###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address any issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by %CO% and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

This is NSW Government Private Property with no legal access to the public.
This cache is surrounded by a fence with signs stating it is NSW Government private property. As a result, we didn't attempt this one.
I would suggest the CO needs to look at the on-going viability of this cache.

The whole area is fenced off and while we managed to find an illegal entrance, didn't think we should go in.

International Geocaching day, so I decided to find one simple traditional in my local LGA, as close to home as possible.
After circling the green space I spotted an entrance. I am not sure if I was trespassing as my entry to the reserve was not exactly legal. Oh wow, what a horrible place. I was not sure wether there was more deplorable bushland or garbage.
At GZ the cache was spotted after a few minutes. After signing duties it was back to the car.

This one took about an hour of bush bashing as I accessed from an opening about 300m from GZ. I saw some large hopping marsupials and the remains of a BMX track that can only be described as insane. Thanks for bringing me here and thanks for the cache. Have a favourite point.
Out geocaching with my boys for the day ( _Kade_ & _Troy_ ) Perfect activity for school holidays & a nice cool day to do it. Lovely cache. Thank you!
Came in off the weeping road and had to bush bash for ages.
Great cache, great location.

Nearly got put off by a group of kids on bmx but luckily we took a turn that put us out of their way. TFTC
Shoes Junior grabbed the cache while the rest of us were still looking for it.
Found while out with Little Shoes & Sensible Shoes it did take a bit of searching. TFTC.
Dark clouds were gathering, so it was good to find this without too much ado - tftc!
Very good hide. Nice location. Zip lock on bag is broken though so the book may get wet. TFTC
What's he owners intention here? What does he want to show us??
It's a complete disgrace how people treat the environment. Everything and literally everything has been dumbed here illegally ranging from beds and wardrobes to all sorts of rubbish. How can you be that disrespectful towards nature? Isn't anyone thinking of our future here? I simply cannot believe this!!!!!

We found on a lazy Sunday morning of geocaching.
Thanks for bringing us to this interesting place of how things used to be before housing took over.
We signed the log.
We took nothing and left nothing.
Thanks very much for this traditional cache

Out with JJCC on a cache run from Penrith to Galston finding a total of twelve caches plus 3 DNFs.
Parking off the main road we ventured into the bush for this one. A short bush bash and we arrived at GZ...skirting around we soon found a point that took us to where we needed to be and soon found the cache. With the cache safely in hand, we both signed the log before replacing as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition.
Next stop Don't Bulldoze Me!
TNLN.
Eight TBs visited - Bob geoMinion, Dave geoMinion, Evil geoMinion, Jerry geoMinion, Larry geoMinion, Stuart geoMinion, Vanlith The Youngling.

Out with Team Merlin on a cache run from Penrith to Galston.
Parking nearby we then headed towards GZ. Needing to go bush to locate GZ. Once locating GZ we made a very quick find. With the cache in hand, we both signed the log before replacing as found. The log and cache container are in good condition. Finding a total of twelve caches plus 3 DNFs. This was our twelfth of twelve.

Streak Day #1050 - Met up with dave8153 on his lunch for a sneaky lunchtime cache. Was a fairly easy find, considering the first time i was hovering over it and did not see it until i did the geocacher walk by walking in circles and then came back and had the 'Doh' moment. TFTC
Found it with snoopy1976 at lunch, after walking in circles snoopy came up with the find. Tftc

This was the only find for today. I had been keen to find this cache as it filled a missing date on my dates hidden calendar. I had tried a few days ago but it was getting too dark so I decided against searching. Today, it was much earlier than the previous attempt and I made sure to set a waypoint for my car. I grabbed my spider-web stick and set off along the path. It is a pity about the garbage being dumped here. I slowly made my way towards GZ given the GPS wasn't settling too well. Sure enough, the meters counted down and I stopped, deciding to look closely instead of wandering aimlessly. Just as my eyes adjusted, I saw the cache poking out from under the camo. SLTNLN. TFTC.

After no luck at 'don't bulldoze me' this one got me back on track with a find. Quickly spotted the camo once GZ settled. Retrieved, SL and replaced. tftc
On my way to pick up my son from a friends place. Decided I had time to do this. Easy find. TFTC.
I expected this cache to be in a different location, I was astounded when I found it. TFTC!
Out in the Hills District from some Good Friday caching on a drizzly grey day - perfect for geocaching! The area around GZ is very disappointing - lots of dumped rubbish. Particularly disappointing because out on the road is a sign in which the Shire District proclaims its commitment to anti-litter. Good candidate for a major bit of CITO here. But would need a truck! No surprise that the Bell Miners have moved on. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Found with Snickersallan, on our way to the local event today, great day for caching
Out in the Hills District with Bluewattle for the yearly Meet and grabbing a few quick finds, great day and TFTC.
Nice walk with the geobros! We went in circles for a while and got a few scrapes on our legs. We saw a few muggle kids on their bikes and even spotted a kangaroo!

A short walk from "Don't bulldoze me". Cache very obvious at GZ. SL, added some camo. TFTC!
I was here a few months ago with my brother and couldn't find it but had it within 2 minutes today.
Steve, I'd be happy to adopt the cache. I'm not sure what the formal process is though.

After finding Don't Bulldoze Me! just a short way away, it was a pleasant walk through fairly sparse bushland to this cache for another easy find. We really do have some great natural bush around the Hills, thanks for placing a cache in one of them and bringing me here. SL TFTC steveishere!
6/04/14. 4:20 PM. Cache #1435. Still wet and filthy from an unsuccessful search for Pride (In The Name of Love). And frustrated from that DNF, and the fact that I had only found 2 so far today and was running out of caching time, having to return home and play Dad Taxi.
Decided to look for one more easy one today to finish on a find, so I filtered on 1.5 Diff and Small+. This cache looked the goods, and it didn't disappoint - it was a nice, quick park & grab. Of course the rain then decides to stop - typical! TFTC }:)

I had time for one more find as long as it was a quick one so I parked in Mungerie Road and took the track in to GZ where I found the cache straightaway.
Thanks again steveishere.

Got this one after a good New Years Day and we decided to drive down here to get some caches for the New Year.
Thanks Acko

Nice camo. After quite a hike and getting wet. Coordinate we're spot on.
TFTC TNSL cache retried back to location and all camo'ed up.

Having to pass through this area today, I earmarked this cache as a chance to offload a travel bug which I have had for way too long.
With a lack of rain out here for a very long time, my roadside park created a big dust cloud. Once this settled I enjoyed an easy and peaceful walk toward GZ with the sound of Bell Birds in the background. The phone soon had me in the right spot, but having read the clue I began overthinking the hide. I then tried a simpler approach and immediately found the cache!
Log was signed, travel bug added and cache returned to it's hiding place.
TFTC Steve.

Day 26 of 31 Days of Geocaching. Footyfanatics and I started along the trail and came across a cache guardian. Lots if development going on in this area. Real shame to see this lovely area being demolished. Cache located swiftly and it is in good condition. TFTC.
Found it on a glorious Sunday while in the area with evangt. We had found the Bellbirdishere cache months ago and thought that while we were in the area we'd go for the replacement. Let's hope that this little corridor of bush stays safe from the developers. TFTC steveishere

Found this one on a great day of caching with Big Matt around Western Sydney, and while this cache wasn't on our original list for the day, we happened to be passing by...and making good time...and we saw who it was by...so headed off to grab it. A nice little stroll in to GZ, and the cache was quickly spotted.

Having found Manningpointishere (locally) it was time to find another of steves hides.
Took a bit of hunting around, and Grahame persisted, and even went back to the car to check the size and recent logs.
After that we soon found it. Dry and intact

2005 GAFF3 Had come down from Taree, near Manning Point to find some caches for specific placed dates (11/12, in this case), so when we couldn't initially find the cache I went back to the car to check the GSAK and came back and eventually found it, probably about 3 - 5m from GZ, so reasonable coordinates for the tree coverage.
Cache dry and intact.
Left: a Correct Site Marker - surgical marking pen.
Brought through for mileage: 3 Bros, Aust Light Houses, B 2 B ingot, I Bashed at MidWest 2007, Iconic Bridges, Just Monkeying Around Oz, Little Moo, PAP, Slugging Around the World!, Trackabulldog, cache critters Baa, Neigh Neddy, and Oink, and trackable shirt.
