TFTF. Walked along the river and bagged this one. Forgot my pen, so will have to sign it another time.
Found it. TFTC. icornish. Teamed up with Ullyssie to clear a few cache’s in this area. Then on to join the Gang for a show of strength on an assault on the 2 cache’s on this river. Had to leave a replacement cache here so all good now
I joined the group for a paddle up the Moore river and to grab all the caches in the area ....

Thank you! Headed here on a group kayaking expedition. Was a great spot to rest while paddling to the cache further up the river.
In Guilderton today for a kayaking adventure with a few other cachers to tackle Peaceful Purgatory (GC59H8Y) and this one was en route so we just had to stop for look see. Several eyes searched around for a while before a PAF was performed and it was decided a cache replacement was the prudent course of action.
Thanks for bringing me here.
Baggy12 I found your cache at 10:10am, this was the 4th of 8 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 5092.

A mini adventure today took us to the northern township of Guilderton with the goal of picking up Peaceful Purgatory on Diamond Island, a couple of kilometre kayak up stream. I put a call out on Facebook a couple of weeks ago and managed to get a very good turnout for the day with 9 kayaks on the water, and a couple who were let down by the local hire place!
Started off bright and early picking up a couple of caches along the way that I had previously missed and metup with the crew in guilderton before moving the launch spot to near the blackrat cache which had ampol parking.
A good kayak upstream where we found baggys bag and then made our way to peaceful purgatory, a very aptly named place. Could only get a couple of kayaks into the hiding spot so a few of us waited while others searched for the cache.
On the return journey we stopped to climb the dunes to grab the earth cache and a nearby traditional, thoroughly enjoyed seeing the solution pipes and mr ooh yeh provided some interesting info on them. Some great views of the river from there.
Continued along to grab two more caches that were a significant bush bash to get to before making our way back to the launch spot, and back home via some caches in Yanchep.
Thanks to everyone for a great day out and the COs for their caches.

Out ‘n about with m4yb getting a few caches. And a few others, namely OOH YEH, barnzy12, pommieparkin2, granett, and Fratra.
Sadly we had to leave familystiener and nevatooold back at the launch site cause the hire place was not open. What a loss for them, but at least the others can come back for good hides now.
As the others have said we searched and received confirmation from the last hider for the GZ and left a good brand new cache.
Thanks for the hide and smiley Baggy12

A motley crew assembled to tackle a few caches on the Moore River. A bit of a disappointment at the offset as the promised hire yaks were not available which meant that Neva2old, The Mongrel, Familysteiner & diffa71 could not join the first wave which set off in brilliant sunshine.
We found GZ but only remnants of the cache which was replaced by Barnzy12 & signed by the rest of us: granett, fratra, OOH YEH, m4yb, sir Megawatt60, Photo-Play & Ulyssia. TFTC

This was the first stop and despite an extensive search by 9 pairs of eyes we came up empty handed. A replacement cache and log was signed and left.
A group of dedicated cachers/kayakers teamed up to tackle Peaceful Purgatory. A successful morning was had.
TFTC icornish this is find # 5458 for us.

So a plan was hatched for a group kayaking adventure, and I joined the mob at the launchpoint. The outgoing leg of the journey was pleasant, the stop here welcome to rest arms and shoulders. The mob looked and looked, to no avail, so a unanimous decision was made that such a spot deserved a cache and a replacement was provided. Thanks icornish for placing a cache here in the first place!
Mr richlink and Mr ILT sailed the high seas today gathering up caches along the way. What a fantastic day we all had the weather was clear and crisp and the water calm. This cache is in need of urgent CO attention, it would be a shame to see it go.
Big day planned for caching in Guilderton today with iluvtrekking and although it was a chilly 5 deg when we arrived, the sun was shining and not a cloud to be seen overhead. No access by 4wd across the mouth possible today but we had brought kayaks anyway. After visiting nearby Diamond Island we headed to gz to try our luck here. Left new piece of paper in a plastic bag but this cache does need CO attention. Thanks Baggy12
Lovely spot for a walk. Cache is soaked and needs a new container and log. Didn't sign it as it was to wet. TFTC

Long walk, Found it, container is cracked and is full of water- book needs replacing.
Came up to Guilderton to find the T5 cache on Diamond Island, while I was waiting for the weather to become warmer I decided to grab some caches I missed on the last visit.
On my way back to the launch point I stopped here to grab this cache. Quick find in the obvious spot, TFTH.

Had a day out caching around Lancelin Ledge Point and Guilderton. Despite the constant rain we found a cache or two. This was one of them. We found it hard to believe that this cache has not been logged since 8 October 2014. Especially considering the popularity of Guilderton and the intervening Christmas and Easter holiday periods. Gets a favourite for being the most elusive (apparently) cache we have come across. Still happily hidden and in good condition. TFTC
Initially we were not sure we would get to this one but on meeting Becknmonts and AusAngel at another cache they said they had finished with their kayaks for the moment and very kindly said we could borrow one to pick up the two caches up the river (thanks very much). This turned out to be much easier and faster to access and allowed us to pick up some more caches in town when we came back. A good paddle up the river and we soon spotted a likely landing spot and then a short walk to GZ for a quick find. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC

Nearly had to wait for muggles but we signed quickly.

On our way to Cervantes we stopped for some lunch and grabbed a few caches. Lovely walk along the river to the cache. SL TNLN TFTC
We tried to find a shorter way to get to the cache, but had to resort to the long walk, which turned out to be very pleasant . cache is still ok. Lots of happy Easter campers around today. TFTC
Cache is ok but the GZ could need adjustment. Cache is placed under the bark at the base of the....tree.
Photo available on the log..blog
Most likely the tree will be used as firewood soon by the happy campers in the area.

Finally got there....Hiding spot may not be secure as recent winds has caused cache to be exposed. Rehidden as best as we could as GZ is now a pile of debris..
We thought this was going to be easy from the comments so we thought it was going to be staring at us and didn't have a good look. Almost gave up until we decided to poke around a bit more. Can now see why it was supposed to be easy lol
Found it
Found this while taking a break from fishing.
Moore river is a beautiful area and my fovourite fishing spot.

Staying at Willowbrook Farm & Caravan Park getting the cat acclimatised to the caravan this weekend. So left her to it and headed out to grab a couple of caches.
This was the second of the 2 we tackled. Parked nearby and bimbled down to the start of the walk trail. That is until we noticed the water lapping over the boardwalk We spoke to 2 fishermuggles who advised the water was pretty cold too. Well that was enough for Mrs Felix to head back to the car. Mr Felix however now challenged removed his shoes and socks and waded through the water it got to almost knee deep in places. That was fine until he got to the other side and saw that the path was also underwater.
So some scrambling up the bank and he was on his way to find the cache. Took a bit of effort but he made it. Thankfully there was a pen in the cache as he had sent Mrs Felix back with the carkeys with the pen attached
The river is really high at the moment with sandbar in place. Really enjoyed visiting today. We headed down to the rivermouth for a picnic lunch.
Love coming up to Guilderton.
Looking forward to meeting other cachers at 'WA goes BIG in 2013' - GC45X55
Thanks for bringing us here icornish

After some tough finds earlier in the day, this was the cache that almost tipped me over the edge. Plenty of people enjoying Guilderton on the long weekend. Thanks for the cache.
After returning to find a nearby cache we decided to take a stroll down the river to pick up this one. We holiday at Guilderton every year but this is our first year caching and we have discovered so many beautiful places we never knew existed. TFTC!
Joint FTF with 'Blakers Dozen'! A nice walk to work off some of that early Christmas Cheer! TFTC icornish!
