No luck here but I only spent about 5 minutes looking and I was get rather tired by this time
Maybe the area was too overgrown with grass? Or perhaps this was just a case of unskilled searching, lol
Thanks Malco, for maintaining this one. We had a dnf in 2013 and have never been back. Today is a beautiful day to walk this lovely trail .I would have thought we may have seen the waterfall but obviously not enough rain
I've been meaning to do the 4 km hike in the Hale Conservation Park for a long time now, and today was the day, with sunny skies and a coolish temperature. Enjoyed a very scenic walk with some great tracks and nice views over the landscape. Thanks for the cache Malco!
A couple of quick caches after a late Christmas lunch, partly to try and walk some of it off, but mainly to maintain a streak. Today has been the coldest Christmas Day in Australia that I can remember, and some light rain was falling as started the walk. I was the only person on this circuit today. Despite the misty rain, no running water here today, as youd expect for December. I bet it looks good after a deluge. I think the coordinates are a bit out here, but the hint gets you home. The cache is holding up well. Im only the fourth finder of this cache this year it seems; a shame as this circuit is a lovely walk. Thanks for the cache Malco!
Went to an obvious spot but no luck. About to put my hand up in defeat, then saw a more promising location. I found it and am happily dancing. TFTC Malco!
No waterfall today, we will be back after some rains to check again. Cache safe and sound. Tftc HouseofJones
There was water here today and this became a nice spot for a snack and a cache. TFTC
My husband came along with me but he was busy with his metal detector. An enjoyable walk around Hale Conversation Park.
Beautiful Waterfall
Found it nice and easy.
Thanks ajtmb for the cache

Out for a walk in Hale Conservation Park for Father’s Day today. Great weather and no DNF’s lead to a great day. This cache is one that was found on our loop.

I recently completed the one cache find in each of the 360 degrees from home location challenge. I have now decided to continue and aim for five finds in each of the 360 degrees. Today I was targeting specific caches in missing cells for this challenge and a few solved mysteries along the way. Very enjoyable to be out and about in the glorious sunshine.
This trail through Hale Conservation Park was the main target of the day. This is my favourite type of caching where I can park my car, strap on my hiking boots and hit the walking trails.
Sadly no animal encounters today but some nice views along the way and of course a good amount caches to keep me busy.
Thanks for the cache Malco!.

Lovely cool location. The water is still slowly flowing down the rocks
Thanks Malco!
Thanks Malco!
Loved this one, almost thought we weren't going to find it. Went to move on and then spotted it!
It would be great to see this flowing after sone rain. Easy find, a little green plastic dinosaur in the grass told me I was in the right place!
In and around Williamstown for the weekend, first walk around Hales, found thanks to the hint, gps was all over the place.

A nice walk around the loop to this cache, after a short bush bash the cache was found nicely hidden
Today Nettieknows and I headed to Hale Conservation Park to complete the loop walk before going to the Barossa for lunch and collected a few caches on the way home. Total of 19 caches for the day.

Thanks to a hiking muggle, Kylie aka Fat Mal, this cache was found. My GPS was taking me to the wrong side of the waterfall. She walked strait to GZ!
TFTC.
What a beautiful hike.
Merry Cache-mas and onward!

Found while enjoying a lovely nature walk. I thought the waterfall would be flowing today but I guess we haven't received enough rain yet.
Thank you Malco! for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Whoohoo. Came back, finally found. Will be interesting to see how much rain we get this year and how this waterfall will look again. So far, just a trickle
Thanks for this cache. Found it today on an almost perfect day for hiking - not too hot not too cold except for a very brief rain shower that had a bit of wind. Found by the Aussie branch of GronwoldFamily/Dobie's Pride along with Nick - first timer, and a million or so flies.
Geocaching with jesswrigley on a nice Autumn day. The plan was a hike around Hale Conservation Park that took a few hours, which was a nice walk seeing mica deposits, a dry waterfall, and views of the surrounds, followed by a stop for afternoon tea at a Kerrsbrook cider place.
Jesswrigley and I spent quite a bit of time at this location trying to look for this geocache. I managed to go quite broad looking for it going up/down the various terrrain and elevations. Nothing seemed to be revealing this regular sized cache! I didn't want to give up as it was only found a few days beforehand. However finally found 10 m from what I had with GZ, and perhaps smaller than what I was thinking. No water in the waterfall today; completely dry from the summer we've had I suspect. Thanks Malco!

Beautiful day for a hike around the Hale Hike Loop! We were lucky enough to get a day off work and enjoy the weather!
i there Malco!.
We found your cache **"Guess whose cache's got a waterfall"** at 10:38:00 AM today. (This makes our find count 22034).
We started the day off by heading out to do the Hales" loop walk. We headed out in an anti-clockwise direction, because we thought it would be the easy way. We (well Ian anyway) thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area. We ended up finding quite a variety of large container types hidden along our route.
We found 10 caches today & DNF'd 1. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
##Thanks for placing a large cache here. It made us feel really glad to find a large, kid friendly cache (with swaps) here. ##
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

The small trickle of water was running down the dry rock today...it was a lovely walk in the park...

Out with Hevwalker for an afternoon walk around the Hale loop, despite the rain yesteray the waterfall remains dry other then a little drizzle oozing out of the rocks would look good with a decent flow, quick find for us today

Wow. What a difference a season makes. We dnf'd this cache on the 7th of January and the little blue face has been taunting us every weekend since. This being the last Saturday of the school holidays we decided to make the blue face yellow as well as doing the letterbox cache. Arrived at GZ and found the hiding spot without even trying. The season has changed the overgrown flora to that of carpet! TFTC Malco!
Found after negotiating some blackberries.
No water today.
Thanks for the cache Malco!.

Both Bri and Sal ventured out today for a lovely walk around Hale Conservation Park. We met up with Anymules and Kiwi Ozzie at the parking area for a clockwise loop along the Hale Hike Loop. What can I say, this walk is fantastic with ever changing scenery and terrain. [^] Finding 10 caches as we walked around was just a bonus. Then it was off for lunch in Williamstown. [8)]
Not this cache....well not today anyway. So whilst Anymules explored the waterfall face I went and found the cache in the dead blackberry canes. Off course there was blood...there is always blood. [B)][B)]
So we stopped for a little snack of appropriate ANZAC biscuits. [^] What a great little spot for a cache.

Awesome spot. He who looks the most finds the most is out motto and yet again Evan found it
Oh no. A blue sad face half way through the Hale loop. Spent far too long looking. Only a drop of stagnant water under the 'waterfall' today.
Found It!
Great little spot! A nice flow of water today to! After a bit of poking around I found the cache. The coords seemed a bit all over the place - the south side of the creek is where you want to be.

Water falling today. Pool quite full too. Cache located in the last place we looked. TFTC
""Sneaky Squeaky" Woz ere" A quick but enjoyable find. From Me To You From SQ72 T.F.T.C
Headed out today with sneaky squeaky to grab the caches in the Hales conservation park, the weather was great for us today and we managed to grab all the caches in the area while grabbing the clues for the letterbox cache. TFTC
On a sunny day I was out for a stroll
And along the Hale Hike I wandered into this beautiful spot.
Being the Mount Lofty Ranges I expected the waterfall to be your typical rocky outcrop with some green staining on it where water once flowed
But after all the rain this week,
I got a surprise [:o]
The water fall was actually working [:o][:o][:o]
A great place for a sit down and to listen to the rare sound of splashing water
I poked around for the cache.
The distinctive smell of the native garlic wafting through the air
And behind the vertical trapdoor,
the cache was found
TFTC and a definite highlight of today;s geocache guided stroll [^]

Such a lovely spot, a pity we didn't have it to ourselves but good to see others out walking today. Thanks for the hunt this afternoon: )
The waterfall was running and it looked beautiful at this time of year - a stunning location - deserves a fav point on this great hike
While staying nearby in Williamstown we took the opportunity to walk this very pleasant trail. 24 degrees and plenty of shade followed by increasing cloud cover made for a very enjoyable walk
How nice to walk a trail and find all containers in good condition and with plenty of swaps
This would definitely be a good trail for families
No doubt it would be great to see a bit of water flowing down the falls....but still a lovely spot.
Many thanks for the hide Malco![^]

Our last full day in the Barossa so we headed out with iluvtrekking to grab as many finds as we could. Took all the back country lanes - our type of caching. The two geo-men volunteered to do the walk and managed to find all containers and be back at the car within 1 hr15 mins. Thanks Malco!
The last day of our SA caching holiday with richlink dawns and we are off to places a bit farther a field in a quest to grab as many smilies as we can in the time we have left. Thanks for your cache Malco! the two menfolk set off on this little adventure while we waited in the car.
Encountered a young couple... who seemed like they had stopped at GZ... i asked if they were looking for anything in particular. Nope just having a rest they said. They carried on ... we got down and dirty lol. Tftc with Guglass and SARS
Once again out in the Mt Crawford area with Debandy and the Geo son attacking another outbreak of cache. Many cache were defeated in the assault and much fun was had by all.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
Out in the area again with Cows with guns and his calf finding many caches on such a beautiful day.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Out with the North of the Cross geocaching group doing a hike in some beautiful weather. Hale Hike loop was the plan for the day.
The waterfall was still pretty dry today but it was nice and cool in this section of the park so we took a few pictures and stamped the log and continued on our way.

Found on a great day out with the Scouts. Would be a nice little waterfall when flowing. TFTC
Out with Harleyjohn and geopet Winnie and both travellinbees and this cache was on our list to collect. Sadly today the waterfall was merely a drip drip. However it was still beautiful to look at the erosion that has ocured from the rain and water over the years. This is where we saw our first set of "walkers" we exchanged small chat and of course we told them about geocaching and we gave them our path tags to log. The places geocaches bring us to are amazing. Thanks Malco for the hide
Well, no waterfall today - just a small amount of trickle. Roverrock had more flow than this waterfall at his last pit stop. Maybe it will change though, as it starts raining whilst we are looking for the cache. This was a bit of a challenge, as cache was found not where we think it was supposed to be - a bit of cache creep at play I suspect. So we put it back at its co-ordinates that matched the hint. Saw a a few feuding male Rufous Whistlers right by the non-waterfall; Spring must be in the air. Onward to the next cache, albeit increasingly soggy as the rain continues.
A beautiful winter's day for this lovely walk. I was a bit disappointed that there was no water running to-day even though we have had some rain recently. Still, a lovely spot where I eventually found a cache. Thanks Malco!
Determined to find this one we have returned for another attempt. Success this time - youngest (7 yrs) found it in a spot that we had overlooked! Was a great hike anyhow. TFTC. Took bead. Left toy soldier and eel.
With a bit more time to spare today I returned to walk the entire loop (& collect the rest of the caches along it[^])
Cheers & TFTC Malco!
Cheers & TFTC Malco!
Although it was actually slightly raining when we got here (lovely summer weather we're having right now - although it makes for great hiking weather!), the waterfall was dry as dry. Still an impressive feature, and great for a bit of scrambling up to explore further.
Found this one while out with ttrogg for a great day in the hills.

Been wanting to walk this circuit ever since the Hale Hike series came out, hard to say why it's taken so long but finally, after getting DPA outa bed, today was the day.
And what a great little area it is, nice walking only path most of the way, terrain enough to get the heart working but not the legs hurting. Another new favourite area.
Thanks for the cache Malco!

No water this time of year but have seen it flow before so wasn't disappointed. Could see it coming down the path thanks to the clue found with mrbuzzy
