Building is being demolished as I write this. No entry to site. Fenced. I imagine the entire building will be gone by tomorrow.
Found on a bleak and cold Saturday afternoon with StreetWalker on an expedition to clean up around Tai Tapu.
Not sure what happened to the tin but we found a log book so it's now got 2 more signatures! TFTC.

found that quick and easy.... still no vontainer, only logbook. maybe thats the purpose??

Decided a day out caching was needed, so arranged to head out with Survey Base. Survey Base had found this cache previously, but we couldn't find the cache in it's intended location, however, after about a 10 minute search, we did find the logbook rolled up nearby. Returned where we found it. No sign of the container. Thanks for the cache.
Civil defence building has playground, won't be in there for fear of child finding it
A Playcentre yeah - that is one amazing organisation that has created such incredible cultural capital in this country ( research based), including Prime Ministers, and what it does for families and children is very under valued and funded. TFTC #7395

Quick find again as others have said no magnet left. Also logs were full and out of container wet and covered in mud, Son replaced cache as found. TFTC
The magnetic bit lead us astray, no magnets required now. Dropped off TB, signed & sealed. 
Really confused looking for a metal box, after reading previous logs now understand why! Didn't find the keys tho! Ty
took us a while, we were on the wrong idea where it may be but got there in the end TFTC

Like others found the key before finding the cache. Whoops! Finally got to the right place. TFTC
Quick find though must have been a replacement cache along the way as not metal. Did find the spare keys to the hall which were not as well hidden as the cache lol

Many visits but never muggle free, today a quick find in a small window of NO MUGGLERS TFTC
While looking for the cache we actually found a key!! Probably for the hous.. Hided it where it was. TFTC!

Great catch went back 5 times until it was not busy it is not a metal box it is a sandwich box in a bush
Read last two logs and spent about a minute looking and decided to flag it as i am not sure if it had been checked since being dropped down pipe. Will keep an eye on it.
Found it but accidentally knocked it when putting it back and fell down pipe. So sorry will need replacing my daughter and i feeling really bad about this.
Out on a Sunday morning walk. Lots of bicyclists going past but cache area is quiet.

I, too, found the "hidden" keys. Doesn't seem like something their insurance company would be too keen on!
Soon after I actually took the time to read the cache description properly and had the cache log signed. (Nosynel, have a look at the second to last line of the Geocache description. It'll help more than the clue as the coords are pretty good).

I keep finding the keys but not the cache. I have had a wee look through the logs and try again. The hall seems to be busy all the time.
Found it eventually. The hint put us off a bit as we were thinking of something different and wasted a long time looking in the wrong place. Signed log. Thanks for the cache.

Already had my cache for the day, but when mum suggested going out caching again since she was up here visiting for a few days, I didn't mind! As long as it was outside the edge of chch city, then the streak could still be continued! I mean, I was pretty keen to be able to find a few more for the day too!
Another quick find this afternoon. No troubles here. There was some people in the building though, and I think they may have spotted us, but they were no longer looking when I grabbed the cache, neither were we in view then. Might have looked dodgy, but I think they were too busy moving furniture or whatever arather it was that was going on in that building.
