Am now logging our visit, it is now nearly 2 weeks ago but we have had a few others to log, and we will be logging for quite some time yet...
A Fave point worthy hide, one we chose an interesting parking spot for this one.

I quickly spotted a log and gave it a thorough check over. No luck. Coordinates were not the best so I explored a bit more and found another log. Again, no luck. Couldn't see anything else so started to wander back to the car. Darn it, I've travelled a bit today so I decided to give it one more go and ignore any likely looking spots until I'm actually at GZ. Here I did find something wooden and historic but no cache. Started to head out and I spotted something that needed investigating and a cache turned up. Thanks.
On our way to Ranfurly for the day and the PigRoute was seemingly shut (turns out it was actually re-opened!) Heading up the hill towards the mine should have been lovely but the fog put a damper on that. Such a great container this cache was in! Tftc
Kia pai to koutou Wiki o Te Reo Māori. I piki au i tētahi atu puke. Heoi anō, i kitea te mea e KR. Tino kaha te hau. Kei te whakaharuru a Tāwhiri-mātea. Hei konā
A nice quick find on the detour up the hill.. Thanks for placing your cache.
Time for another road trip for Ms_KR and KR, so we headed south toward Otago. We cruised through from Oamaru to Ranfurly today, but had to take a detour as the road from Dunback to Kyeburn was closed. There were more caches on the detour, so no problem! Another glorious day.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Quicky found a spot to park on side of road.. lots of traffic twas knockoff time for the mine workers maybe. Well made cache Fave-ing it ️ tftc
License the cache. Sometime gone into this one. Traveling the lovely south for a few months. TFTC
2020 hasn't been the best year for geocaching for a number of reasons so we decided a road trip from Dunedin was in order.
Caching our way from Palmerston, through Macraes and back to Mosgiel via Middlemarch.
Lovely little hide this one.

A planned geocaching trip with specific targets in mind.
1: The final 2 caches to fill my D/T grid
2: The last 5 caches available (all in the South Island) to meet the NZ Jasmer challenge GC4R9Z6
3: Get as many caches as possible in a day (Solo)
I had no timetable and only a vague route (Christchurch - Dunedin- Invercargill). So after 20 days of sleeping in my tent/car I arrived home having traveled 4500km and visited some interesting places. Met some great people. I had found over 650 caches. That was a lot of park. Jump out out. Find cache sign and return. Then on to the next. All this done by myself. Also attended an event and had 2 FTF
Mission 1 and 2 were achieved and I had a best day of 153 caches. All this done by myself.
Day 8 Rakiaia to Middlemarch 18 caches found include one of the target caches. After parking well off the road I soon had the well camoed cache. Well done. Thank you for the placement.

Out with Natalie247 clearing a few in the area. Shame that others use this area for a toilet. Watch your step. Natalie soon had the cache in hand. Great cache. TFTC jamien
Found with our 2 and 5 y.o. good excuse for a stop. Great camo. Thanks!
A quick park and grab while out about grabbing a few caches up this way. Time to clear out this area. Easy find on to the next one TFTC
Nice hide
Phone didn’t like gps coords before a quickish search. Found, stamped, and on the way.

Returning from Sutton Salt Lake to Oamaru we stopped for this cache. We admired the clever construction and wondered about the little black boy within. We signed the log and returned all as found. Cheers and happy caching jamien!
On our return from Sutton Salt Lake we made sure we stopped for this cache and weren't disappointed by the container. Thanks jamien.
TFTC. On a big loop road trip with kotukuSI from the Oamaru GeoFest we headed towards Macres, Middlemarch and Naseby.
Big beautiful scenery with a nice collection of caches to pickup.
Loved the cache. Perfect for the location.
A favourite point from me.
Thanks jamien for placing the cache.

Heading to the Maniototo / Strath-Taieri with purdiepurdie after the Oamaru Geo-Fest weekend, for some caching and family history.
We left Oamaru after a long lie-in; lunched in Palmerston, set off up the Pig Root and then turned off towards Macraes.
Excellent cache, many thanks jamien; well deserving of its many favourite points, to which I have added one.

Enjoying the area on a beautiful winters day.

Today our cycletour of NZ takes us from Palmerston to Middlemarch, and naturally we have to log a few caches along the way . Tftc!
This morning the decision was made to travel from Middlemarch along the taieri Range to Macraes Flat. What a lot of fantastic countryside I past through. Absolute stunning.
I had to use my phone to get the coords for this one as I didn't have the cache loaded.
Cheers for the cache.

Tftc. I love the effort some fellow cachers go to with their creations! Thanks, this was a beaut.
Found a can of petrol on the side of the road here.
+ a marble, - nothing.

Had a good look around without luck until I spotted what turned out to be the elusive cache. Did my log-in, replaced the container and was on my way. Nice one Jamien.
51 of 63 on a days caching with ingidayna. A quick easy find. Very clever cache but log very wet. TFTC
We enjoyed the day caching in this area
Tftfun
So many caches done to remember all, but got a kick out of all that we found

The girls proclaimed this to be their favourite for the day, so here you go Mr Jamien...a sparkly blue ribbon!
There was a large spiders nest where I thought the cache would be, so I very carefully moved things and was waving them around saying "its not here" and wondering why Heafudd M was laughing. Those who have found the cache will know why - and I'm not telling here. Nice one Jamie. TFTC
Out on the Suzuki. Great day for it and a few geocachers on the way. Stopped here as its off the road and could put on some more gear to keep warm. #240
Found at 3:46:00 p.m. on 06/01/2013.
A bit damp getting to the cache site though the long grass and soon had it in hand.

Found easily about 2 minutes after the Palmers I suspect. I was a lot quieter though:). Nice hide. HOTA
Batteries were dying left, right and centre. I tried to use the in-car GPSr, but it was all too hard.
Hides like this are something out of the ordinary and got me going for a minute!.
The road was busy, it must have been a change of shifts but I was well away from the road so they wouldn"t have been able to see my efforts just a strande vehicle parkedon a quiet bypass.
Snuck under the trees and had to spend a bit of time, spied an obvious object but how to get the log?.
Thanks
erninz
