Another cache for the May challenge - recommended at night! I have left a travel bug to continue it's travels! TFTC
After a big day out at Sandstone Point, attending a CITO and collecting lots of Little Bird caches, Kolour and I made a quick stop here on the way home. I chose this one because I needed the night attribute for a challenge and it was in fact quite dark by the time we got here. With the help of our phone torches the cache was quickly located and signed. Thanks brucemoose for placing this cache!
After attending the CITO and spending the day finding many of the Little Bird series at Sandstone Point, on our way home we stopped by this one as Brissy Cat is needing more Recommended at Night caches for a challenge. Well it was certainly night by the time we got here and it was a quick find of the small cache. Logbook signed and replaced as found. Tftc
Quick find here today to help complete a challenge before I go to Christmas Island for 6 months.
Trying to make a few finds on this leap year day.I have a client not far from here and jumped at the chance to find it before my appointment. Thanks for the hide
Outreach work with young people means I am often asking them if they’d like to go for a walk to explore of find some treasure! Perfect winters afternoon for it.
Easy find. Room for swappables inside. The log still has room to sign!
Ticked another off the map. Find number #979 I think!

brucemoose I found your cache The Muggle King on 7/5/2023, 1:20 pm. This is my find 5251 and find # 14 today. A quick and easy drive by. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
A day celebrating my birthday (tomorrow), I had some time free in the afternoon and thought I would go caching to fill the time in a fun way. Took a little bit of time to decide where I was going to head to. Finding some nearby caches I thought I needed to tackle this one and see how I go.
Parking near GZ I looked about and didn't see anyone in sight, but I did come across a rather large spider building a web nearby. A quick duck into the GZ and the cache was found, log signed and all returned as found.
Back in the car without being seen. TFTC.

I did a slow drive by and the King was present. Luckily he wandered back inside just as I parked. It was dinner time after all! TFTC
For his birthday, Jacks grand parents got him a session at iFly down at Chermside. He didn't really enjoy it, but fair play for him giving it a go.
This was a nice quick find on our way back home.
Thanks!!

Finally the rain has stopped! I'm trying to grab a whole pile of Night caches for a challenge, and this one was on my radar because it's in my general vicinity. Snuck in, found the cache, signed & replaced, all without being spotted TFTC
Decided to tackle a couple of caches on my way home from work today. 3rd find of 3.
Don't know about the king but there was a queen sitting on her throne. When she got up and went inside, the cache was quickly located. Note: The container was being guarded. After a little coaxing, he gave the cache up for me.

Out doing stuff & thought I might add a few more “Recommended at night” attribute caches to zero in on this month’s challenge. Being a fully paid up Muggle I thought this was soooooo appropriate.

Great geocache! Not to hard to find. Took about 15 minutes. Our first one so it may take less
e found this cache a little time ago. I realised I had not got around to logging this cache. I’m a little unsure now how I missed logging this cache.
Before leaving the geocar (track my adventures D78QWZ) we re-read the description, the hint, confirming the Difficulty and Terrain and the previous finder’s logs dropped a big hint.
We set off to walk to the GZ. MummaBear66 was directing us where to go. So, we started our walk over to the GZ, discussing about where this geocache could possibly be located.
Thankfully we had a fair idea of what we were looking for. Finally found this cache and replaced exactly as we found. Then we headed back to the Geocar and JLK to start writing this log.
Thanks for the cache placement and maintenance Bruce Moose
Thanks for the Hunt.
Took Nothing, Left Nothing, Signed Log.
We teamed signed as Mumma Bear and the Cubs or M B & C.
With MummaBear66, Tiny 1508 and DFC_JLK2019

Out with geofriends (Snickersallan, RoddyC, hatzofff, GS1947 and Imbunda) again today to finish off finding the Drumbeat Series as well as other caches along the way.
No Kings or Queens for that matter to stop us finding this cache.
A quick find. SL then returned as found.

First cache in over 12 months. Quick find. Thanks for placing. Got me out of the house and on my feet on what’s been a very lazy day! TFTC
This afternoon, I needed to head to Chermside/Carseldine to grab my vehicle from the mechanic, and so I decided to detour past a few geocaches nearby, before returning home. It was another nice sunny afternoon/evening, and once the light started to fade, I called it a day.
There was no sign of the Muggle King during my visit this evening, which was lucky, as after a short search, I managed to spot the geocache. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks brucemoose for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

A trip to Prince Charles Hospital today, so a few caches on the way home. No sign of the Muggle King today, all good with the cache. TFTC brucemoose
With rain clouds around thought was good time to pull up- with king hiding in garage- I waited for big down pour and snuck around from the other side undetected and now very wet back to car tftc
We were heading into the estate to pick up another cache and on entering the area we noticed a muggle standing on their front driveway looking at their garden. mmmm... might come back for this one we thought, however as we were driving past on the way out it started raining which pushed everyone back indoors... perfect opportunity. Quick dash from the car to gz and found the cache, undetected by the muggle King. Signed and returned as found. Thanks Brucemoose for smile and the challenge.

Thursday. Out today and my goal was to grab a nearby cache. My phone gave me so much grief, that I ended up restarting it. Doh! I’m too far away from that 'other' cache. So this one was only a couple of hundred metres away from me and this then became my new goal! Arrived at GZ and spotted the cache right in front of me. Signed the log and replaced it. Covered it back up a wee bit though. Lovely area and fantastic paths, plus I discovered a nearby park for the kids which was fantastic! Never would have found it except for caching.
This was the only cache found on this outing.
Thanks ***brucemoose*** for showing us this place

Out and about soaking up some sunshine and found this one had to dodge the muggled. Retrieve the trackable for its next space trip, TFGC
Picking up some caches on the other side while on my way to the first post covid event.
This is far enough away from home for me to still have plenty of unfound quick trad caches
Thank you for this cache

I actually went back to the map and checked that this is a dead end group of streets... talk about traffic... and on an overcast Thursday too... tftc... left some American coin...
I was slightly disappointed I couldn’t bring my snowmobile, but nevertheless I found the soggy log. No container for it atm.
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Bennyboppers and Lisylou). The cache is now just a soggy bag with a soggy log book. TFTC!
Needs a container, a very soggy loggy baggy cache, completely saturated so couldn't sign paper. Tftc
Found with lisylou and mnance101 needs a container, a soggy mess, taken a photo
Found! And tried to find while keeping the two 10 year olds quiet. Mission success? Maybe.
Ohhh ..., so glad it’s not 40 deg ... and so glad it’s not pouring rain ..,
Out and about with Potatochips101 after a short hiatus.
We’ve been here a couple of times with no luck. Too many cars .. too many muggles ... but not today ! Today was a winner. Keeping lookout for would be geo crashers potatochips101 quickly had this in hand, logged and returned in the blink of an eye!
Logged as 3K ....

We have come past this cache before but never found the cache due to muggle activity... but, today was the day. With no muggle king insight, we set about funding the cache! One quick look and we had found it! But getting there was a different story, I crept through and soon had the cache in hand, signed and covered up with some natural camo! TFTC! Found with Frannymfrog logged as 3K!
Haha the muggle was was in session watering the garden, they popped in and I made a move, cache signed I had to make a clean extraction, harder than I anticipated as the king has a sunroom overlooking my location. Find a gap and go for it TFTC
I pulled up on the side street without anyone in sight. Made my way over and quickly found the cache. TFTC
Finally!!! After three previous visits and all
No luck I saw recent finds and decided today was my day!!! A smiley on my map !!! No muggles about ! Tftc

We'd been shopping just nearby for supplies so decided to pop around the corner to find this cache and sort out a door issue on the rental car.
I approached from the wrong side and spotted the cache quickly. I made a second approach from the other side and laid a hand on it quickly.
Thanks brucemoose

I think I got lucky at this one. When I arrived there was nobody in sight, so I was not quite sure which drive the Muggle King ruled. I checked what seemed a likey spot and found the cache. Ducked back to the bike to sign the log. Another 3m dash to replace the container. I just got back to my bike when a bloke appeared in the nearest drive.
Not too much to worry about I was all done and pedaling away.

I’m thankful this is out of sight of muggles as there were plenty around here this morning. Lots of council trucks. Made a quick find and beat it out of there.
Thanks for the cache brucemoose. This was find #4264.

I was in the area and decided to drop in on this one.
After warily looking around at the surrounding houses, I made the dive and found the cache. I signed the log and re-hid it as found - grabbing one of the trackables.

Works around here have been completed. Now open, with a new name and larger cache. Lots of room for TBs, coins and pathtags. Cheers.
Temporarily disabling this while it's been barricaded off for construction works.
We needed to get out for some fresh air, sunshine & a break from home confinement so we headed north west to clean up a few green spots around Albany Creek & nearby areas.
Our eighth of 14 finds today.
I dunno.
It all happened so fast! LOL …
YES, all fenced off & a gigantic hole in the ground in the middle of the park.
HOWEVER …
It's Saturday afternoon & everyone is absent from the area so I thought I'd have a quick Bo Peep & take in the lay of the land.
I managed to squeeze my slight frame through a welcoming gap at the end of the temporary fencing & after a quick scan I headed for the most likely spot for a cache to be …
… & it was.
Made our mark & replaced as found but the cache is in need of some TLC from the CO.
The log is very wet & mouldy.
