And another cache in this park has gone AWOL. No trace of it anywhere. Will replace when possible.
This would be a great spot to camp. Fortunately made the find before Muggles arrive to light the fire. TFTC malikaal.
Out and about in the area today so thought I would try for this cache. Couldn't find it for some time and on rechecking the cords I realized that they were wrong, amazing the difference with correct cords

A phone call from Slink1 asking ‘what’s on for the weekend?’ found us down in Morwell for other reasons and it was a case of well we’re here now and so the hunt began Many thanks to malikaal for the time and effort of looking after this cache. TNLN SL
Off on a weekend sweep in the Morwell area with many good caches found many thanks to malikaal for the effort and placement of this cache TNLN SL
Found on a very wet day.
I had been meaning to do this cache for sometime. I noticed that it had been enabled and as I had it all ready in my GPSr off I went to get it.
When I arrived there where a couple of campers braving the weather. I parked the car and wandered off I soon found GZ, well, what was left it, and started the search. I reread the hint and I soon widened the search area thinking to myself "where would I hide a cache. I checked all the likely spots but came up with zilch. I returned to GZ and scratched around a bit more and that's when I noticed something that didn't quite belong. I soon had the cache in hand and signing the fresh new log.
Thank-you malikaal for the certificate and Geocoin.
It was not until I returned home and read the cache page. The cache had been moved and the hint changed due to DSE Reduction Burn.
TB "Scrat" visited your cache whilst on his Great Aussie Adventure.
Took Prize Left Geocoin to continue it's journey

This cache was destroyed in the fuel reduction burn earlier in the year, which obviously included the destruction of the original hiding place (Huge hollow eucalypt). It has been replaced and is good to go with a very slight change of coordinates. There is a new FTF for the replacement hide with a little "prize" for the next to find.
Will replace this cache within the next week. Lots of regrowth amongst the ashes.
Went for a drive after getting the heads up from Brain.teaser. Sure enough, the whole area is charred black, and today was still thick with smoke and plenty of flames leaping in the near distance. Gz has gone up in smoke, no sign of the cache despite some scratching around in the ashes! Will replace cache when the smoke settles.
Dse helicopter doing incendiary drops, I was advised that it would be safer if I left . May need to check cache to see if it survives burning.
We were so keen to give these ones a go in our new 4X4, as we've just upgraded from a small car. This one was a great start, we were surprised to see such a great area down here. Once we waited for some campers to clear off we pulled up nice and close and jumped out and grabbed it. Can't say we've seen that container before, it's new to us. Thanks for the hide malikaal, it brought us to a great new spot.
What a nice little spot to camp. Great day for caching and a great way to finish off our easter weekend.

A quick find after camping at Holey Hill. Will move the TB on somewhere near Adelaide over the next few weeks. TFTC.
While out enjoying blasting around the sandy tracks in the Holey Plains area I called into this spot to put my name in the book. Been here 3 or 4 times now. The frogs were in full voice which is great to hear. TN L-more army guys. Thanks malikaal for the hunt (again).
The frogs were deafening !!! Camping was allowed in this area but wear earplugs at sundown!!
A nice cache to finished off our Father's Day of caching. Thanks Malikaal for placing this cache and giving us the opportunity to enjoy this spot.

We were with members of the Australian Plant Society searching for wildflowers. Unfortunately there were very few however we found lots of varieties of fungi. To find a couple of caches in the area was a bonus. We really enjoyed exploring the area and completed some walks. Despite looking all around the swamp we found no raptors of any type today! Packed all of the Geocaching tools however not our “goodies” bag, so no swaps today. SL TFTC malikaal
