The Euroa Trail was fordert TEMBO! and me worth a visit, But only for one ore two Caches, because of time. We visited the cache "Euroa - Here's a tip". We found the rotten rest and played a newer one. Thanks to morris1100 for hiding and maintaining the cache.T4TC Filser1
A quick stop to find this cache, however a search couldnt locate it. There was a ripped plastic bag and a spot that looked like somewhere a cache may have been. No luck today
Went out to GZ but unfortunately could not find. I think the coordinates were slightly off but even with the hint walking around there was no cache found.
Apologies on late log, still catching up. I found the cache out in the open, the log is full so added another strip of paper. thanks Morris1100 for placing the cache
Nothing here. Looks as if a lot of work has being going on here - mowing etc. has it been moved ?
TFTC nice easy one to find, definitely needs a new log sheet, tried to squeeze on there
Shepparton & Euroa is an area that we often drive through but has never been a destination. This Kings birthday long weekend we made it our destination to tick off some caches in the area

TFTC. morris1100 for your cache Euroa - Here's a tip that we found today.
We are staying at our daughter’s farm block just about mid way between Shepparton and Violet Town. A lovely start to to the week with sunshine. Went out driving to Longwood and then back via Euroa, caching as we went. It has been a longtime since we have been this way. We did a stint at a BlazeAid camp in Longwood after fires and I (Hans) had done many miles cycling out this way.
All caches were found in good order and mostly quickly.
Find Count: 16293

Great to be picking up some of the many puzzles and multis solved over many months and trips, as well as collecting letterboxes, trads, counties and whatever else was in my path.
So many logs are the worse for wear from all of the flooding and wet weather events. N my trip home from the Whittlesea mega.
Thanks so much morris1100 for getting us out and about, and for the adventure highlights .

Found a nail that is believed to used to have the cache on it will wait till someone else finds it
I’m having this week off as others at work had the Easter break off so it was my turn and another trip up North to Mildura was planned.
I left Melbourne nice and early on Friday to get a few caches in on the way up to Culgoa.
My main aim of the weekend at Mildura was to finish the Turtle series and to start the Paddle Steamer series so all good on those 2.
So after a great 3 days it was time to head back South to my next destination which was Boort as I had seen it on the map and had never been there.
I was not taking the most direct route as I wanted to drive through some old towns that are now only dots on the map and I want to take the back roads as well.
After a nice night in Boort and boy did it rain heavily overnight and I was quiet happy that I was in cabin for this stay.
I left nice early in the morning to keep tracking South.
I have finally reached Euroa which is my destination for the night but before checking in I might as well find a few caches before hand.
The local tip which if like any other tip could be a source of some interesting reuse items.
Found quickly and onto the next one.
Thanks morris1100 TFTC.

Stopping off in Euroa on the way home from the mega, we decided to clear some of the area.
Lucky the tip wasn’t open. The smell of manure is really strong here!

The day has finally arrived! It’s time to head to the MEGA. On the way I stopped in to grab some caches in the Strathbogie LGA before arriving at the campground in Wangaratta.
A nice quick park and grab, although I almost missed it!
Thanks morris1100 for placing this gamepiece in the wild for us to find.

Day one of the Wangaratta oddessey with AlphaDeltaIndigo and Ying~Yang. Melbourne to Mt Buller, started in the heat, ended in the cold, but still somehow muggy all along the way. We mostly focussed on trands today, with a few multi's here and there.

On the hunting trail again with SeasonedBird. I’ll leave the more interesting detailed log to Mrs Geo (aka: SeasonedBird, Salty Chook, the Old Boiler, Old Chook, Dirty Bird or Angry Bird) because she writes so much more eloquently than I and usually has much more time to do so while I’m driving. It’s a great day for caching. TFTC morris1100

We stopped for a few caches our way home from visiting a friend in Euroa. Beautifully hidden cache. Thanks morris1100.
This was easily visible because there was nothing covering it. Have replaced a the cover over it
Leaving Euroa, I decided to do a few caches on the way home. Pulled over and located these few before heading home. The color of the container almost blends into the tree. TFTC
A road trip up to Mulwala with day1976, we cached our way up. Had the kayak on the roof, for some water fun tomorrow.
As I am logging these caches a few months late, it get hard to remember them all!

Ilukaperi and I had decided on a road trip up to Mulwala. There is an empty family home there, which I needed to check on and so we strapped the kayak to the roof and loaded up some snacks and made our way there once she finished work. But on the way we stopped to grab quite a few caches that all help us with different challenges we are working on.
Another find for the day, doing well so far.

Found with Kittykatch on a pretty chilly but lovely day. We have been to Victoria for a funeral and now on our way back. Great to stop in the town and see some of the history. First time I have stopped here and glad to have made the effort. Lucky you have a Parkrun here for Kittykatch. TFTC morris1100

#5843 8th for today
Logs stamped as "Kayak Cachers".
On a trip down to Euroa Victoria with Geosnag1 and CBRChic. Great to get away from Canberra where it is hot & smoky. Great to breathe some fresh air. We were down to help a friend celebrate their 250th parkrun on Saturday morning, but the rest of the weekend was ours to geocache as we chose. Saturday arvo was grabbing a few around Euroa while Sunday was spend on Nagambie Lakes doing part of the VNL kayak cache trail. I had been expecting to find a string a died out ponds given the current drought conditions. I was very pleasantly surprised by what we found. This is a magnificent trail with plenty of water and an abundance of bird-life. I loved all the little "islands" (stumps) each one unique and usually sprouting plant-life. We don't have enough time to complete the train this trip so we will arrange a return with support in the near future.
Thanks morris1100

Heading to Melbourne airport today to catch flight home. Stopped for caches both on country roads and in rest areas beside the freeway. Also a couple of urban/small town caches as well.
Lucky it wasn't the weekend with people going to and from the tip! Thanks.
