This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 30 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

I think this may be gone after all. We searched about but stopped after seeing the others comments on this one. Hopefully we shall find out once lockdown is over!
ah, checking on a cache to see if it is still there,
can I convince the police it is urgent and essential work during the lockdown?
However, once (and if ever) this is over, I will see when I can get there,

Dropped by at lunch time, but couldn't find it any of the promising places I looked.
Approached the cache from north, which meant we had to park the park some 250 metres away. Lots of people out and about, but nobody noticed when we dropped off the walking path into where the cache was hidden. Extracted it, signed and replaced the log, and then headed home for the day.
Grateful for an easy find in this relentless rain. I didn’t know any of this existed. Thanks for bringing to a new place. TFTC!
A quick walk up find. Love how the new cache is attached to the old cache. SL TFTC
This is about the third time I've come to look for this cache - but there are always loads of people (and doggies) around - I will have to come one evening maybe when it is quieter!
TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.
Nice quick find after a play at the dog park. The puppies love this park. . TFTC
Found it! After a few attempts when there’s been high traffic. Seemed easier this time 18 moths later
Waited for a window and swooped in. Not too busy today.
No bloody pen so left a white stone to mark my visit.

Almost the last one of the day, quick find after checking the hint. Watch out for the landmine dropped by a muggle's hound.

I went to the dog park to have a coffee with Mrs Swampcreature and to let the Swamp Mutt run around with the other dogs. I didn't have the GPS with me but I was able to pinpoint the location from the satellite image. A quick look in a likely hiding place and I soon had CIH.
Not so sure about the clue, spotted with aid of the added cache support. Thanks to both the co and his helper.
Today we headed over to Leichhardt and Annandale, taking advantage of the cheap Sunday $2.70 per head capped Opal Card fares, to visit the two new caches that had appeared after our visit to the area last Sunday (Doh!). Also planned to visit the Whites Creek Wetlands for the Earthcache, and some Traditionals that we were to pass along the way. Utilised Bus/Train/Tram on the way over, and Tram/Train/Ferry/Bus for the return journey back to home. This was the 1st of 7 finds for the day.
After taking a 280 Bus to Chatswood, and then a Train to Central Railway Station, we jumped on a Tram to Leichhardt North Tram Stop and then walked up Elswick Street North to the new Traditional cache located at the end of that street. Unfortunately there was a family of muggles washing their boat right at GZ, and they didn’t look like they would be finished any time soon, so we headed down to the Hawthorne Canal for this one. Meandered our way through large numbers of pooches & owners, where there appeared to be some sort of organised doggy event happening, and past the K9 cafe and over to a familiar GZ for a fresh look.
It’s been near on 18 months since we DNFed this one, and we weren’t too keen on returning after the smelly mess we found ourselves in last time, but amazingly there was no such unpleasantness at GZ today. The area was quite clean and we were also pleasantly surprised to put our hands on the cache in the very first place we checked, which was also the first place we had looked on the previous visit. Hmm, it definitely wasn’t there last time and the container has clearly been replaced (brand new tape), but the old container is taped to it so who knows. Anyway all good today with CIH and log signed, and we all walked away with clean shoes this time . TFTC Steptoe.

Easy find and a great place to have lunch and a cup of iced coffee on a very hot day. TFTC
While in the area for a parkrun, I was able to pick up a few nice caches. Pretty warm already this early in the morning!

Since November 5th I study Englisch at ILSC for 1 month. After the school I walked around and was searching some caches. Here was the box obviously gone. I replaced it. Now the game goes on here.

Back in Down Under for the next edition of SuCos Great Australian Roadtrip!
Heading from Sydney to Brisbane in a HippieCamper, what a great fun...
Arrived in SYD today and made a short tour around our appartment in Leichhardt, really a nice area.
After having found this one, we got a coffee nearby, a nice place even without a dog. TFTC

Found ‘TDK landmarks #1- Callan Park Bridge’ (GC58EPK) with morry9.
Today, I teamed up with morry9, to hunt for more Hidden Creatures (and caches), as we fast approach the remaining days of the geocaching June / July 2018 promotion.
I needed another nine cache finds to complete the challenge and capture the illusive World Turtle (digital souvenir). Looking at my map, the Lilyfield and Leichhardt area had a decent concentration of unfound caches, so I invited morry9 to join me for the afternoon.
We started at ’TDK landmarks #1- Callan Park Bridge’ (GC58EPK), which we previously had to abandon after the security guard came over to see what we were up to one night. A quick Phone A Friend was required with the amount of muggles around and the compass bouncing around the place, but we soon had the Cache In Hand.
‘Blondie’ (GC7HK90) proved to be a quick find in between the groundskeepers passing by while on duty.
A short walk down to the Bay Run and a quick find at ’I’m not pulleying your leg - #1 The Bay Run Series’ (GC7G1RT). It is very cutely hidden, but I made sure to put it back with a little more protection than when we found it.
I played a season of footy down at Leichhardt Park a number of years back, before the ’Leichhardt Park Cache.’ (GC5R6ZG) was there. A nice quick find but do not think it is overly secure. Hopefully it sticks around.
Lots of trash to pick up around ’The End Of Norton Street’ (GC7HZM4) site. I picked up as much rubbish as I could, while we grabbed the cache. The CITO Crusaders strike again!
’Pioneers Memorial Park’ (GC701RC) is a lovely park to visit and a nicely constructed cache to find. We did not need the spoilers in the previous logs but it was certainly well hidden.
We were both confused by ’The Bebe Ammo Can - Leichhardt’ (GC7JTR5). This is not an ammo can!? Made a quick find here while taking a short rest along Norton Street.
Lots of passing puppies and their muggle owners meant we had to wait a little before pouncing on ’Barking Mad’ (GC3RCP4).
With the actual bridge closed and needing to be on the other side, we made a straight forward find once we found at way over to ’Hawthorne Parade Troll @ Haberfield’ (GC3TZK2).
It was a fun afternoon out and about in the beautiful winter sunshine. Definitely a good excuse to venture out in the depths of the inviting urban forest, that is Sydney at this time of year.
Thanks For The Caches to the respective Cache Owners.

TFTC, nice area. Needs maintenance. Log replacement, tin also missing lid. Found with hashtag501
Finally got the wee bugger!! Have tried a few times unsuccessfully in the past when vegetation was much thicker and muggles hounds were prevalent. This time was much easier. Cache is in grim condition. TFTC #647
We decided to do a bit of caching and take the pups to the dog park today. Puppies had a good run and we got a few caches. The cache was quickly found, logged and replaced. Thanks!
Out caching with Deep_99 to keep both our streaks going. Deep found this one quickly. Wished I had brought the geodogs with me. SL #3621 on streak day #2177 TFTC
Found with Ris768 on an evening cache trip, thanks Steptoe for pacing this cache

3rd cache of the day. Rained so much earlier today so I did not think we would get any. TFTC
Quick and easy find, took us about 10 mins. However, in those 10 mins, someone locked the boomgate. With no number to call or other obvious exit, we used a car jack, some rope, and a little engine power to move one of the adjacent rocks enough for the car to get through. It turned into one of our more adventurous caches TFTC!
A lovely day today on a quick walk out in Leichhardt. A few little dogs about playing in the sunshine. A quick find once at GZ. Tftc
Lots of cute doggos around but thankfully none near GZ. ReverseG made the find while I did signing duties. Replaced and continued to our next cache.
We definitely heard the barking, but the only thing mad here is the heat. The sun decided to bear down on us with this one, but we powered through and eventually found a position where I had direct view of the cache for retrieval. We got the signing sorted, and found ourselves heading out to continue our walk up the greenway.
Found with Foreignnebula!

After a long sear a long time ago I could not find it. Today after a short search with TaurusSix the cache was found.
Bringing geodog Zelda over this way to have a run in the doggie park, we made our way to GZ. Hmm? A bit of a mess, but the obvious geotrail meant I was in the right place. Checked a few options until I spied it and had CIH. Sihned, repalced then headed to the cafe for a coffee a=for me and a cool drink of water for Zelda. Nice park, with lots of friendly 4-legged buddies. A pity the GZ is a bit of a mess. TFTC
A quick stop off on my way to a mates birthday.
Took a little while to spot it but I was mercifully out of the sightline of any muggles whilst searching.
Tftc.

Found on the 20th May 2016 with frazel. So we wound up here again today wondering why i didnt have this but they did. Walked in and realised hmmm i did actually get this. Must have been distracted with the puppies. Well theres another day they have to try and get me out of a dog park. Lol tftc
Today we headed over to Leichhardt, taking advantage of the cheap Sunday $2.50 per head capped Opal Card fares, to take a walk along the Hawthorne Canal and hopefully collect some of the caches located along the route. Unfortunately the Tram (Light Rail) was out of action today so, after catching a train to Central Station, we had to catch a "rail replacement" bus to the Leichhardt North Tramstop where we were to start our walk.
No luck for us at this one today. Looked for a while, as per the hint, but came away with nothing but stinking dog faeces on our shoes. Not a very pleasant place I'm afraid, so we are unlikely to return for another visit.

After a few passing dog walkers Missmorty took on the spider that was guarding the cache. TFTC.
This was a find for missmorty who was brave enough to negotiate behind the large spider guarding the cache. I believe she has a photo attached to her log. TFTC
