Cruising north, toward the '1 Month to' event in Wangaratta, in convoy with Snap Happy and Happy Pants. Caching with Snap Happy now as we made some final finds before making a beeline for the event. We found this one easily enough but it's full of water! Thanks for the cache WLS.

Returning back to Bright after a gorgeous day exploring the King Valley. Log is looking a little tattered on this one. #8 for the day. TFTC.
Nice easy find. The log is completely wet thanks for the cache (needs maintenance)
We spotted this one as we pulled up very nearby.
Good to find one quickly as we are experiencing light rain and having a bit of a mixed day. The process is not quick when you are getting a two year old in and out of the car for each cache. Still, he is loving it!
Thank you for a quick cache on our way.

Cache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility and includes regular visits to the cache to ensure it is in proper working order, especially when a seeker reports a problem with the cache.
Based on a couple of the previous logs, perhaps it's time for the CO to make a visit to this cache.

Thanks WLS! for the hunting and cache.
Found on the ground a few metres away from where we believe it belongs. Replaced it to where we think it's home is.
Staying at the Oxley Recreation Reserve for a couple of days and today being a lovely sunny, dry day after the storms and rain, we went out for a drive around and some cache hunting. It is a very beautiful area to drive round so thanks to the COs for all the caches we found today.
On our way home after caching around the Wangaratta/Myrtleford area and on out list of caches was this one, which we found along the way.
Thanks for the cache placement and for bringing us here.

A quick and easy find as we cache our way through the area today with mcsee&petal. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Good co ords led to a quick find thank goodness as it was pouring rain. Log is weather damp, sorry I did not have a replacement.
Found with sunset62. A quick find. Log was wet, which is not surprising considering all the rain that has been in this area recently. TFTC
**# 15142** Found on an absolutely excellent week long adventure with Rebel Acts.
A slightly wet day for another drive around from Myrtleford to Milawa.

We had a great time searching for caches and exploring. TFTC!
We had a great time searching for caches and exploring. TFTC!
I had so much fun on our little roadtrip!
Me, boo09, becca85 & GemmaSistema headed to Wangaratta for the night.
Day 1 was huge with 50 finds, lots of which were at night by torchlight- we even got bogged!
Day 2 we got rained out in the end but still had an enjoyable day.
Thanks for some great caches in great company!

School holidays mean that myself and my two kids (ages 5 & 7) go caching with becca85 and her two kids (ages 6 & 8 - or boo09 and neisha07). We normally do a big day out around home (Ballarat way), but we are running out of spots. These holidays we decided to head north and stay a night and cache in and around Wangaratta. After dumping our stuff at the motel we headed out for an afternoon of fun around Oxley/Milawa way. An easy find here - many thanks
School holidays are upon us which means Team Clarmensma (myself, GemmaSistema, boo09, neisha07 as well as Ad + Luke) is formed yet again as we target another area of beautiful country Victoria.
This time we decided on an over night road trip to Wangaratta. Meeting up in Violet Town, we headed straight to Wang and our motel where we dumped our belongings and headed straight off for an arvo of caching. Lots of great finds, a stop for lunch on the side of a lonely dirt road followed by some more caching until it got dark and we decided we should probably feed the children again.
A pub dinner and off we went again with torches and another layer of clothes each. A few stops in and we managed to get ourselves bogged but were promptly saved by some nice CFA gentlemen. The adventure never stops! Finally after a DNF and we were all soaking wet we decided to head back to the motel for a Milo. A great day out exploring a region I had never visited before. TFTC!

A quick find while doing some caching before breakfast with my mum (who is 84). A lovely morning to be out - the weather got worse as the day wore on. TFTC
Enjoying a day of geocaching and particularly enjoying our better than usual success rate in this area. Didn't seem to be too many options at this gz, so l dashed across the road and quickly found it. The log will be good for about 10 more entries. Thanks.
Found quickly while on a bike ride with Geofriends. Thanks for the cache (TFTC) :)
Another day exploring around Wangaratta with CAD - the weather was a bit overcast today! Soon spotted for T4TC:)

Today was day 4 of our trip heading south to the great southern parts of our country, being Victoria and Tasmania. This was a very quick and easy find and after signing the log it was back into the geo mobile and on to find the next cache on the list for the day. TFTC.
TFTC. Tor and Betsy, the travelling Westies roaming WA at present. We are from Oxenford near the Gold Coast in Queensland and thoroughly enjoying the West.
Nice easy find. Lots of cars zooming by.

Today we explored the King Valley using geocaching as a guide.

The three of us were out for a day's touring around Beechworth, Everton, and Milawa and picking up a few caches in the area.
Mr Tardis found the cache in the first place he looked - don't you just love it when that happens?
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache WLS!

I have to admit that I looked everywhere else and was starting to think that maybe it wasn't there UNTIL I stopped to think about where I would put it. It wasn't hard at all, I think I had travelled too far today and wasn't thinking too clearly, so the stop for this cache was a good break for me. I'm not doing anymore today though, I'm heading home. TFTC WLS.
Nice little hide we found on a sunny Sunday.
Casually walked around GZ using my GPS as a phone and put my hand on the cache in no time with some help from mlroberts73.
We enjoyed our caching day.
Thanks for the smiley & the chance for 2 friends to find another cache.

Pulled the car over and thought it best I go alone on this one. Lucky I did as the massive spiders would have scared Darcy off for sure. TFTC.
Sorceysal found this one for me. I was on the wrong side. Happy to have my name stamped before we moved off.

Number 7 on the way home to bendigo today after another season at mount hotham, quick find, thanks.
Sent Doc to find this one, instead of us both crossing the busy road. He eventually found it and signed it simply with 'Doc'. He said, "The log was very damp but still writable." TFTC
While trying to do the Gourmet Run it seemed economical to pick this one up as well, so this one was a handy bonus for us

As today was our last day in Wangaratta for a while we had to brave the weather whatever it had to offer. The wind was really starting to bite, so it was good to make a quick find and return to the car.
TNLN .. . . . SL . . Thanks to WLS! for the hunt.

Suscoe's 12th find of 42 caches for today on a terrific day out and about in the Wangaratta area.
After a few days of wet weather, today was pretty dry and quite pleasant even though it was cold.
We saw a broad range of caches and enjoyed the trip through the countryside and the towns.
