Looked up high and in ruts but obviously not the right ones.
Last find on today's lunch raid with the gang. Hi there cute kitty. Coordinates were very good on this one. Took a bit of searching, plenty of good hiding spots but the correct spot required a little courage. I like this. TFTC!

Found it Cool cache container too!
Then, as we were putting the cache back, a REAL LIVE cat came running past! It was very appropriate for this particular find.

Nice satisfying cache, took a little while to narrow it down and to look in all the places it could possibly be. Not sure how two groups of people recently missed this, you'll definitely kick yourselves when you find it.
But even better, got to drop off a travel bug that I acquired in Amsterdam - a cat! Get a dog up ya? Get a cat up ya... cat!
This cat, with the mission of meeting other cats, had a long way to travel, please make him welcome!

There were about 6 of us looking for this in the end ( we ran into another group looking there too) none of us found it which was a bit frustrating considering it is a 2 star difficulty.
Arriving at GZ, I started searching on the wrong side of the creek, so after looking in all the hidy holes I crossed over the creek and found the cache quickly. TFTCM

There were kids around doing things! Couldn't let the muggle's get to it. Definitely a find next time I'm in the area!
I climbed and got muddy but could not find the cat. Be careful if you are caching with children... there is a lot of broken glass around.
Very muddy after the rain. Looks like people like to party near the cat. Took some time but found that damn kitty. TFTC.
Teamed up with Steeba and Hoojar for a days caching through the mountains. This was one of our many finds for the day.
With 3 sets of eyes lookin for this one it didnt take too long for the Pink Cat to reveal itself.
Thanks

Found with The Rats and Hoojar on a run through the Blue Mountains.
I'm glad we had the torches for this one and it wasn't too long before the cache was in hand. Thanks!

In the growing darkness we put on our torches and went searching for cats. We split our resources and as it turned out it was not on my side, but Mr Rats and Steeba located the cat and we were quickly once again back on our way.

Like many of the finders before me, I went straight to the GZ but didnt look hard enough, so after searching many wrong locations I read some logs and came back to where I started and bingo. Cache and cat in good order. Didnt find the area to unappealing, what you would expect fot this type of GZ. I remember hearing a cacher once say what is it with people hiding caches in animals bums? Kinda funny I reckon. TFTC
Isn't he/she cute! love the idea and hope weather doesn't affect him/her to much!

Cords where out by 10mtrs the hide was very unsanitary ,thanks anyway, cheers.
Out on a run with Team Sunderland....I am sorry to say that I really didn't like the area in which this one was hidden....between the toilet paper with ??? on it, rubbish, male body parts drawn over the pillions, mud & all sorts of other stuff, I didn't see the point in being brought to this area....the cache on the other hand was well hidden but about 10 mtrs out for us & was a great cache container....just wished it was placed in a nicer area....we had to watch the geogirls constantly, which made it even more frustrating...couldn't wait to get out of there!!!! Glad we got the smiley after all that...
Went to check the cache out this morning after reports of it maybe missing. But a quick search of the known area turned up the cache, slightly worn from the rain I would say, the cache camo has some wear, but other then that the cache is in the exact same spot it has always been in.
All good.
All good.
Checked this cache out this morning after reports of it being dirty ( Its not, just faded ) and coordinates being out, ETC ETC.
Firstly, coordinates are spot on. No doubt about that. Took a reading at the sight, then took it home and double checked it against Bing Areial maps and Google maps and Google Earth. Coordinates all come up showing the caches position. It certainly is not out 10 meters.
Also I came to see how back this spot really is, after recent comments. Firstly the idea of this cache is so you visit the nearby Mt Annan lake, which can be seen from the cache GZ. The area the GZ is in is muddy due to recent rains, and has some rubbish and graffiti ( not that much really compared to some cache GZs I have been to ) but the nearby lake is clean and well looked after. This spot was chosen to take yo off the track away from Muggles, which frequent this lake area.

Found the cat just before dark. Very funny, had a laugh with J+J while signing the log. TFTC
Out caching with Baja15, having tried this one before unsuccessfully . Made this time with a friend and and cache was soon located. TFTC
After deciding between high and low, we took a Phone-A-Friend to help with a dodgy GPS. Once the right end was chosen, it was found where we expected.
TFTC.

Searched high and low for a while to no avail hope the druggies have not cat nap him...
