24 June 2024 4:00pmActually took me quite some time to find this one, and at this time of day there was a surprising amount of traffic. Cache was eventually found, signed and replaced. Nice little hide. Thanks for the cache
Hahaha took some time as we kept going near it and then walking away. Found it just in time as we were about to give up
With a couple of caches on the radar this afternoon to get me close to completing a challenge cache Im working on I headed west on an overcast day in South East Queensland.I dropped the wife off at QPAC and made my way to the parking spot and quickly arrived at ground zero. I worked my way to the caches location and soon had the log in hand. Signed and dated and returned safely for the next cacher to find. I was soon on my way to the next adventure.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found by like minded individauls.Cheers
Got to GZ and thought to myself Oh this will be impossible!. But eventually started touching things and something budged. Seen these on the internet but never seen one in real life. Nice one, thanks for the cache!Coolabah OUT!!!
In Brookfield this afternoon for an errand, and this cache wasn't too far from the route that I was driving. A nice little park, and I admired the fine houses/mansions that were scattered around. With the knowledge of a spoiler photo, it didn't take long to find the cache with that particular focus, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Nurseyjulie for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Found with the dogs (Cherry & Eevee) after dropping Elijah off at cricket for his final game of the year (at what turned out to be the wrong field). But I wasnt the only parent who got it wrong! When I dropped him there was another boy & Dad there too. Anyway, I got the call once arriving at this cache location to say I should have taken him to 61 Creekside Street, not the entrance @ Chadston Close (where we played earlier in this season). Apparently there are two cricket pitches, very close together in Kenmore Hills. And the park follows the Moggill Creek and all connects together. Anyway, thanks to Bens Dad hell get there safely while I continue to cache on the opposite side of Moggill Creek and over to Brookfield, I think Ill head. Thanks Nurseyjulie for the cache. It is VERY wet though. I may send you a message

I had a bunch of caches in the Brookfield area to collect, so popped geodoggo in the car and headed in that direction.
Arrived at gz where a bus and a young passenger were parked up. I drove around the other side so I could walk across the park, both bus and passenger had departed. This gave me plenty of opportunity to search the wrong spot (which I did) and then realised it must be the other spot (which it was). Log signed, all replaced as found.
Thanks Nurseyjulie for the cache.

Thanks Nurseyjulie for the cache.
It had Mr STW stumped but when Mrs turned up, it was quickly located.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
I had to wait out 2 buses so I went for a walk around the area while I waited. When I came back I quickly found the cache. I definitely could not have retrieved that while the buses were there. TFTC!
Quite an inconvenient spot here today as it was locked. At least it provided us with a nice quick find once at GZ. TFTC Nurseyjulie
Not so convenient With a locked gate but it provided a bit of a chuckle. Cache found safe and well. TFTC
After looking at the wrong stop initially, we tried the other obvious feature, where we quickly spotted the cache. It was not remotely convenient today, however, as it was locked up tight!

When I first got here, there was a bus parked. I checked the schedule and saw that it wasn’t due to leave for 20min so I did a couple of other caches than came back to make a quick find. Thanks for the cache
Out today with Team Tyrrell and Liz and Bruce collecting puzzle caches and anything else in the area. This was one of today’s collections; while we were mainly concentrating on the sound series of caches it was hard not to collect others as we passed by. It was a fun day with lots of laughs and joking along the way, I’d be happy to cache any day with these people.
All good with this cache, thank you to the CO for placing this one here.

Hadn’t come across this type of cache before and boy was it frustrating until we figured it out We were about to give up and had even got back in the car before we found it...!
We spent a bit of time searching around the bus stop because both our phones wanted us in the middle of nowhere. A quick read of some logs and we knew where we had to shift to for a quick find.
I know most builders and tradies enjoy a beer after work on a Friday, but it’s clear they were already on the happy juice when they built the fence at the edge of this park. It’s reminiscent of the straight line you walk in after you’ve had a skinful.
I wanted to get a photo of me jumping over it but I was fearful it could lead to an embarrassing accident. When you hear builders talk about a construction “being on the piss” it does not mean drunk but tragically unlevel (both of which apply to me). I tested the fence and went for it anyway. tftc

Out here in the drizzle to collect some puzzles solved while in iso, a few other caches on my way home.
A few meters out but still an easy find.
Thank you for this and cache N J

Came down here from Ulysses Butterfly to see if anything could be found at our 'convenience'. The title didn't lie! TFTC and thank you for a most enlightening local history lesson. Very interesting!
Out for a few caches today.
We had not done a few in this area for awhile.
Wandered in and soon had the cache in hand.
Not convenient as it is locked.
Signed the log and returned to where we found it.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Nurseyjulie All good with this cache

Quick find as we have found this sort of cache before. Found with Mrs Krispy Kreme. TFTC
Found after a bit of searching and giving up on the map which was all over the place on this one.

A quick find once the driver got back on his bus and departed. New meaning to the term "see you at your convenience". Having met this type before, no trouble retrieving it and logging. TFTDC, NurseyJulie.
As with the previous finder, I have seen my share of these. I remember my first and the elation of oh, you can have games like that! Signed log and continued. Tftc
Took me a few minutes to figure out what the convenient spot was, then found the cache okay. Tftc
Well that is a convenient spot ! Beautiful park nearby with some gorgeous trees including what looked like a weeping willow. Easy find when you've come across they types before. Tftc
Quickly found as I had one of these a couple of days ago. I thought it would be at the first place I thought but when I checked my GPS I nabbed it. Signed log and replaced as found. TFTC
We were in the area today visiting family and after a short search the cache was found. Thanks Nurseryjulie.
Got to this one and saw a big spider so we looked everywhere else first. However one guess where the cache was? Do you have to pay him very much to guard your cache this closely? Not only was there a large spider but there was a big swarm of bees around the neighbouring flowering tree as well. Luckily we found a spider removal tool nearby and moved him to a safe place while we retrieved the cache. Thanks for this wildlife adventure today and TFTC.
Hi. I came specifically for this cache as I needed it for my date hidden calendar. Found easy only because I have seen similar. TFTC.
Renaming Kenmore to Spider Central haha I did the spider dance whilst picking this one up today. Lol
Thanks for the hint NurseyJulie

Ob the way back from finding a couple of caches, we stopped by this one. I jumped out of the car with a particular spot in mind. I was wrong! I turned around and there was another spot to search. How had I not seen this as I exited the car???? A quick search revealed the cache. I added my name to the log book, rehid the cache and we were on our way again. TFTC
Out caching for the afternoon with Richmond Lad to complete a challenge. Allowing a bike riding muggle to ride away we were then able to locate this tricky hide. TFTC.
Out caching with JooJoo57 this was a quick find however it was the only one where there was a muggle close by. Waited till he rode away on his bike. Signed the log and placed cache back. TFTC
Nice quick find, happened on one of these just a couple of days ago. TFTC
I saw the name of this cache and thought, "Excellent, that's where I'm headed next." Unfortunately it wasn't at all convenient today. At least there was no-one around so I could search in peace. Seen a few of these before so I recognised it as soon as I saw it.
GPS did jump around a little but once it settled and combining clues, other logs and instinct it was exactly where I thought it would be. I hadn't seen this exact sort of cache before so that was fun. The funny thing is, I had a vague idea of what I was looking for (although a different shape) and I did see it earlier and wondered if that was it, and went so far as to give it a little push with a finger and thought 'don't be silly, that can't be it' but it was TFTC, fun find
Smilie #2389
Filling in a few hours while our granddaughter is Junior Keeper for a day at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.
What better way to do it than collecting a few smilies for our map?
Another nice quick find luckily.
Council tree loppers working across the road were none the wiser.
Log signed & cache replaced as found.

Had a few hours to fill in & was persuaded by Linden/6 to accompany them to a few caches on this cold, rainy day.
I almost found this one first but pipped at the post! LOL ...

Bf made quick work of this sneaky hide... we took the last spot on the log... tftc...
after reading all the logs it was pretty hard to leave this one unfound but after half an hour of searching we had to call it quits
Log book almost full 1 spot left. Quick find easy to find if you know where to go.
Out and about with angloj finding caches from the moggill ferry to mt cootha. Managed to make a quick find. TFTC Nurseyjulie
Continually having trouble with location in this area because of trees I think. But after finding a likely place with Pet Granma. signed & replaced. Nice one! TFTC
A convenient stop if you are a bus driver. Not very convenient when I arrived though. The neighbor was doing her lawn, but I just lurked out of sight, checking the two sides of the place that screened me form her view until she conveniently finished the job a few minutes after I arrived.
With the coast clear I was able to look around the other two sides of the structure. It sis not take long to find the cache then.

This was most definitely a convenient stop today, not to far from the last one and well not that far from the next either.
On pulling up here I thought I was going to be looking in a different spot to where I ended up, but seems that everything makes sense in the end. I was actually quite happy to accidentally spot the object I was chasing here. I got the log signed and replaced and then carefully replaced the container ready for the next seeker.
