I would like to replace this cache in the same location but the cache had been removed by an unknown person.
It is a shame to see it go after 10 years.

Doing a cache check today. There was no cache in the position. The container and contents were missing.. i will have a look around the area. It will take me some time to replace it. Thanks to all previous finders for looking after it so well.
WTPC and I have been on this walk before when we were muggles only to find it again when we're in the know.
Lovely bushwalk to the location. If you pass the abandoned car you are set on your way
After all the rain I thought I had better check the cache. All was in good condition and dry.
Travel bug still in the cache. I did not take it but left it there for another finder.
Thanks to all finders over the years for looking after it so well.

Cache check today and all was good. The log book has been there for years so I thought I would add a new log book. It was raining and I had to sit under the rock shelter to keep things dry. I added a new laminated “instructions to finder”. A few people have found this one by accident and some have joined Geocaching after reading the instructions.
We found it! It was in a great hiding spot so don’t give up and keep looking! Our first one! The kids enjoyed it! Never knew there was walks right here.
We stumbled upon a container and read, Geocaching! That was the first geocache we have ever found! It’s what got us into geocaching
Found today for a second time with the family.
Cache in great condition. Saw an echidna nearby.
Left a multi tool key ring and a trackable TB7PJRN

Easy to find if you are willing to go the rocky path. Making a kid happy to get out and adventure
Wow! Yet again we are blown away by what awesomeness is right on our doorstep! Thank you for bringing us to a new found beauty
An easy find if you are prepared to make an extra effort to get down low.

There is a cache god. After three fails, needing a pair today, i get 1 from 4 in this area.. Nice hide, if not a little scary, with the amount of leaf litter, and hidey holes. TFTC.
Found with shaneo58 doing some around the central Coast/Strickland National Park, coming down from Newcastle/Lake Macquarie in the morning, getting up in the low 20's deg later in the day. Nice quick find for this one unlike the flying high series that we came past to get here. This is the 10th cache of 12 for today. Log signed and caches replaced as found. Thanks For The Cache bushgold seeker

There have been 4 finds so far this month so I thought I should check that all was ok and dry. Cache was in good condition. Thanks to previous finders for looking after and replacing it in correct position. I am sitting on a rock near to the cache site on my iPad.
What a great spot. TFTC and bringing me to this area. Found by GeoJess with Taylapearce3. TFTC !
1st time geocaching today with a mate. Found this and enjoyed the nice walk. Looking forward to finding more.
Great spot, loved the walk with @ccarpy. We've been to the airstrip many times but never explored this little area. TFTC!
After a DNF a few days ago I took a walk to check the cache to see if all was ok. The cache was in the correct position and all was in good order.
Came out for the “Flying High” series and only found one. No luck with this one today
#5923 (4 of 6 today)
The Geowife was scheduled to attend a presentation on theCe trail Coast today and asked me if I wanted to drive her up and then find some caches. Well, I don’t have to be asked twice!
I was hoping for about 10 finds, but three long searches - two being DNFs - put paid to that. Ended up with six, but one was avenging a previous DNF.
And I ended up back in Sydney early enough I could make it to the Waratah’s game at the SCG that night. And they beat Queensland!
Good day.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Third quick and easy find in a row. Now I’m motoring!
Interesting spot as well.
Completed signing duties and replaced. Then headed back to *The Hademobile*.

Well I was pretty tired after a big week after a big weekend and when i got to the parking area for this cache and saw that it was a bit of a walk, i very nearly went to another cache but instead i put on my bgp's and set of. there was only 1 muggle and his dog around and no planes today. when i got to GZ the hint puzzled me at first i was taking it to literally but then i realised the only place the cache could be and it was a quick find. thanks for the cache and bringing me here bushgold seeker, i am glad i sucked it up and did the walk. tnln sl
Found cache seen lots of car parts we went of to look for this one because we had trouble finding airplane 1
The cache actually was on the ground, very exposed to muggles/elements, so i moved it up a bit but there didn't seem to be a logical spot for it... tftc
Walking my two border collies, they took me off the main sandy path down through some big rocks. I was looking for aboriginal carvings (there are several in this area) and spotted the geocache.
I found this geocache as I was walking and exploring the bush I found this under a small rock ledge great hiding spot I have walked past it many times and never spotted it great work
Was in the area today and decided to run down the runway and grab this one. A quick find. Met a black snake on a cache nearby. TTNLN TFTC
Cache check. All dry and good. There is a small hole in the container, I will replace it as soon as I can get back here. Thanks to all the finders.
This was our first find in a while, thought we would make the most of a quite day on such a beautiful day.
Loved this hiding spot! TFTC

We're over on holiday from Singapore staying just down the road with my uncle and aunt, and their two dogs who they often walk at the airfield. The little Cracklings were delighted with the location and we all had a great time exploring and climbing the rocks. Fascinating place. We'd never have known it was there without geocaching. TFTC!
