We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this 2/1.5 out! We could be wrong but we're a tipp'n it's a miss'n.
Did however find a possible throwdown in the bark of the large tree and a short star picket with lots of pull ties attached up against the wire fence.
Later in the day we spoke with a previous finder, who told us how the cache was originally set up, which confirmd our thoughts this one is missing.
Se it's now been archived - logging for our records.
Thanks anyway to mr_roo for bringing us to this location.

A DNF for baby&Mrs gopher. We went to this with family who had made the find about 12 months past. The structure was nowhere in sight. Think we found the cache container near the fence and placed it back in some bark about 400mm above the ground. A pity that it looks like it's been muggled as the family spoke of the fun of their find.
Phoned a friend still came up with nothing think co need to look at this one
Thanks mr roo

Definitely no pop for me today. I spent a good 20 mins searching for this one but came up empty. There's still plenty of long grass around, flattened in places by previous cachers no doubt. My socks effectively harvested the last of the summer's grass seeds, but in the end I had to admit defeat and turn tail back to the car. I might return if I see other cachers are still finding this one. Thanks anyway Mr roo.
Found and signed around lunchtime . Started new log sheet .
Many thanks for the hide.
Many thanks for the hide.
Container was looking a bit sorry for itself and log was too damp to sign. After the overnight rain the ground was soft enough for some replacement work in, hopefully, the designated spot.
Not sure if something is missing as this doesn't warrant the number of favourites. Think CO should check as would have liked to see how it is supposed to be
This one appears to be in disarray - common sense says that it's not where it should be (even though it is there), and as previous finders have commented, is also damaged, in need of some minor repairs and a new log.
Mr Roo, I'm happy to provide more spoiler-y descriptions of what we found via PM if you would like.

Out and about with brad5yen and as brad5yen noted it was all a bit confusing. What we found wouldn't rate all the favourite points, so we could only assume something has gone wrong with the cache location. We left it as we found it as there was no obvious indication as to what it should have been.
I hope it's replaced back where it earned all the favourite points.

Found this on a quick 3-stop caching diversion today with PuzzledJ's, on his Xmas trip from Adelaide. We circled around a strange, unnatural feature of the area a couple of times before PJ laid hand on the cache. We suspect that something has gone awry with this one - the nature of the hide didn't appear to warrant the high number of favourite points, and the cache itself is damaged. It's still salvageable though. Thanks for placing it - hopefully it gets repaired in time for the next lucky finder.

Found this morning while wending my way down the thin black line heading down South through Goulburn, Yass and Canberra with the aim to pick up a few caches along the way. Thanks to all involved for the adventure
Thanks for the great cache mr_roo(8D)

Went out for a 5 hour bike ride today with the dad, nice sunny day for the bikes, and lots of geocaches along the way!
This was number 7 out of 17 for the day. Clever little hide, but the GZ seemed to be about 5m off for us. TFTC!

Visiting Gold Creek today and went looking for the odd cache. A park and grab with an unusual twist. I was going to sing the song but geo wife forbade me . Signed the log and sneaked back to the car. TFTC mr roo.
I had initially put this onto the maybe list when I first started reading it bwhilst planning our caching adventure around Darwin, but I read a bit more and saw the number of fav points and went well it looks like everyone thinks its worth it so lets give it a go. We parked across the highway and ran across to GZ. We had a bit of trouble finding it as nothing looked like a cache. Then, I found one part here, one part there, a small container, a log sheet.....looks like the cache has been destroyed. We looked at previous logs and noticed the names on the log sheet, so we logged, but CO will need to come and repair this one - which did try and set it back up as best we could.
This one was recommended to me as on of the best caches in Canberra.
Parked as the designated coordinates and made our way to the GZ. Cache had been muggled, or otherwise broken. Possibly due to the refrigerator nearby. After signing the log, we put it back together as best we could.

This one looks like it has been destroyed, as we found all the bits and pieces all over the place, including the log sheet. We hunted around and got as many parts as we could find and try to reconstruct and put together the best we could. Put the log sheet into a new bag to protect it, but will need CO to come and fix it all up and possibly bring all the tools of the trade as well.
Cool
We firstly drove right past it, but then when we seen the favourite points we thought we better double back - glad we did.
Crossed the road and soon we were confronted with a rather strange object... after reading the cache description & hint we soon knew what to do, a well constructed cache, we can now see why it's a favourite to so many !!
The 'container' is starting to break up a little & the log is full, but we placed paper in as a temp fix.
TFTC & a favourite point from us also !

Great day out for caching with Everlasting & skyejam - enjoyed this area. Thanks for bringing us here ★★★
Accompany with sevabo and skyejam. we enjoyed travel from canberra to yass . found and signed the log. thanks for the organisation the cache and hunt. ☆★☆★☆
This morning sevabo, Everlasting & myself left Canberra and was on the way to Yass but the first stop was here for this cache. It was easy and quick find. I thought someone was stuck in refrigerator but nah oh phew ha! TFTH.
Last one for our last night in Canberra, good idea just needs a better anchor and it would work every time, tftc and your style.
What a top cache!!! It was easy to find, but took a bit of fiddling to get the cache out, until I thought about the clues. I'm going to use one of my favorites on this one!!! Hand made, too!! TFTC.
The day started well - I'm ready to go caching, my total so far is 620 out of my target of 1000 by 20 Sept - my first anniversary. It's a nice day. My mate Knightech is down the coast with his family, so with my trusty and eager GeoSchnauzers, I'm off for an arvo's caching after doing my housework for the long weekend. I'm off to the northside to build up my numbers. This cache has, I hope, set me up for a great day's caching!! No 621 found, and the GeoSchnauzers enjoyed the walk, and barking at a flock of Politician Parrots (Galahs, to you).

Nice idea. Some of the ties were loose and had slid off so I did a bit of tightening. TFTC.
[center]7765. [green]Well I had been advised of an issue with this cache so headed over to see what the go was. Well no need to worry as action has been taken apparently by all parties. A good idea for a cache and certainly fun and I hope it's back soon for others to enjoy - wherever or however that may be.
Thanks for the cache [blue]mr_roo[/blue] and the ratter.[/green][/center]

Despite this being a great cache, the method of attachment to the host tree sets a bad precedent and contravenes guidelines 4 and 5. Polite requests from myself and another finder to have the cache moved to a dead tree have gone unactioned by the cache owner and over 1 month has passed.
This has been removed from the tree and will be hammered into a pole next to the tree tomorrow having every effort to change it give me a week.
This one certainly popped my sense of humour. Well worth a laugh and a vote. TFTC.
Grabbing some caches with the visiting "PAWZ as you please". Quick grab. Awesome container! Signed log: TNGD. TFTC!
Found at 1:13:00 PM.
I was nearby and noticed this traditional in my GPS and since it has to either be T2.5 or 10+ favourite points to make it in I decided to stop. A great idea well constructed, but the nature of the attachment lets it down. It would have been better if you had found a dead tree.
Thanks mr_roo.

I wanted to find our where all those favorite points were going... And it looks like another one will have to stay here;-) It was a quick find (although as I approached, I thought it was the largest cache if ever seen!)
Retrieving wa the best part though! Thanks mr_roo... I've really enjoyed your caches on this trip!

One of the funkiest caches I've had the pleasure of finding, although I almost didn't. I walked past it three times; despite logic telling me where it was I followed the gps which was all over the place. TFTC!
Got up early this morning to head to the local markets so we decided to grab this one before the highway gets too busy. A clever cache the kids loved it…they all had to have a go. TFTC
Reperio at 0625.
I arrived in the ACT a couple of nights ago ahead of the upcoming 10 year earthcache event at Wasp Head today, and with a little time on my hands before I needed to head down there, I got up early to find a few more local caches. Take didn't take too long to find...and have seen a few of this sort pop up recently...but was a bit disappointed to see it was screwed into a living tree. Have spoken to the owner who has assured me he will change it. Nice work with the cache container.
Gratias mr roo.

The first cache of the day while heading out to Gundaroo for the day. We parked about 160 meters from the cache and I made the dash across to grab the find. On approach, it was obvious that there was a very large white thing at GZ. It was a frige and whoever dumped it must have seen the hide as the fridge was only a meter from GZ. Performed the obvious duties, log signed and cache replaced. TFTC mr_roo!
Off for a day out around Yass with Sol de Lune. Sol was generous enough to wait patiently while Winglen did any easy ones that he'd already found, and this was the first. What a bit of fun! Thanks Mr Roo - I don't hand out many favourite points but this deserves one.
met up with Liv81 and geokiddie on the way home to grab this on the way home....cute hide and concept....kiddies had a few goes...!! TFTC

Love the cache.
Must confess to singing the song while retrieving this one.

Ha ha. well that was funny. As I walked up I spotted an old fridge that had been dumped at the gz. Thinking this was going to produce a jackin the box from one of the doors I carefully opened each one in anticipation. What no jumping jack?
well thats when I turned around and spotted what I should have been looking for.
Top cache Mr roo.

Definitely worth copying. The log container is split, another fav' point from me.
Forgot a pen (doh!), photo attached as proof! Had to drag the kids away from this one, they liked it so much...
A very fun cache. But not sure if this had additional camo that has been destroyed as it was clear as day to us. Looks like this site has become a dumping ground for muggles-someone's left an old freezer. TFTC clever idea.
Oh my god the is the best GC love this cache took a pull and pot out it came. Thanks for the cache
Such fun on a cloudy drizzly day! Was a bit worried that the weasel would not show himself but like others a bit of assistance from a local tool and he was working just fine. So much so we had a few goes!! Boy this weasel flies a long way. Pity about nearby dumping
Awesome concept Mr Roo!! Fav point added!!!!

# 6732 Found on a nice Spring day for a drive around the area.
The rain has gone and it's just perfect weather for caching.
No muggles around here today and another quick find, but a slower retrieval.
It didn't want to show itself at first, so I had to adjust it to help it out, then it was all ok.
Thanks for the cache mr_roo, very well done,
Roostaman.

Found this the other day on a midweek family run and I've been so busy I only just got a chance to log. Nice easy find, but at first I wasn't sure that the cache was broken as I couldn't retrieve the log. I was so disappointed. Then I realised it was a bit more than just a gentle pull and more of a tug, pause, position and release that was needed. What a cool cache container, gets a favourite point from us.
Cache #1 for today.
I needed the daily cache and this one could be done on the way home after dropping my sister off. Nice easy find and a cool idea... there was a fridge at the GZ that was interesting.

What a great cache. Needed a cache to keep our cache-a-day for August and this was our choice for today. We spotted the cache fairly quickly and was soon attempting to pop the weasel, unsuccessfully. So we primed the weasel with a local tool and popped went the weasel; however M missed the catch so is out of Ashes selection. Pity about the fridge that has been dumped near the cache - some people need educating. A favourite from us Mr Roo. Thank you.

...and pop goes the weasel! What a fun cache that was!
I know one cacher who would avoid this one though!
TFTC mr_roo and a fav point from me!

First for the day and a favourite from me.
Finding the cache was easy and the cache itself is fun. Had to have a few goes but with the correct technique the log came flying out. Quite spectacularly too!

#657 - 10:45; Picked this one up this morning as the weather was fine and a cache to start the day was in order. Was a little concerned give the needs maintenance logs, but seemed to work fine for me, the log was obtained (after a couple of practice shots, the first of which saw the top fly out!) and signed. A nifty cache and a favourite from me . TFTC mr roo
