Believe we found the cache location, but it seems to have been muggled. Found pencils, collectibles, and other hunters cards at location scattered about.
Problem with cache, looks to have been muggled. Found pencils, collectibles, and other hunters tags at location.
Today, jesswrigley and I planned a ride along the Torrens / Linear Park, and along a section of the O-Bahn. We managed to stop here/there for geocaches, whilst enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the river surrounds. A very enjoyable day in warm-ish weather, despite our surge in fitness.
We arrived near GZ, and I realised what needed to be done in order to grab this cache. I did the angled rock climb up, holding on using my fingers for strength as I made my way up in runners with almost zero friction and ability to not slip. After reaching GZ, I started looking around, and alas, no cache. I read a few past logs, and thought I had over complicated my search, and looked around the area, to then make the troll slide down. Still not seeing anything, I made a PAF, who enlightened me on the area. I had been very close previously, but just had not searched well enough. So once again, I made the ascent, but this time, I made the find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. This cache took quite a while to find, and I was glad to have made the troll slide one final time to leave this one with a smile. Thanks LeeRock & Loki'Nap for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

I have driven over this cache many times but never managed to stop. Today I detoured to find this one. On approach I spotted the cache and made the slippery slide up the slope to GZ, signed the log book on the date of today in the journal
Today with no plans at all besides my morning event and meeting Davidwazza and Weredunn4 for an evening drain adventure, I decided to spend the whole day caching around the suburbs collecting caches. With the perfect weather around it made for an enjoyable and long day out.
All in total 53 finds for the day.
Thanks for the cache

Out on a Sunday afternoon bike ride with Shonkylogic along the Torrens river. Yay another smiley and where I expected it should be but didn’t look up first time past . TFTC
Put the bikes on the back of the car and went out for an afternoon along the Torrens with SXC to pick up a few caches. Parked the bikes at one end and slid right across to the other side. Of course if we'd kept our eyes open we would have realised that we didn't need to go that far, its right there in plain sight. If only we had seen it.
SXC did the gymnastics and signed the logs. Thanks LeeRock & Loki'Nap

Luckily I wear the pants in the family and chose to send the fiancè to retrieve
Cheers for the cachè

TFTC well this one is definitely harder than other 3difficulty rating caches. Got there in the end. Lucky I had a brave, strong and daring sidekick with me.
Thanks for the cache LeeRock. It was on the other side of the river from whence I parked, so made a quick crossing over the top. A quick determination was made of where it might be, very similar to one down west lakes, but with no ladder required. Took the long way in and used four limbs to make it there, a quick flash photo revealed the hide and it was quickly signed. You will find far fewer cobwebs here now as I seemed to collect quite a few with my head. Thanks for the hide, FP from me.
This title of this one looked like fun and so we stopped off to check it out. On arriving in the Ground Zero area we couldn’t see the cache but we took a good guess at where it might be hiding, then after a quick hop, swing and jump the cache was in hand. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and a favourite point awarded for the good fun cache! Greetings from Zimbabwe
Tricky spot to get to - trolls like to live dangerously. Found while taking a stroll along the Torrens.
Thanks for the cache, LeeRock

**# 22427** Found on our 2018 mega trip from NSW to QLD, the NT, SA and beyond.
A perfect sunny Spring day for a final trek around while at Adelaide.
Quite a lot of muggles around today and mostly good quick finds.
Definitely a slippery one today, but a good safe hide.
Thanks for the cache LeeRock,

Found very easily then retrieved quickly. Very nice cache. I actually miss the caches that present a fun challenge that is suitable for kids. Tftc!
Having completed a ***** cache a few minutes earlier we were not afraid of any troll slides! Quickly found the hiding spot, signed the log and continued our journey. TFTC.

Found Reel BFE Style Without the GPS.
Tagged along with the full team of Michells&hound including the hound.
In fact BFE a local to the North East led the way from the Australia Day event at Norwood to the GZ from memory.
BFE observed the cache retrieval and ensured there was no breaches of OH&S regulations.
Graciously added my name to the log.
Thanks to LeeRock & Loki'Nap for the cache and to Michells&hound for the chance to remove a "I came I saw I can't get that cache from the list”.

Out with BFE, geohusband made the clamber up and found this one. Nicely done the geohound enjoyed the short walk to get to this cache. TFTC and was glad to get another T3 to help in our quest to collect the SFE all the 3s challenge cache.
Quick find with cache out in the open, strong finger grips reached the cache in no time, signed and tucked away out of sight

With all the leaves it certainly was slippery.

Goodness - this was a bit tricky! Didn't think I'd get so yuck doing this one but with pigeons everywhere it was hard not to. Grabbed this in the second place I looked. TNLN. Cheers.
found while on the return in the truck. Didn't matter that the work clothes got a little more dusty, it's hi vis after all. quick find. cache fine. log dry.
Phew, made it up and then lost my sunglasses- down they went to under the bridge Too tricky for the geokid and Olly, they watched from the footpath. Got my glasses back with a little jaunt along the river edge. TFTC
A quick find but one must be agile here [:o] Nice cache size [^] SL at 09:44 on Sat 19 Nov 2016. No slip and slide for me today thankfully [^] TFTC LeeRock
Decisions, decisions which way to tackle this cache.
Try that approach, no good, try this one, still no good.
The rat went scurrying under, to no avail.
Then heard the snake saying found it.
Log signed and replaced.
More fun watching the Snake slither back down. LOL TFTC

Hmmm Ok a 3 star terrain? How to tackle? Take the extendible legs. Hmm they are no use. Try from there, no that wont work. Maybe from that approach. Nope. Hmm looks like the hard way. With a Rat scurrying underneath the Snake made the slither up tomake the find and sign the log. TFTC and the challenge.
Scheizer that was pretty hair raising - not easy to find and pretty dangerous slippery and steep
Well that was interesting... Found with DemonPie but I did all the hard yakka!
We were early for dinner nearby so came here for a quick find first. Easy find, especially with the very clear hint. As others have logged, good footwear is helpful, and one of us managed it in bare feet. TFTC LeeRock.
Out for some quality caching time with geoson Sebastbat.
Oh, now I read the bit about gloves and footwear!
So no gloves and worn out sneakers it was...
Not too hard for a Spidercat, Spidercat, does whatever a spidercat does...
Find caches of course, in obscure places.
Slippery here, weeeeeeeeeeeee

If you were offered tea out and a movie afterwards or a day of geocaching what would you choose[?]
I chose geocaching
Muggle partner, Brodie and I set out for a very leisurely Sunday drive to nowhere, collecting odd geocaches on the way.
We returned home just over 12 hours later with a total of 10 finds for the day.
One of the highlights of the day was sharing a lovely Indian tea with Team Scoobsters ... under the guise of socialising our dogs, of course!
The down side of the day was getting home, wondering how far we had walked and then realising that my FitBit Zip was missing out of its carry case If anyone sees it near this cache, please send it home to me.
I said to muggle partner 'it'll be there' and I was right!
However he wouldn't look 'there' until he had looked 'here'.
Eventually he agreed that he would go and look 'there' instead of me and that was the start of some unexpected 'fun'.
As he commenced approaching GZ he slipped and ended up being a troll on a slide!
Took us much longer to find my mirror than it did to finally find the cache.
Take care as that area is slippery when dry, let alone when wet!

That was a find and a half. Needs a new pen or pencil. Better shoes than what I had on definitely required, eg good solid sneakers.
Checked this one when I went to the nearby Motors.
It was quite clear where the cache should be, especially with the hint. However, grabbing the cache is much more difficult. When I was in GZ, I did agree that the terrain is worth 3 of 5, and the "dangerous" icon in attributes. Gloves and good footwear is a must.
Cache container is covered with spider webs, which indicated it hasn't been found for a while. I signed the log book, and placed it back. Then carefully moved back to the ground.
Thanks for the cache, LeeRock.

Today was Day 4 of our Adelaide trip and the plan was to spend a bit of time at Thorndon Park. To get there I opted to bike and cache up the Linear Trail. Now on the way back. A quick find. TFTC.
Found on International Geocaching Day nice climb and tftc. Broken pencil in cache so did not sign log.
My least favourite cache for retrieving today
Not wanting to go sliding ended up moving like a snake
What a sight I must have looked
Passer by was informed I was in training for the army

Easily the most adventurous urban cache I've had the privilege of finding to date. Like a little rock climbing experience. Doesn't help that I did it on a rainy day. Enjoyed very much, gloves definitely a must though, lucky I had mine in my pocket.

Mr Tardis was in the area today and stopped by here for a quick find during my lunch break. Found after a short search and using the hint. Getting there was easy enough - getting down was more of a troll slide.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache LeeRock & Loki'Nap.

We have been past this cache many times before and today we finally got the chance to attempt it. The hide was pretty obvious but getting there was somewhat more challenging We have done terrain four caches before that were easier to approach TNLNSL TFTC
# 7597. A mild and lovely morning in Adelaide, and as our caravan park has a gateway onto the Linear Cycle Path of course that is what Robmc and I must do this morning. Such an enjoyable ride and so many others taking advantage of a Saturday morning too.
I did watch duty while Rob did scrambling duty. Loved the bases of the old bridge close by. Such solid construction.
Thanks for the cache.

Day Four of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747. Today we spent the morning riding up the Linear Trail beside the Torrens, not sure if we could call it a river up here at this time of the year, but it was a nice ride. Up one side and back the other.
The slide was a bit tricker than it first looked, but there are lots of hand holds.
The troll must have been out today, so we had no trouble grabbing the cache.
Thanks, Robmc.

Found by The Boofs TFTC ☺. It's good that we have a boof that can climb.
Quite easy to find. Slightly more challenging to retrieve an return safely. Mission accomplished. Took marble and rock, left sticker, owl, smiley, butterfly and eraser. SL. Thanks!
Gotcha!
I was in the area chasing down some Clues when I noticed this one on the GPS radar.
Number 5, you say. Well, there are two places to start counting and, naturally, I chose the wrong one first. Isn't that always the way of things?
Thanks LeeRock
ZZzz..
Out with my norti 2 (my sons) the eldest is my navigator my youngest is the one who will climb into tricky places so this one was perfect for him. It really is a slide TFTC whooops forgot to date the log doh
Mrs TiedyeSmileys spotted the cache before any clue was needed. She then attempted to retrieve it but found her shoes were living up to the name of the cache. In the end Mr TiedyeSmileys had to get the cache.
