While visiting my family in Melbourne, I get out for the odd visit or two. How lovely that they were playing school sports just as I visited!
TFTC, TNLN, cache in good condition

Last one for today. only took a minute to find but a good little cache. Thanks PIPPPAESP
On the way through this bit of town to attend the Maranoa Gardens Festival. I needed a cache for the day and they needed a bit of time playing in a park so this cache met all needs .
Cheers Earthbound Chief, thanks for the quick diversion.

Only just realized this hadn't been logged. Grabbed whilst out getting a few caches when in the area with my brother. Sorry for the late log but a quick find. Thanks Earthbound Chief FTC.
A nice quick find with Mrs Happy pants as we wandered over to the gz, just so happened that there was a school sports day on today but we were too far away for them to bother us or us them. TFTC.
Nice quick little god on the way to work. Another lovely park I had never been too! Thanks
Finding a cache like this makes me wonder how many I've walked past before I heard about geocaching! Nice!!
Log is a bit wet BTW - better off w/ pen rather than pencil.

Today we were visiting Balwyn North for lunch with friends. I needed a quick cache to keep up with the stats, and yours was it. There were a few people in the park today, but not enough to stop us finding the cache. Thanks for the hide.
Was out finding Balwyn Bean Counter and thought we'd go for a walk to find a third and final for the evening - nice and easy. Log book is very water damaged so couldn't write our names down
Was here, like many times before, for sport as well, but for a different team in the same competition that Earthbound Chief would have been part of.
Coords were spot on and cache was found easily. I see what people mean by all the ants! Replaced cache and cammed it again. TFTC!

Turned out to be a very quick find as it was lying on the ground. Hopefully it is now back in the correct hiding place........owner might like to pay it a visit to check. TFTC.
On the way home from work - boys have played at this ground since they where 8 years old - now 23 and 18 good cache
Got bitten by some ants but managed to log and replace without trapping any ants inside.
Stopped by here on the way back from doing some cache maintenance up the road.
Found the cache (and a zillion ants) just before a couple of muggles came to play kick-to-kick in this nicely shaded park.
Thanks for the cache, Earthbound Chief.

Out on a cloudy rainy day with my umbrella getting some more stuff on the edge of my 10km zone. Just as I got to this one the heavens opened up so I sat in the car and read the paper for 15 minutes before I ventured over to get this one. TFTC Earthbound Chief.
Stealth, stealth, stealth. I 'cleverly' timed the finding of this one just as school got out so needed to wait a bit to get the right opportunity to grab it. Finally a gap in the kids walking past happened so I made the grab then waited for another chance to replace it. All good fun. TFTC.
Passing by on our way home from a doctor's appointment. There were a few people about but we managed to retrieve the cache without being noticed. Lots and lots of little ants!! TFTC
Got it. Quite an easy find. Damn. Forgot a pen and had to scratch my name on the log with a twig. TFTC
Found with relative ease a little muggle activity made this one a stealth find. TFTC!
Quiet Tuesday arvo. Just had to wait for one muggle walking his dog to pass. TFTC
Had to wait for a customer to get home from work so I grabbed a few caches while I waited for her. Sl thanks Earthbound Chief for the cache.
Found @ 19:45. I'd gone to attempt a new multi nearby and was completely muggled out. So moved to another multi, with the same outcome.
I decided to cut my losses and come after this one. I'd been here once before some time back but it was during the day with school aged muggles everywhere. Even so, I'd identified the most likely location.
Today there were only a few muggles about, none of them with any interest in what I was doing. The cache was found exactly where I suspected and the entire process was completed within a minute.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Earthbound Chief.

Drove past here a few months back whilst school sport was on and had no chance. Nobody around today, thanks Earthbound Chief.

Out and about in the suburbs looking for a few caches.
This was one of them.
Why do people insist that the log book is full when there is pleanty of spaces to write in?

Second cache for today, found easily just before a jogger muggle and dog arrived. TFTC
Out at lunch to grab just a few more cache. Sensational day! 25 degrees, sunny and with the promise of Christmas fun within reach! An instant find and back to work! TFTC SL
Really easy to find so we put a little extra stuff in top of it to hide it. Thanks!
Found on my weekly caching trip thru the 'burbs, this week involved finding caches along the #48 tram route. A quick easy find once my GPSr settled, thanks for the smiley Chief!

Another day, another blank on the GeoCalendar so before it got ridiculously hot I dropped e-facit at her boyfriend's house then set off hoping to pick up this cache easily. Twice before I've driven past but found a tai chi exponent in full flight. Today GZ was totally deserted so it was a quick find and log.
Thanks Earthbound Chief

Last of 4 caches themed around where you grew up. Nice and quiet here during a weekday but all these areas would be busier on a fine weekend no doubt
Thanks Earthbound Chief

Found @ 9:25 while in the area today with a little time up my sleeve. Quick find today. TFTC SL
We found this cache at 3:40pm as the 11th of 12 on a Monday afternoon off North West Cache hunt. A nice spot and that brings us up to date on this series once again. Thanks from D, HA, H & A B-A.
Rerplaced container with current logbook and a new logbook. Old logbook was not full
All good to go
All good to go
No School Sport going on here today so it was an easy find undisturbed. TFTC.
Found at about 8.15pm and was surprised by a few muggles wandering by. Tried to look like I was interested in something else and all was well. The cache is still fine, but I am sure it is not as it was originally constructed. I tried for some time to place the film canister cover on the main container, but no luck. As was noted, there are plenty of spaces on the log, but the cache itself may need some attention.
Thanks for another of your caches, Earthbound_Chief.

Not sure what the previous finder's log is about - there was still space in the log. What is of concern however is that the container seems to have disappeared and only the lid is left. Someone must have placed the cache content into a cylindrical metal container without lid. The old lid does not fit the new container and was sitting near the container.
I guess this is a call for maintenance to replace the container, not the log. Or maybe both? TFTC

Found this one today. It was quite an easy find but had to juggle both a mother and her son playing on the seesaw while I signed the log. The mum was enjoying the fun of it! Anyway I signed log, took nothing and left nothing.
Thanks for the cache Earthbound Chief.

Despite being someone else who GURH, I don't think I ever visited this park much. Gordon Barnard certainly, but Hislop no. Maybe the odd walk or two during my troubled teenage years, but that's about it.
Pulled up hoping for a quick grab, but a snuggling couple near GZ were a problem. But then the kids wanted a quick play in the playground and they always provide ideal cover. Cache was soon found, although the container is in odd shape, with the lid not fitting - if indeed it ever did. Logbook is nice and dry though. I'd come equipped with a spare film canister to replace it, but the log/pen didn't fit, so couldn't help unfortunately.
After a quick play we returned to the car, dropping off the cache en route and camouflaging it well for the next finder.

Discovered while on an outing with geo kids. We also used the kids for cover to find this one. A quick find with spot on GPS. Log still dry. Re-hid with lots of cover. Found #4 first. TFTC.
Nce day for dogs and.kids. managed to pick it up without too much bother.tftc

CamBendy and I managed a night of from our familial duties so we could "get a few". This was one of 23 for the night. The last of the GURH's for us tonight. This one was pretty much in plain sight. It was not capped but the log was present and intact so we signed and tried to make the container less conspicuous. TFTC.

Easy to get to with nobody in the area so late at night, not sure about the weatherproofing however the logbook was dry on my arrival, always a good sign.
Found @ 11:05pm, find # 1649.
I had driven past this one earlier on but there was a large group of muggles gather in the carpark over looking GZ so I kept on going to #1 & #2 first.
On my return I turned into the street and could see in the distance that they were still there, so I pulled over and stopped for a little while. After a couple of minutes I saw a car leave and then another and another then one more, I then made my way down there and the coast was clear so I parked the car and walked over to GZ where it didn't take long before the cache was found.
Thanks to Earthbound Chief for this cache.

I'm enjoying my trip around the neighbourhood you grew up in. Certainly tried out all the sports didn't you....
Found with Rebel Acts, It Was a nice Sunday to be out caching, we think this one may have been Muggled. Thanks for the cache.
Out and about with Crazy! Nat Girl on another one of our Sunday caching trips, Spring sure had turned on some nice weather today. The cache was found easy enough, found a lid for a film canister but no container, bag was stuffed in a piece of of pipe. TFTC
Surprising little hide, remarkable endurance considering its really just a ziplok bag!
Found it on the ground, in a sealed plastic bag, no cache. Found a small metal pipe near by. Put the plastic bag in the pipe and put it in a tree
