due to its location we have removed this one and turned it into bugs galore closer to home as it was a 300km round trip by car to get to this one and it is basically not accessable during the wet season
NOT FOUND by Crackers, Radar and Vombatus.
Like sqeek we came, we saw and we kicked and kicked and kicked. Then we prodded, scrapped and swore. I have looked at the photo's posted on the site and the place you put the cache looks nothing like the place we found. Green trees and undergrowth. We found a barren, burnt out flat. I think the track might have been simillar and the tree rings a bell
Unless, the cache was buried (deep) it was not there!
Great day out anyway. Lancaster bomber, beautiful pier and cold beer at the hotel. Heaven.
Will try again next year if someone else is successful.
Cheers big ears

the cache is there and it is very well camoflarged due to the recent rains but you will have to look very carfully as you should see the blue metal container in which it is hidden in

Went there, kicked the undergrowth for two hours but couldn't find the cache. I think it has been knocked off. Great drive and the Liberator crash site is really worth a look though.
This was my first Geocache, like the team before trust your gps. Anyways I found it in good time because it was a nice dry season day.
I didn't leave anything this time.

This one had us walking round in circles for a while as there are three well used tracks in the vicinity. I know trust the GPS.
Took the toy tank and left a stubby cooler.
Great band at the pub!

The second of the day and the lone dog gets another one. Just wish I was a kid again with all the mud and puddles left over from the last downpour.(They reckon the wet season has just about finished).
Grabbed the stubbie holder, I know I am a legend, and left a snake.
For anyone going for this one make sure you spend some time at the local pub. The view and the breeze are great.
Thanks SNAFUADV for the great day out.
