Visiting the Adelaide region for a week from Port Macquarie. Today was a mixed day, this morning we drove into the city to visit the South Australian Museum and the candy store in Rundle Mall, with just a couple of caching stops on the way in. Our afternoon was dedicated entirely to caching, initially focusing on specific caches in the eastern and southern suburbs of Adelaide, as well as grabbing a few bonus finds with whatever time we had left. We then wrapped up the day with a fantastic Thai dinner. Random urban art installations like these are always interesting. Tried a few spots to no avail before instincts made us feel around and we hit the jackpot. Container is missing its lid. Thanks for the cache
GSV has come a long way since this cache was published, and one rainy day, earlier in the year, I checked out the coloured linked figures. GZ was calculated and sat, in the now huge, pile of solved multis and puzzles. Today was this ones day to be found, on a trip out to keep the other half happy. Cache was found in exactly the place I wouldve placed it, and was therefore found in the first place I looked.
We collected data over three visits, and today, we went back to look for the cache. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The container has lost its lid, the plastic bag was badly torn, but the log was in very good condition. We replaced the plastic bag but didn't have a suitable container with us. Given that the log was dry, replacement of the container does not appear to be a high priority. Thanks, sushilord, for an enjoyable multi. Just for the record, it is not art in our opinion but an aspect of graphic design.
Found with Deaf cachers while staying in Adelaide for The Great Leap Forward event. sushilord, thank you so much for placing it for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area.
We all did it on foot! Crazy maybe but the find was all worth it. Thank you for the hide
I’ve ridden a bike along this cycleway a few times, but not required on this occasion to collect the data from the waypoints.
Did the necessary research from the comfort of home last night to come up with a set of numbers for the final.
Tonight after work I thought I’d have a quick drive by, but no
The hint made perfect sense so searched accordingly, nothing!!
Researched and even widened my search area, again nothing!!
So then I start questioning myself and the final coords. Nothing in previous logs gives me any ideas either
Stand back, take a few breathes and study the area…….it’s then I realise I had omitted a couple of spots in my search - bingo, there you are my precious,
Relief, unadulterated relief
Gets a favourite point from me fir the artwork love this sort of stuff

It pays to get arty. This one took a while but eventually GZ was calculated and the cache was found. TFTC
A bit of an effort this took but we finally settled on some coordinates to search at, ignoring the fact the cache hasn't been found for a good half a year now We were expecting a different hiding solution (as we believe it was also originally intended judging from the container) but the hint is still good and helped us not to give up searching in the obvious spot. TNLNSL TFTC
This was the cache I decided to target today. Jumping on the bike and riding along it didn't take too long to zip between the different waypoints. I realised, however, that I did make a mistake on one though when writing down the number when the numbers I crunched resulted in being in someone's house! A quick ride to the WP to check my error and I had something far more reasonable. I think I was lucky with the quick find - a break in traffic and I spotted something that looked like a cache! TFTC sushilord! I quite liked these characters along the bike path!
This evening after uni placement we headed out to do some caching before dinner at Marion.
Parked and made our way over to this one. The cache was easily found after a short search and is all good

Yay another smilie, and another month of multies complete. A drive the wrong way after work to grab this one and then a long drive home.
Thanks
Thanks
Today I returned to where I hoped the final and cache would be and found it as expected. The cache has no lid, but all is dry. It may actually not need a replacement due to positioning, will depend on the wetter seasons.

I really enjoyed the use of the art? to make an enjoyable walk even better and bonus that I did it twice, once to solve and once to find. And I’m certain to do the walk again.

Hmmm. Feeling foolish. Walked this in reverse then my solved solution put me in a spot I shouldn’t go. So I checked the solve on the walk back home. Nothing to change, so was thinking that the art may have been altered in the six months since the last find, but then when I was almost home the hint clicked. I’d actually pondered this during the solve, so I will return to find another time.
Great day for a multi!
Loved seeing all the different figures along the trail.
Cache has no lid, but hiding place is excellent and loved the hint
Could do with a new container.

With a free afternoon for caching I dragged out the pushbike, donned the helmet and went for a ride to do the research on an interesting series of artwork along the bikeway. Thanks for the exercise and cache sushilord!
I spent some time this morning wandering along this track getting my daily exercise and collecting the information required. In all it took me about an hour I think.
I wondered about the hint, but as soon as I was near GZ I knew what it meant and the cache was a quick find.
I’m not sure what to think or say about the art, other than I guess the subject matter is relevant and it helps to add a bit of interest to the trail.
Thanks sushilord for the cache.

After the adventure of getting the coordinates I needed a PAF to help me find the cache. TFTC
Thanks sushilord for a great cache. I was held up by the rain this morning and messed up one of the waypoints. I did some sleuthing at home and conjured up a likely final for another outing this afternoon. Plenty of places or the hide but the clue got me over the line. Lid broken contents a ok though
Walk with the geo-pup to collect all the info, then had our doubts when our coords were in the middle of the tracks. Searched high and low around what we thought the hint referred to and had given up when Ol had one last look and spotted it from another angle. TFTC
Picking up a few multi's this year that have been outstanding for a long time, this being one of them .
Worked our way down the track, having to back track a couple of times after overshooting some of the waypoints .
Quickly found. TNLNSL.
Does this art appeal to us [?]. Yes, but only at a passing glance and is quickly forgotten . It's more of a reminder of getting our fingers caught in the chain (when it came off) as a kid !
Thanks Sushilord.

TFTC sushilord. Solved this ages ago, but had trouble originally with the find. Went for another look today and found it straight off. Cool!
Cycled along this Mike Turtur bike way and I thought I would do this multi-cache along the way. I quite enjoyed this artwork as it is can easily blend in the background, but nicely themed. I also really enjoyed the quotes here/there also. It’s a good multi-cache to be able to notice the linked artwork, although I was sort of hoping GZ would be closer to the end of the trail, than where it was.
At GZ, had a look around for five minutes and I was doubting my coordinates as it seemed to be over the fence. However after starting to scan, I found the cache in a spot I suspected where it may be. Thanks for this one, it was good to discover, cheers.

As the Adders are not the peddling types it was a geo mobile and foot attempt, back and forth to get all the info needed. Glad to get this pain in the rear multi off the list at last. Now for some lunch. Thanks for the cache and placement They call this art? No2 LinkedIn ___ Find Number #3945 at 11:21 Hours
Another DNF hunting day with Doctor Owl and Mrs. SA. Sewer Rats. Of course it wasn't just going to be DNF's there were quite a few solved puzzles to find also and there was no way I was just going to drive straight past an unfound cache.
This was really, really weird. This was on the Rats DNF list and she had done the hard work once already. Owl had already done it but as we drove towards it I pointed out the way points. Then at GZ I walked straight up to it and had a big case of deja vu. It will be there I said and it was. Checked my GPS and it was showing unfound yet I am sure I had already done it! Now it is done AND logged! [:o)]

Out with Doctor Owl and Brisal5 for a day of fun, laughs and caches.
We were on a mission to find DNFs and any caches on the way around.
Mrs Rat put her paw on the cache.
Log stamped and replaced.
Lucky for us there were no muggles around. TFTC

Goodlook and I always have a good time caching together and in the nice sunshine today we completed a set of interesting caches. Liked this one, took a while and the hide was good and it took a while.
Thanks sushilord

The lovely Feathertop and I met up today for a spot of caching and lunch. What a beautiful day to be enjoying some sunshine.
A fair bit of walking was involved with this one, what was Snap Happy meaning in his log when he said it was a quick park and grab? LOL
Always nice to do a multi, especially with a friend.
Thanks so much for the cache sushilord!

Got a bike for Christmas this piece of the track is on one of my midweek rides. Last week I cycled and took photos, worked out where GZ was one morning at work and today collected the prize on the ride. Once I figured out the clue I eventually found the cache I just couldn't see it for looking. TFTC very enjoyable and I do like the art. 1st multi of the year.
So, for some time now this cache has been on my radar but I never got around to making an attempt on it, that was until today however as I finally decided to give it a crack. It wasn’t long before I had a good-looking set of coordinates in hand and I made my way over too gz to begin my search. Once there I had to wait for a few muggles across the street to go inside so they wouldn’t see me looking suspicious and once they were gone I began my search. Despite my gps being a little off I knew roughly where I was meant to be looking and after a few minutes the cache was in hand, the log signed and I was on my way.

Late Sat alvo (19/8/17) on my way to a Cacher Meet up at the Bay, I did the solving / WP-grabbing as I made my way along this trail, which was actually reasonably quiet at that time. Once I had all the WP's I did the calculations but was running too short of time so I left it for after the event. After the event the good time was just a bit "too-good" re the beverage side of things [B)] lol and I had to abandon it till today

I had done the hard work on this one a long while ago and was saving it for a day I needed a cache to keep my streak going but my streak ended ( day 656 ) when I wrote my car off. After picking up a game piece tb that you have to drop in 24 hours I remembered about this cache and walked down the trail to gz to drop it off. Found cache on the ground as the magnetic seems to lost its strength. Stamped log and replaced were I found it but covered it in cammo.
Solved this one a long time ago...then forgot about finding the cache. Returned today with the dog and found it quickly. Thanks for a lovely hide and an interesting GZ.

I was cycling along the trail again today,
and had remembered that this multi was on the way
So with waypoints in the GPS,
I quickly came up with a set of coordinates in the middle of The Pat
A quick fudge of a couple of numbers and a sensible looking location for the cache was worked out
A bit later ....
.... and I stopped where the GPS said and found the cache
Phew !!!

I started this on a walk along the tram line in early April. On that day there were just the two of us. - Me and a lady cacher.
Chelle had done this last November and so I was looking by myself.
I worked out final coords that day but decided not to go straight to them but would call back later. Somehow time passed- something to do with Chelle and I spending quite a bit of time in a coffee lounge in Glenelg working out if we really did like each other as much we thought we might.
As it turned out we did and today the two of us were in the area so she brought me here to get the grab (of the cache).

**this is a late log** I have recently made a major upgrade to my GSAK license and found this lovely feature that automatically tells me what caches I have marked found in GSAK but never logged on geocaching.com!! Yay, Clyde, you can have my money anytime! The caches I am logging in this batch were ones I did in 2016. I cache with an assortment of cachers and never alone. In 2016 I cached with Moneydork, Ride the GeoWalrus, Locus Cacher, Liz & Bruce and Team Zouk. My log should match up with one of theirs. I enjoy every cache find I have made and do not for one second take for granted the effort going into each one, its just I'm very bad at logging my finds and I'm trying to improve. To improve I have to reduce the quality of my log and just get it over with -- for now. If I can form a good habit again I will return to my once more meaningful logging. Thanks heaps for hiding caches around South Australia that I could find!
Fin-al-ly! Gosh. Fifth time lucky, and with help. The puzzle was fine (although the first co-ordinates I had made me laugh... would I find art here? An emphatic 'no'... but then I remembered Lady Gaga...hmm maybe, then...). Turns out I was overthinking it with the find once I had the correct co-ordinates. Vowed I would find it today even if it led to my arrest LOL Thanks so much Sushilord - I loved this one, and am about to go look at the others you suggested
Found with 2011*turtle. We enjoyed this multi - as non-cyclists it showed us an interesting area of the cycle track that we would not have seen if not for geocaching! TFTC
Stopped and checked the welfare of this cache on the way to work. It's there, snug as a bug in a rug.
Out with 3LG and the x-trailers. Gwen guessed the end as we started discussing along the trJack. We did all the waypoints before getting to gz. A great cache and a favourite point
Had fun working out the numbers required
Took us all of 2 minutes to locate the cache once at gz
Found with EARTHLIGHT and 3LG

Being such a nice night there is only one thing to do...go caching : ) picked up earthlight and The X-Trailers and headed down to this part of town, we started this one and since we needed the other side we kept collecting caches along the way so this one was done over a bit of time, once we had all the info it was a cacse of working out if there was sinners and saints and soon had a possible GZ, found in the first spot we looked, love it when that happens : ) TFTC

Managed to do this one fairly quickly. The container was damp and I didn't dare to undo the clip for the fear of disintegrating the log. Put in a piece of paper and enclosed the old and the new log in a sealable plastic bag. Thanks sushilord.
Yay we found it. Our first multi cache. Took us a while but we found it in the end. Tftc!
I looked for this cache yesterday and came home a failure. I wanted to find it so so bad as i wanted to find it before emma1478 as we had discuss finding this cache as an easy multi cache to do to get the souvenir for this august. As i looked today at the logbook i was horrified that emma1478 had found it and not told me. I was determined to find this cache now so i headed back to find it. We searched for a long time today and in the end i called emma1478 to find where it was. I was annoyed when she told me where it was as i had looked at that spot for a long time both times. Thanks for the cache. [:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!]
Out for the day with Bek-theraccoon, aiming to take care of some of the puzzles we have solved together at recent puzzle events. Of course, we might have become a little side tracked and found some trads along the way.
Bek had done most of the leg work on this one, and from that we had a plausible GZ which resulted in a quick find. Later, I then made use of a certain street viewing tool to get the exact numbers for the puzzle out.
This was find number 6 of 6 for the afternoon for me. TFTC sushilord!

After several stops and a lot of looking the cache was soon in hand interesting artwork
Having dropped the daughter at school with bags for camp, I thought I'd enjoy the morning before work with a fun little cache.
Did the points as a drive-by and soon had coordinates in hand.
Off to GZ and with no muggles around it was in the first area I checked, although not the first spot. I may have been a few metres out with the GPSr, but thankfully caching logic was correct with my first guess.
A nice set of art pieces, although I will always think of them now whilst looking at contacts whilst job-hunting on LinkedIn.

They might call this stupid. 46 forecast maximum and do a 10 point multi in the middle of the day.
I gathered the clues but didn't do the working out until home in the cool.
Came back today after going to the gym (only 42 today) and made the quick find and sign.
It's a shame more people don''t do multis as they can be quite good fun.
This one is well set out and doable in the most part from the car.

Rode down to the bay with little shonky and my nephew from Hong Kong. On the way down we gathered all the information, and on the way back we picked up the cache. Nice one, these things weren't here last time I rode down this track. And the section in Glenelg East is almost complete
Owl did the trail (by car and claw) a few weeks ago and came up with impossible numbers. Back home she realised she hadn’t followed the instructions and when you do, a nice set of coordinates emerges. Was back in the area with Raven and a quick search found the cache. A neighbouring muggle who had been practicing cacher deception techniques approached us, wondering why people were still turning up to find ‘that eclipse tin’. We explained it was permanent, but that we weren’t supposed to be seen retrieving it. She agreed she’d seen nothing. BTW, if the art gallery thinks a dead horse with too many legs is art, then this definitely is!
while Dr Owl did all the work finding, working out the coordinates and figuring out were it was, Sister Raven waltzed in and collected the Cache from a secret location, bonus points if you get a muggle asking what we were doing from her house!
Your cache was found as part of Sister Raven’s Australian Scout Geocaching Competition entry.

We decided to give this a shot. The only problem is that we didn't have bikes. The pahero would have to do. Go for it.
Armed with 3 bright torches, it was possible to drive and shine and get the required info. We only missed the last couple of decimals but that narrowed the search down.
Had we sinned[?] Were we saints[?] We got the clue and hence the cache. We didn't say amen. Instead, we could have done with some sushi and wasabi. [^]

Arrived at the given coords and realised that we could do a drive by of the first eight waypoints. Torches pointed like a taxi or a pizza delivery van. Some quick calcs and a little jetsking we arrived at GZ. With +40,000 caches finds between the three of us the cache did not stand a chance.

This cache was found using a Garmin Montana 650t. Waypoints and paperless geocaching downloaded via GSAK 8.
This was another case of a full on day caching!
I started with 3 caches early in the day while out on my own and then met up with muff1 and TheSA cousins at about 2.30pm.
Immediately, we piled into one car and took off for a potential FTF, as per directions from Mrs muff1 via remote control
By the time I dropped TheSA cousins back at her car at about 3am (Mr muff1 had escaped our caching run at about 9.30pm), I had attempted 20 caches with 19 positive locus cache events and only 1 DNF I also had two FTF's on Saturday and started Sunday with another FTF at 00.50am
Also managed to get two of my nemesis caches turned into smileys
Mind you, we did have a day/night with high muggle involvement as we had to educate a muggle lady (who was last seen heading off to Google 'geocaching', a security guard and his boss and two SAPOL officers.
How hard can a 2 1/2 star difficulty cache be[?] [?] [?]
About 10 PAF calls, over two hours of wondering, obtaining clues, searching possible GZ and just wondering what we were missing!
Eventually we managed to get set upon the right track to understand what was required in order to work out the GZ coords (thanks to a PAF call to someone who is familiar with CO's style!) and headed to GZ. Not sure how bloody far we walked as we were talking the whole way
At GZ, we had a muggle watching us as we searched for over an hour and made numerous more PAF calls until eventually we confirmed with CO that our coords were, in fact, correct but our creative and, we thought, enlightened understanding of the hint was NOT what CO had intended
After that call to CO, it was about 10 minutes before the cache was in my hands and a VERY happy happy dance ensued at our FTF! [^] Woohoo!! FTF!!
TheSA cousins then went over and informed the watching muyggle of what we had been doing and so now, when you feel watched, she is probably laughing at your efforts as she is the one that was going to Google

FTF with SA cousins and Locus Cache. The call came from the Nullarbor that there was a new cache and we were on our way. This was a great cache and had us on the hunt for quite awhile. SL TFTC
