Having a short holiday in Morgan to do the TDF series and grab other caches in the local area, this being one of them. Hubby wanted to head into a rare grid square for his radio hamming obsession and we thought this road would lead us there. As we were heading toward cache the farmer came up and asked if we wanted to buy it. ERRR no thanks just looking at a bit of history. Farmers seem to have all day to talk. He was off to find two run away alpacas. He said this was his and he just left it where it died years ago. Saw him on the way back herding his alpaca girls back home. TFTC SL

Interesting sounds and smells from the nearby pigs while we looked for the cache.

This poor old vehicle's definitely not going anywhere any more, that's for sure. A quick find was made due to the container peeking out from its hidey hole. Thanks for the cache Freddo.

Got down on my hands and knees to have a closer look and saw a bearded-dragon eye-balling me. Moved quickly to another spot and found it

Here from Canada, doing a bit of caching as we explore Australia....
Felt like private property having to go through the gate. Could hear the pigs feeding next door. They were very noisyCool

Thanks for the hide Freddo!

After attending the nearby Bush Mechanics weekend, we had planned it as a great stepping off point to finally clear out all the Gluepot caches; this one being the first we were to encounter. A nice easy one to start, but the heavy pig aroma in the area, didn’t encourage us to linger longer than was necessary. Thanks Freddo. No swaps. Cheers.

A quick Freddo find Razz
But This was a Lizard cache today Surprised
Several Goanna's and sleepy lizards on the way in off the highway and then the cache was guarded by a decent sized bearded dragon that gave Bowz2 a heart attack when the lizard lifted his head about a foot from Bowz2's [xx(]
Bowz2 was so focused on finding the cache he didn’t even notice the lizard until he moved! Smile

Actually stopped for this one on the way in, while the geokid#1 had a whizz after a long drive.
There is no safety barrier in this station wagon!!!
So, was the first of about5 Freddo cache for the day, and last one to be logged....

Thanks Freddo, not a caching run without a Frog Nation cache! Smile

Reason to stop 1: need to open gate.
Reason to stop 2: cache to be found.
Reason not to stop 1: the wind was blowing from the west. Gotta love the smell of pigs.

Thanks for the cache Freddo the Frog.

First stop [^] after the gate on our way to the Gluepot event today.
Lots of places to hide a cache here and ended up finding it in a place we'd looked before Red Face.

Thanks Freddo.

I have passed by this wagon many times on the way to and from Gluepot and have often thought there should be a cache here. Freddo beat me to it. So that would be a cache at every gate now??

After having a fantastic time at the Oz Mega event we had to drop the youngest team member back in Melbourne as she had to return to work Tuesday but we are fortunate enough to have the rest of the week off and as the camper was already hooked up it seemed silly not to just keep going picking up a few more caches along the way.
The old Bedford truck was the mainstay of most agricultural activities and even after they had reached their expiration date they then turned into trailer trash like this and continued to earn their keep. The cache itself was found after a short search and our name has been added to the log.
Our thanks to Freddo the Frog for the cache.

A quick rego check with the EzyReg app confirmed that the trailer is unregistered. Try pulling this on the road would be an interesting experience in more ways than one. Well done to Waldron on the first to find before published. You may think this is a rare thing (maybe out here) but in the states it apparently happens quite frequently.

Clear skies to the jumping frog.

Found on our Tour De Force with Team Waldron, TheWhiteDogGang, Team Astro, Freddo, and Princess Consuela.

I was crew for the Team Waldron geomobile and as we returned from getting "Stop for the gate" we thought, hey, thats a great place for a cache. After a quick search for the best spot, we found it was, as there was another cache there.

As Team Waldron stated, we gave thought to taking this cache and replacing it with ours. But our professionalism (and the fact it wouldnt fit) resulted in us leaving it there.

FTF for us before it was even published.

Thanks Freddo for a laugh and your company on the Saturday night!

Found on our Tour De Force with Trail06, TheWhiteDogGang, Team Astro, Freddo, and Princess Consuela.

We started at 6.30am Saturday and got home 3.00pm Sunday.

We stayed at Loch Luna on the Murray on Saturday night.

We'd passed through the gate to get to the other cache and said there should be a cache on there.

On our way back we stopped to place a the cache and found this one. We gave thought to taking Freddo's and giving it to him at camp tonight, but we left it alone, mainly because ours wouldn't fit.

FTF for us before it was even published.

And no, we didn't know that it had been placed before we found it.
