Tftc. Again needed a systematic search of a couple of minutes before locating. Now on to the bonus final cache.
Walking to this hide, I saw the fenced path in between the private and public school. I have only just watched the Boy in the Striped Pajamas and I had to wonder whether kids in the public school sit at the fence and talk to the private school kids with their silver spoons in their mouth. I went to a public school and back then private school kids were the enemy.A bit further on we met a family of ducks crossing the footpath. They all looked cute until the father duck turned around and tried to pick a fight with me. I would fight too if someone accidentally tried to step on one of my kids.Persistence had paid off and we had five colours to plot the final. I was scared to walk back past the family of ducks because it looked like father duck had a few rums under his belt. tftc
The geocache is in fact located on the bridge. Only after going under the bridge and not being successful, I looked too the sky for Gods help, did I find the cache!
The first cache in this series was my second cache ever found. The 5th cache in this series is my 1100# cache!!! Nice easy stroll with the pregnant lady. Spotted after a few back and forth and up and down. Ali was busy eating the mulberries on the tree nearby while Case and I looked. TFTC. Found with Ali and Casey.
Somehow went past this one so many times before eventually finding it! Now on to the secret bonus cache
Had us bamboozled for a while, but the keen caching ability of a younger member of our team spotted the obvious. TFTC
Grabbed this one on a little stroll today. I've been meaning to come back for it since... 2016!
Took a bit of moving around to get a visual. Happy to have it in the bag!

the_eths I found your cache A Sandy Bridge #5 on 10/5/2023, 4:05 pm. This is my find 5277 and find # 9 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Out for some caches in he general area, this is my last in the sandy creek series.
Now to check if I have all the info for the final puzzle cache.
Some of the logs are hard to read and the colour is not obvious
Thank you for hiding and maintaining

We initially DNF but then as we were walking past having done the others had more of an idea of what we were looking for and the cache was shortly in hand.
Found with NiciDanielle after DNF'ing initially. Went and found the other 4 and had a better idea of what we were looking for. Couldn't find it from the bridge so went looking down, thinking that it might've fallen. Different vantage point and quickly spotted it. Cache is definitely still there TFTC
Will come back and try to find later. Was really busting to go to the toilet so I didn’t have much time to find it. Plus too many muggles around.
This afternoon on this rainy day, we took a family swim at the nearby Albany Creek Leisure Centre when I suggested we take a walk along this nearby creek and grab a couple of these *Sandy Bridge* geocaches. I think I was here in late 2021 and grabbed the first three, but the other two seemed to be missing, so I didn't continue my walk.
We parked just nearby to the school, and so it was a short walk to this location. As I searched along the bridge, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) came up behind me, and found the cache that I had already looked. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, although the inner holder appeared to be slightly broken (refer photo), so perhaps one to keep an eye on. Otherwise, it was a great 3D printing! Unlike my 2021 walk, I made sure to collect the clue from this cache. Thanks the_eths for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Looked for ages next to, on top of and even under the bridge but still did not find it.
# 3 Gah, tackled this one on my way home today. Found it while phone chatting through the search with Duppers, haha. Happy to turn this smiley right side up. Took a couple of goes. TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
First try just after the floods, no luck. Came back today, and there it was. Great find.
And another DNF to fail to complete the series
Having now read earlier logs we will be back for this one with new eyes

I searched in a few spots at the end where the GPS indicated but eventually found it in the middle. Thanks for the cache
Wasn’t where the GPS lead me, but within the required radius. Found, thanks to previous log entries. This series has taken me 2 hours, not the 1 hour I had allocated. Will have to come back to solve the final. Thanks for the trolling adventures close to home the_eths. I’ll be back
Funnily enough this one *did* survive the flooding and was there all along, still where it was meant to be. Keep looking people
As with the last one, lots of large flood debris on the underside of the bridge. I’m not sure if the container would have survived
Hadn’t been out for a while and decided to continue with this series. Nice hide! TFTC!
I had previously been here to look for this one and had no luck, today I found this one but still not finding the others. Thanks for the hide.
This one was an easy find compared to the rest! Our last one for the day, nice to go out on a win. Thanks for the series @the_eths we loved it!
Not so much birdsong at this one, more kids wildly yelling as they were let out to play. This one took much longer than the others until I finally spotted it from the other side. Cache was found safe and dry. TFTC the_eths
We didn’t have much luck with the last time we tried this series, but seeing they had all been checked on we decided to have another go. Just spotted this one before we were going to give up! Good camouflage, hard to spot. TFTC!
I finished work for the day rather early today, so what else is there to do besides going home and continuing with some jigsaw GeoArt I've been solving over the past few days? Geocaching of course! I didn't have anything planned, so I just grabbed a couple of caches that were close by and went from there. I started at Aspley, then through Bridgeman Downs and finally finishing up at Albany Creek.
While in the area I noticed that this cache has been fixed since it unfortunately went missing. I thought it was missing again as I was searching for about 5 minutes and couldn't see anything, surely not it was only replaced yesterday, that's when I decided to expand my search area and saw something a little out of place. Gotcha! Signed and replaced exactly as found. Now that I've found this one I can solve the finale and grab that.
Find #1080 - TFTC

We looked everywhere but couldn’t find it. We went to GZ and still no luck. May have been taken or has gone missing️
Tried, but only thing we found was a "keep dry sachet" - normaly used for technical equipment.
May be it was part of the cache?!
Cheers Susan and Uwe

Searched for about 40 minutes in every little hole a cache could be, but looks like it’s staying well hidden from me today. I’ll keep an eye on this one and I’ll be back another day to collect this and complete the finale.
