Didn't get to Mega Oz or to find this one! Had a good hunt high and low but gave up when we had a muggle invasion!
Looked thoroughly to no avail. Must be very well hidden. Lots of previous DNFs. On my way to OzMega at Murray Bridge.
Pity we didn't find this one, but muggles around meant we couldn't poke around too much.
Had a quick look under torchlight on our way home after our day down in Normanville, but couldn't find the cache.
Tftc tfth staying at links golf area, for a weekend from the Riverland. Great little hide.
Went down to replace the container and found a new container already there - thanks to the replacer.
Took several tries to get this one-a very popular place today. Found a time when the area was free and the cache was quickly found. Left it a little more camouflaged. Not a lot of space in the log book. TFTC
A quick find on our brief visit to the area. The cache was a little exposed so I covered it up a bit better. The number of holiday makers in town today made me think the Mega event was this weekend!
Thanks OzFiresafe.
Thanks OzFiresafe.
Taking advantage of some student free days to spend some camping time at Normanville, which have been able to do for a while. While taking the bike out for a ride thought i would pick up a couple of quick ones.

After a nice lunch with Mrs Bazinga's grandfather who lives 'just around the corner' Mr Bazinga took the 3 kids for a walk and found this one. Apparently finding it was easy but retrieving it was a bit trickier. Took TB. TFTC
Found with my Schatzy while on the way over to see if we could catch up with anyone after the JLW event. We only managed to run into Dazzatron while in the area, so stopped off for a little lunch before soldiering on to continue our hunt. This was a quick easy find, just how we like'em
Thanks for the cache,

Heading off home after the JLW...well this is a little detour....Couldn't not do it now, could I?
Hmmmm a whole lot of muggles having a picnic. Oh well honesty is the best policy, so I was and they said...."Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh" and went on with their picnic and "I" as Seal said in The Voice, got what I came for and left!

Found as we were leaving town after the JLWE event.
Managed to do this one BFE style, as the Oregon had been left back at the club rooms, and the phone still thought it was in the Riverland, so we eliminated the choices one by one until we got the prize.

Travelling Bees came along whilst we were writing in the logbook, after a cryptic exchange we both had a nice chat.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Spening some family time together at the JLW event on the way to start another new day we started with this cache, quick find for Geodad. TFTC
Last find for the night. On the way back to the Caravan Park. Lovely old trees. TFTC
Well its the moment you walk up to a cache GZ and you see some "muggles" acting weird. Not so new cachers We met the Guinea piggies here and had a quick chat about the pleasures and excitement of caching. Nice little park to come to for a walk with geo dog. Enjoying our time here during the June Long Weekend Event FFF

June Long Weekend with brisal5 and mogni. Today we needed to put out our hides, complete as much as we could for the scavenger hunt, and attend the event dinner. We also did a few caches as we travelled around the country side completing these tasks.
Once again... Where is the sign? TFTC OzFiresafe.

At the June Long Weekend with caching pals Aussie M&M and Mogni. Out doing a scavenger hunt and looking for places to put out hides. My first JLW [8d] And of course CACHING.
Stopped and immediately looked for a sign. Nope. So looked on the structure before resorting to the GPS and then a quick find. Thanks OzFiresafe.

2nd find of day 2 of my June Long Weekend Caching Trip.
Not sure how many of the "Where Is Oz Mega" Series of cache I have done now but think I am more than halfway through them.

As we drove around the area as part of the activities for the June Long Weekend Events, this cache came onto our radar. It took a little time to track this one down as our GPS wanted to take us a little distance away from where we finally found the cache. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC OzFiresafe.
Just cruising around Normanville, I saw this cache come up so of course we had to stop and look for it. Whilst I looked in the wrong place and admired the small pool of water, labchick looked in the right place and found the cache! Cache #1,1611.
This was our 9th cache find in the caching run & we found it at 14:18
So this now makes our total find count 6773.

Found while we were attending the "Friendly Fleurieu Frolic" event.
(Please accept our apologies for the boilerplate logs.)

Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks OzFiresafe for the hunt today.

Another find as I make my way to the Friendly Fleurieu Frolic. 42nd and last for the day, my batteries have gone flat!
Arrived early for LWE. Started a little caching to get warmed up for the weekend.
Found after arriving at June LWE Event. On the way back past here I found an Alex parking illegally while changing his batteries so he could find where to go.
Found on a drive with sister and nieces. Was going to go further but started to have car problems so went back to Adelaide. Hopefully will be able to attend mega event next year with some others from Nelson New Zealand
In town for a wedding this arvo. Doing some caching while rehearsals are happening. Tftc
Found after 20 min search. My great aunty planted one of these trees when she was little with the school over 70 years ago.
Found during the long weekend event. It is amazing how you can hide something in such a public spot and have people find it without raising suspicion of the neighbours! Thanks for this cache.
just to let you know the Oz mega 2014 will be held in Murray bridge , but you nearly had me going
had to wait for muggles to look the other way

Stopped by on the way to SEMIC's birthday bash. I found the cache in good condition and appreciated the row of grand old Moreton Bay Fig trees. TFTC OzFiresafe.
Stopped in after a day out in Victor Harbor and Port Elliott (horseshoe Bay). Taking my mom around the area to see how pretty it is. We couldn't drive past this one.
Waiting for Semik's birthday party to start at lunchtime we teamed up with alansee and Maccamob and headed off to find a few local caches.
Again we seemed to leave this one too long to find as we now certainly know the answer to the question as do most geocachers in Australia. The cache was a nice easy find in a lovely little park and all our names are now in the log.
Thanks Oz-firesafe for the cache.

Found with Maccamob, and Team Crackers on what was a most pleasant cool morning after the light rain. Yes, we will all be there.

It certainly feels like a Mega down here at the moment...

Found by Mary & David, in company with Team Crackers Alansee, at 0855. Noticed these beautiful trees as we arrived yesterday evening. Managed to park either side of GZ and made a quick find. Our thanks to OzFiresafe.
Mr Tardis was on the drive back home after attending the Gonna Soakup the Sun event in Normanville. Another one down in the Where is Oz Mega series. Found in the last place I looked which wasn't the first. It helps when you get the right tree!
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache OzFiresafe.
