Garrrrrrr. Why wasn't this one offline? We got all the way down to GZ only to find all the stuff as previously alluded to by other loggers, then had to read their logs to find out that it wasn't there. Pity as it looks like it would have been something fun and different.
DNF I was past here anyway so stopped for a look and there appears to be nothing at all here. It really needs to be put off-line.
As a bonus, as I stopped here, an old friend was cycling by and we ended up catching up over dinner. If it wasn't for caching....................

Sorry for the late log. I’m slowly catching up on some logging today and found a number of caches that I hadn’t logged because I had forgotten about them, this being one of them. ..... "I was in the area, and seeing a StaceV cache nearby, it was a must do. I only had time to do try one today but what a ripper it was. It took a little time to get, but get I did. There is always something very special about StaceV caches, and this was one out of the ordinary. Very inventive and fun. Thanks."
Good one! Found with Scotttiew on a get StaceV caches on fathers day! Make this another FAV. Always wanted to do alocal BungyJump! lol
Found this one with Tristan on lunch break.
Good hide, unfortunately the rain made it a little less adventurous...

Found @ 10:50am, find # 1573.
After completing Mission Impossible the first one which was great and then seeing # 2 being published we just had to go and find it, so today was the day.
Today we had 3 members of the stemicmitsar team attending this cache find (this does not happen to often), we arrived near GZ and quickly surveyed the area and worked out where we needed to go and be.
Once we arrived at GZ we saw what we needed to do and then found the tools, then grabbed the next item needed and then we started, it took a little while but we got the cache the way you are meant too.
Another great cache from the StaceV girls, the kids at a lot of fun retrieving this cache, a fav point from us.
Thanks to StaceV for this excellent cache
Log does have a little bit of water damage.

Found after completing a totally unnecessary crossing of the swollen creek via a wet slippery log and negotiated my way through scrub and man eating blackberry only to find geo caching pal standing at the cache waiting for us I contemplated the thought that I had already completed the impossible part. Finally retrieved cache and signed the log, yes! and took the easy trek back to the car. Thanks StaceV for this some what enjoyable hide, fyi I was the last one to log M I 1 a little while ago and was wondering if it be long be for it is back. TFTC
Our first Mission: Impossible was to get to the correct side of the creek. After deciding I wasn't stupid enough to cross the log over the creek when there was a perfectly good structure built across it (although it took me waaaaaay too long to think about this), I reached GZ to find the real mission. Admittedly we didn't use the intended retrieval method, but as I tell my students there is always more than one solution to a problem, initiative is a skill in itself! Log was soon in hand. This is one of the more ingenious caches we've found. Thanks!
Blackberries, check, steep slope, check, water, check, friend standing on the sidelines laughing, check, (gps batteries dead, fail). Yeah this one earned its 3 1/2 star terrain rating. I quickly got frustrated using the intended method, so tried an alternative. While my alternative had the potential to work, my aim was still off, so a third method was employed to finally achieve the cache and sign the log.
Had a few hours to kill while i was in the area so decided to have crack at a few caches. This one was definitely my favourite of the caches i attempted and i must say congrats to StaceV for placing some really great and well thought out caches. I enjoyed all the ones i had time to find even the simple ones were nicely hidden. Keep up the good work.
To anyone attempted this cache i'd definitely recommend long pants and shirt, good shoes and maybe even a raincoat as the combo of water, mud, steep hill and evil blackberries makes for some interesting times, i have the cuts to prove it, still i really enjoyed the idea behind this cache and enjoyed the challenge you should definitely have a crack at this mission impossible. Found with Crazy! Nat Girl, found this one inbetween trailor loads of moving into our new house, interesting concept, I think team work is the go on this one. Thanks StaceV for the cache.
found @ 15:50 with mum and dad (ross47). With Paul_the_Hippy and Wal-len. And even StaceV and Bienvenu!!
By now I was starting to wonder who else would arrive, as we were probably already very suspicious to those muggles who did drive past us all.
It was a great mini-mob we had. Lots of fun. Oh, and there was a cache in there somewhere too.
Another great cache from StaceV. Keep 'em coming!
Great to meet StaceV and Bienvenu while we were there.

Found @ 15:50 in the company of the geowife, emeraldflame and Paul the Hippy. Wal-len joined in soon after. We had a good little system going to speed up retrieval, and the prize was soon in hand. StaceV then joined us for our impromptu event, and shortly afterwards Bienvenu reluctantly joined in. We all then stayed around for a bit of friendly competition and a chat.
Thanks to StaceV for the cache - we had a ball.

Well what an adventure. Had a call from Ross47 to come help find this one, so we arrived to find Ross47, Emerald Flame and Paul the Hippy half way through the challenge. With shouted directions about how to get to where they were, we joined in the fun and Ross47 soon had the log in hand. Next thing StaceV turned up to time how long it took to retrieve the cache. What a blast. Good time had by all, and although some ended up a bit wet, it wasn't cause they fell in the creek.
After looking at the terrain and difficulty ratings for this, I decided I would invite others along for the attempt. Turned up with Ross47 and Emerald Flame sitting in their car. Wal-len turned up soon and suddenly their was 6 doing what 1 person could of. The cache owners turned up to add to the hilarity, including a single squirt water fight. Well not really a fight, more i just squirted a few people who weren't getting rained on in the cache retrieval or in the chain between the creek to pass this along as the bucket was broken.
Emerald Flame started the retrieval process, I took over after a while and then we used the height of Ross48. Upon retrieval Bienvenu turned up as well for a grand total of 10.
Another great cache that didn't take too long to complete. The 1.5hrs was spent chatting and in competition to see who could retrieve it the fastest.
A very fun time.

On a cold boring Sunday afternoon I had to get out of the house. What better thing than to check out the latest StaceV cache. On walking up the trail I thought why are all these cars parked under the bridge and all these people there. I thought I would just have to walk by and try again another day till I reconised Paul there. It was like a caching flash mob! The cache was great fun, I really enjoy this type of challange. It was really good to meet the StaceV girls and who would have guessed my water pistol skills would win me the time challange. Thanks heaps.
Found this one with a previous finder who may not have quite done this one 'properly'...took me back to do it the right way and boy, what a riot! Another great cache StaceV. I saw this one came out but didn't go for FTF as it was dark and I thought that would be a bit nuts...as it turns out, went in the dark anyway, nuts or otherwise!
CHALLENGE!!
StaceV will be at Mission Impossible from 4pm to 5pm and will give A StaceV Rainbow horse Path tag to the Qickest MI2 retrieval... using tools supplied!
Come on down!

second to find!!!
Once again, well done StaceV for setting the benchmark in geocache's. Always such a pleasure to do a cache that takes a bit of thought. The engineering behind this one is fantastic and I highly recommend you try it. Just one thing, what happens if you have torrential rain?? Thanks again, can't wait to do your next fabulous cache.

*FTF* Late at night, wet, dark... and a stacyV cache turns up... What to do.. Go and get it of course.
I took a while to get to GZ. I was skeptical about the cache already being found but still wanted to give it a shot. Besides it was a StaceV cache.
Getting to GZ was tricky. Unfortunately I could not find the needed tools. A return to the truck via the short way (and 6 inches of water deep way) to get some supplies to do a Macgyver on the cache. I returned the quick way now with the very wet shoes and did my best impression of Richard Dean Anderson and soon had the log book in hand then a very clear log book. OMG this was a cool cache.
I had the chance to take someone else here soon afterwards and I got the play with the real tools (how did I miss that !!!!). So done this one twice now. Loved the idea and the ingenuity. Hope this one stays.
A fav point for sure.
