To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow. ~ Audrey HepburnI wonder what GZ would have looked like 12 years ago when this cache was first hidden. What once must have been small plants have crept sky high. Star Jasmine not quite in bloom yet, although buds are starting to form - the perfume must be insane when the flowers are out. This was a surprisingly long find as there are lots of potential hidey places. Even scrolling the logs and reaching out to a PAF kinda helped but still couldnt find it. Had all 3 boys with me and while I searched they were whacking their heads with empty water bottles and having a bit of fun in the background. I almost wanted to whack my head with a bottle too in frustration! So close to calling it quits, when gotcha! TFTC.
For our regular Sunday public transport caching adventures, and in an attempt to avoid the Sydney Marathon mayhem in the city, today we headed out to Stanhope Gardens in Sydneys North West for a few Traditional caches located within the suburb. Caught a 280 bus to Chatswood and a Metro train to Kellyville Metro Station, where we then walked over the Old Windsor Road pedestrian overpass bridge to reach Stanhope Gardens. After a few hours strolling the suburbs streets & parks for the caches, with a stop-off at Reserve 620 (park) to enjoy our pre-packed picnic lunch, it was back to Kellyville Metro Station to catch a Metro train back to Chatswood, then a 280 bus back to home. This was the 3rd of 4 finds for the day. This one in Reserve 620 (park) was next, and it took much longer than expected to find. Spent a good twenty minutes searching amongst the Star Jasmine, before temporally giving up the search and heading over to one of the nearby picnic tables & seats to enjoy our pre-packed picnic lunch with piping hot tea from our new Thermos.Feeling refreshed after lunch we returned to GZ to recommence the search, and amazingly the family's chief puzzle solver had CIH within a minute or so of arrival. We were all sure we had checked in that spot previously, but obviously not well enough! TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC thereimer.Find #7069
Nice camo, some previous logs say that the hint is not accurate but it was correct for where we found it today. TFTC!
Took longer then it should have as what look at the wrong one. Once moved made a very quick find. TFTC
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU.
Cache was nowhere to be seen, spent 30 minutes and was nothing, should not be rated 1.5, rather, 5
Got the clues from finders, got poked in the eye by jasmine, got scratches & bloody arm didnt get hint (??), didnt get cache. Suspect theres been a lot more growth since it was initially placed.35 mins looking is enough. Well hidden.
Out for a bike ride picking up local caches this afternoon. When I first approached I was confused where this could even be hidden. But as started investigating viable location began to present themselves. The cleverly hidden cache was found after a few laps. Tftc
The clues and descriptions were very miss leading, don’t be afraid to dig around a little
Found with EH on our way to the CITO. We were focussed on one spot as the GPS was down to 2m. Then EH found it a little further away. There was no logbook inside, but luckily I had a spare from the SA event held earlier in the day. Replaced and then on our way. TFTC
Had the right idea, just took a few minutes to get CIH. Blends in well. OCW Brewmaker before attending the nearby Peel Reserve CITO. TFTC thereimer
There was a lovely lady doing laps around the park. I didn't quite feel brave enough to start feeling around the vines knowing she was there so I sat in the shade next the cache and read a book for a bit. Will try again another day
Vines are overgrown every where and sadly couldn’t find it. We looked for a while but it just became too much to find after rummaging through the bush. High muggle activity
caching in the area with GeoIan before a nearby cito, a short walk for a quick find. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Mighty Minions found the right one before i did, and soon had cache in hand. The Jasmine round home is flowering, but i note this one is not as yet. TFTC.
This was an awesome find went with the fam TFTC. Brilliant camo. Did have to hunt around a bit. I get the name of cache now thanks to my botanist wife
Find #: 2,907
Companions: None
Muggles: None
Weather: Pleasant spring morning
Cache condition: Good
I was on my way to the nearby parkrun and decided to find this enroute. I quickly determined the hiding location, but started looking at the wrong altitude so it took a bit longer than I expected (TNLNSL) hence it was a bit of a mad dash to the start of the run. TFTC

I was out on a day of bike riding and picking up some caches for the Signal's Labyrinth promotion.
A great little park here. It took me a few minutes to discover which "middle" I needed. Nice matching paint job on this one.
Thanks for the geo-fun.

Really clever hide took us a wile and the vines are very overgrown but after a long time we found it great camouflage and log well maintained and a giant gray spider was haunting us but eventually we found it and my mum stuck her hand in there to get it
No luck today, though it would be a breeze after seeing a photo of it but still no luck
Pretty sure I know exactly what I’m looking for but going slightly mad trying to find it and don’t want to disturb the plants any more. I would say this probably would have been easier a few years ago, but plenty of people have found it recently enough
It may be camouflaged but that doesn’t mean i haven’t come away with leaves and who knows what else in my hair! Thanks for the fun find!
Yay!! Second find for the day. Its near The Green Lantern! We looked at the picture to know what it looks like..
This one was tricky for us! We had to read all the other comments and eventually found it on one of the poles
Out with morty8888 for some more caching; today around The Ponds in the rain.
Using the hint we had a quick find here.

A rainy day for caching but that didn't stop Oldmorty and I heading to the Nth West for some GPS searching. We knew where to look and quickly found half the cache. After retrieving the other half on the ground, Oldmorty added a new log and we replaced ready for the next. TFTC!
Coords had me initially looking in wrong spot, quick find when i switched search to close by similar potential hiding place.
Thanks for maintaining the cache

This Sunday afternoon I decided to visit the area of Stanhope Gardens and Kings Langley to convert some of the green dots into yellow smileys on my cache map.
The second pole was successful and I had CIH.

Reasonably easy hide, help from the comments helped. Didn’t have a pen so didn’t sign log

Been here before near the beginning of my caching experience for no idea what I was looking for. Today it was a straightforward find in pretty much the first place I looked
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache thereimer

Cache Log:
After a whole bunch of DNF's, we decided to come over this way to find some caches. We picked this area because there were 4 caches all within close proximity to each other so, if we did DNF, we didn't have to travel far to the next one. In the end, it was 4 relatively easy finds.
This was the first we went to in the area and it didn't disappoint.
I can see that this cache has been here for a while. Since before we were Geocachers actually and I can only imagine how the whole thing has changed in that time.
It's great to be able to make finds like this that seem to have stood the test of time.
We started searching, knowing early on what the cache would look like and where, roughly, it would be located but not on which one so we went from sculpture to sculpture ducking and weaving, reaching and grabbing and eventually, it was in the place that made the most sense based on the fact that it looked like, yeah, of course it's there, everyone has been looking there.
The cache was in great condition and we replaced it exactly as found.
Thank you thereimer for placing this amazing cache.
