Spent half hour looking, but did not find. Great spot, scenic and interesting thanks

Nice place ! We signed the clean logbook. TFTC Merci pour la cache Greetings from Montréal Québec
No luck for us today. Searched all around the tree and surrounding graves. Nice peaceful place
Looked all over the tree, around signs, Graves, and even climbed the tree to check if it hadn't been moved up. Alas couldn't find. Did find the cemetery with the historic signs quite interesting though, and a nice walk.
Loved the cemetery and loved the story. But didn't find the cache. Thanks anyway.
Found during our KI adventure. What a great island. Lovely spots, kangaroos, koalas, seals …! By the way, we cached a bit. TFTC PePPer812
Here to walk the Kangaroo Island Wilderness Trail, but a wander around the sights of Kingscote comes first. This island is so peaceful. Love it already!!
Quick tour of the city before dinner and back to our day on the island. Thanks for the cache

Out giving my resident sister a caching experience while getting a tour around the island. I love finding caches at cemeteries and this was no exception. My sister shared a good knowledge of Gov Wallen. Tyftc
Nice easy find with our muggle friend whilst exploring Reeves Point Historic Site. TFTC, TNLNSL #115

Unfortunately, we have already come back from this wonderful trip that made us know a land very different from our Italy.
Though it was not enough months to be able to visit it all in the twenty-five days at our disposal we tried to see it as much as possible.
With about 4500 kilometers in the car and seven domestic flights we did as humanly possible.
With the exception of Western Australia and ACT, we have touched all states, and in each of us we have had the pleasure of retrieving at least one cache.
We thank all the owners for making the trip even more special.
Earthcache and virtual cache answers will follow as soon as possible.

It's a little crushed & will probably get wet if it rains. Tried to fix it so the lid would close but I'm not strong enough. Easy find.
Was a bit worried if I could search unseen, as there seemed to be a few workers near GZ. But when I came closer to GZ, I realised they were a fair bit away and out of sight.
Thanks for the hide, matmob!

What an interesting history lying here. Spent ages reading everything. Some sad tales.
We don't understand... the first settlers arrived in 1836 yet 'Gov' Wallen was here in 1819 as a free settler. Isn't he the first settler?
Anyway, we are the second visitors today at this little cache.
All in good order.
Thanks matmob.

Good to have a tribute to Governor Wallen after the way he helped the first 'official settlers' on the Island without future respect.
Love Kangaroo Island great place to visit

Last day on Kangaroo Island, and after an intensive week of research at Seal Bay, the first real opportunity to play tourist, though not much time left, so a quick wander around Kingscote had me at GZ for this cache. A quick find. Thanks for the cache matmob
While on a short evening walk when the rain made a break, we came to this old cemetery and visited the cache.
It was an easy find.
It was an easy find.
Had five wonderful days on Kangaroo Island with the Sal part of brisal. I was reminded several times that we were on 'holiday' and not a caching trip. So if we happened to go to a place sightseeing and there happened to be a cache I could get it whilst Sal took some photos. Likewise if we happened to be passing a cache, if it was a quick grab that was okay too. Lucky for me we happened to be at or passing about 35 caches during our stay. Had a couple of DNFs and a few we just couldn't get to for one reason or another. Left a handful of my PTs scattered around the island. My thanks to all the owners who have placed caches over here. [:o)]
Day 4: Quite a few more caches this end of the Island. Means will be 'just passing' a few today....I hope. Having seen where the Gov started out we came here to see where he finished up. Cache found easily and in good condition. Thanks matmob.

Found during an evening walk around Kingscote. Touring the island to see the wonderful views and wildlife. Nice job with the mini pen since I did not have one.
Took 4 of us a fair while to find, must've looked right over it a dozen times! Great find
4 kids 2 adults had a great learning experience. We are islanders so it was great lesson.
Found by Julia without even using the phone to identify any local geocaches. Fer-Fer
