With the rumour of a future archive happing we had a flurry of activity and focused on this series - and being of the older generation proved “You Are Never Too Old To Learn” Out and about on a Geelong multi mission with two wise maidens - Cybergran and Surefoot24 and had a great day playing eye spy in the name of this great game. The number crunching gave me brain fatigue but got there with some collective computations! TFTC AND THE FUN suscoe- we appreciate the effort going into creating these even if occasionally somewhat evil!
We had a plan today, a plan that included picking up the rest of this series, but with a few others thrown in for good measure. We may have been a little ambitious with our list, so this was quickly changed to just focusing on this soon to be archived series.
The puzzle had been solved for awhile now, and just waiting for collection.
Steve dropped me off in the vicinity of GZ as he went to find a parking spot, but as I had left my phone in the car and unable to pinpoint exactly where I should be looking, I resorted to checking everything. When Steve arrived, he immediately informed me I was searching the wrong side. This took some time, but luckily the little blighter was eventually spotted.
Thanks suscoe for another great puzzle and that sneaky hide.

A trio from the Zoom Codecrackers group agreed to meet in Geelong today from various parts of the State, to try and locate this series of caches, which we’d previously solved, as we had been informed that they were to be archived shortly.
So Ronice (from Harrietville), Elizabeth (from Phillip Island) and Val (from Shepparton), agreed to sign the logs as REV, to save time and paper.
This was the second for the day in this series.
My turn to find this one, and I suspect our car might have been illegally parked here, so we quickly added our acronym to the log as it was time to shift the car, and head to the next one.
Thanks Suscoe I really enjoyed working out the puzzle for this one.

This puzzle took quite a bit of research to complete and a boost during our on line Zoom session of puzzle solving helped. Great questions to find out about. One very useful hint we got was how to get historic web pages. Very useful here. GZ found REV (Ronice, Elizabeth and Val) in a narrow laneway away from the nearby very busy Highway. It was relatively Muggle free for us to make our find here.
Almost at the deadline for this series, better find some more. 5000 footballers at the other gz, this one was deserted and an easier find than some of the others in the series. Our puzzle group solved this one together. This one was a little tricker to solve and I learnt a new trick to look at old websites. Tftc.
We had solved almost all the Never Too Old To Learn series when we heard they were going to be archived so needed to find a couple of days to spend in Geelong. The puzzle solving group held a night with Suscoe which we weren’t able to attend but caught up with later and with the help of this plus a couple of nudges from other cachers we solved them all. A bit tricky to find accomodation being school holidays and also our resident puppy minder being away himself and aiming for dog friendly accomodation. Eventually we were able to organise our niece to puppy sit and now on the day just a couple of things to do before we can leave for Geelong. Unfortunately the last thing took till nearly 7pm so we didn’t arrive in Geelong till nearly 9pm so no caching Thursday night! We checked out next morning and headed off and this was the next NTOTL cache. The puzzle was straighforward and GMelb soon had the co-ords. As for the cache, well that took quite a bit longer! We had missed it on the first sweep through and so looked everywhere else. Finally retracing our steps GMelb made the find!

Had done a lot of homework for this but got a few answers wrong, so glad I had some help from the puzzle solving group. Easy find at GZ but surprised the last log was 2021. Here in Geelong to find most of this series before it disappears.
I just checked and although the on line logs say some finders this year, what I signed doesn't. Are there 2 caches near by perhaps?
Luckily our puzzle group had looked at this one and it was a joint effort to solve. Catching up with Connie and Rick to pick up a few caches today
Caching Geelong with Jenno3 and kenare today. I'm amazed at how busy this place is. A quick find once the coast was clear. tftc
another on our solved pile that gave us a kick to hurry and find it....here with kenare and kenbryl to try and get kenare closer to her milestone.....another cool puzzle tftc
Jenno3 solved this one ages ago and we haven’t really been around here to make the find until today. I’m pretty sure the last we cached in Geelong was one night when we came down in our pjs!!! Tftc which we were only just able to reach!!
I learn something about these school.
Lucky no muggles around later in the afternoon.
Great hide.
Thanks for an interesting information and cache.

Decided to use my physical activity allowance during lockdown wisely and went to find this cache. This is my first find in this series and found the puzzle very enjoyable. I could have picked a better time to try find this cache. It was windy, rainy and bloody freezing. I actually had a little trouble with the find but with a clue from Dromaniax i soon had cache in hand.
Thanks for the cache

We had to travel to Geelong today for a dental appointment. We used to hate them until we found the most awesome dentist in Geelong. Once we had finished there, it was time to grab a few caches before heading back home to do some work. We solved this puzzle a few weeks ago one wild and wintry night, and today was the day to head out and find it. We needed to be stealthy as there was a muggle getting a breath of fresh air around 10 meters away, but this very clever hide makes it easy to be stealthy. The cache is in excellent condition and the camo is very clever. Thank you for this cache suscoe.
Suscoe dropped by this cache on a wet Saturday afternoon in Geelong.
It was just where we expected it to be, and it is in great condition waiting to be found.

As COVID-19 has forced us to more time inside what a great opportunity to complete those puzzles that you just don't have time to complete. Now with 3 Hours set aside we were armed withe pencil and paper ready to grind through those Never Too Old To Learn caches starting with this one. Collected all the letters rather easily but needed some CO guidance when it came to working out the Final Numbers, must have taken along time to put the puzzle together. Once we checked the Coordinates with the CO and got the thumbs up we were out early the next day on the bikes to put our name in the log book. We crossed a practically empty Latrobe Terrace and then found the cache quickly once the GPS stopped jumping around. Cache in good condition, Thanks Suscoe for a great puzzle

Spending a day in Geelong for the Flash mob and some caches afterwards with Alansee. Alansee had done the work on this one - I was just along for the ride. He made a very quick find.
My thanks to suscoe for the cache.

Out with Muzza today. Slowly working my way through these ones. Harder ones to come!
Found with Coruze
We pulled up at this one and once again dad and Rinny jumped out and went for a stroll down the alley towards GZ, which we laughed at that there is nothing dodgy about that AT ALL......
Anyway, with eyes in the back of ours heads on alert, the cache was found after a short search and we scribbled our names in the log.
Cheers

Found while visiting teamashy this time. Decided a Sunday morning would be a good time to look. Arrived at GZ and a quick find. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
A great study was just cast where they got 3 groups of people! All of older age. 1 group was given the opportunity to go to uni for 3 years an do a free degree, one group was to do a puzzle of sorts a day and the other was to do no puzzles or brain training in the time! Google to find out more
An 80 year old bushfire[?][?]
Apparently the ageing Bushfire aka Red Ant was having an 80th birthday party and since I owed him a mug or two, I really wanted to attend.
So Rex and I headed off in the Corolla for what ended up being a 4 day road trip to Geelong, Warrnambool and back to Shepparton during which I finally finished the Victorian Premiers whereigo [^][|)]
Had some great company exploring around Geelong prior to the birthday event, we attended 2 flashmobs and yes... I even managed to get pulled over by the police in Geelong (apparently a case of mistaken identity ) on the way to the 3am flashmob and the other geocachers in the car in front of me didn't even realise and just left me! [:o)][:o)]
The next day Rex and I spent ages in the Botanic Park doing a Bushfire multi and sadly we had to bother to CO for a nudge (with a bloody hammer). Then to cap it off, a muggle found the cache for us
I finally got to drive on the GOR and I have to say that I was so glad that I wasn't on my motorbike as it was rainy and blowing a gale for almost the whole road
We saw glow worms [^] and thoroughly enjoyed clear skies and no rain as we did so [^] although bering in there on my own at 2.30am was a bit freaky , then the moment we got back in the car, the rain and wind started again
We spent the night on the way to Warrnambool on the side of the road only to find in the morning that we'd been sleeping right on the edge of a cemetery
All in all an amazing, scenic and fun trip [^] where there was 6 DNFs and 63 cache finds over the 4 days
As I am about 8 months behind in logging, I'm resorting to template logs to catch up.
My heartfelt thanks to the COs who have placed some tricky, funny, exercise required, scary, interesting and devious caches in some amazing spots! [^]
Rex and I have had some amazing adventures and enjoyed some incredible moments thanks to this fantastic hobby

This was a fun puzzle but once I'd answered all the questions I was perplexed as to what to do next, regarding the P pattern in the description. I tried a few things but nothing worked, then when I came back to it, I tried something else and bingo!
The area around GZ was totally deserted but as I got closer I heard voices. They were coming from around the corner, just out of sight for me to do my thing. Luckily it was a quick find and I was signing my name in no time.
Thanks suscoe!

Had this Cache on a list of 6+ months unloved for a challenge cache in Melbourne. Started working on the questions after quickly identifying the school, only to notice a few of them seemed a little, well, NQR. A quick PM to CO which was promptly answered confirmed my suspicions that some of the pertinent info relating to this educational institution had changed.
CO had the questions updated incredibly quickly, and I was able to go back later in the day and finish them off. A slight change in approach to the cipher from my original thought was suggested and taken on board, leading to a successful set of co-ords. Quick drive by on the cache after a late night meeting tonight resulted in a quick find in the dark (geosenses were rather on point today, a pleasant change!) & a signed log to cap off a day totaling circa 4 years of 'unloved' finds.
TFTC CO, looking forward to taking on some more of this series.

After working out all the questions, ended up with the wrong answer. Stuggled to make sense of p=11, asked for some advise from thomo31, who inturn asked the C/O. With there helpful hint in hand worked this one out, headed out with destinyruler and she was quick to spot this one. TFTC!
Knew what school this was straight away as I went here and answered all the qns and couldn't figure out what to do next and shelved it for ages. Back into it this week and re-solved all the qns and still got stuck on p=11. Omg after a hint from my sister and co it all made sense and a fast find while catching Pokémon tftc!!
The first rains and bitterly cold wind joined Mr & Mrs Spook49 to recover the first of suscoe's "Never to old to learn series."
Located in a position worthy of an immediate grab and spotted early on approach.
Love it when it all goes to plan as many of ours do NOT. Ha Ha.
TFTC suscoes and all your maintenance.

Having had this one solved for quite some time, today I was in the area on foot. I made a beeline for GZ and found the cache hiding there. Thanks suscoe, I am looking forward to finding more of this series.
Down Geelong for the weekend. After an awesome event yesterday,it was great to be out finding this series today with Happy Pants. Really love the old historical features in this area.
Loving this series!!!!
Cheers for the cache

After a big day of cooking and family/friend celebrations on Christmas day, I jumped in my car about 8pm Christmas night and decided to travel to Victoria, from Adelaide, in order to attend an event.... spend time with some of my extra special Victorian geocaching buddies....AND...find some caches - this being one that I targeted.
I travelled to a variety of places including: Melton, Bendigo, Mt Disappointment, Werribee, Geelong, Ballarat and Horsham.
A fun and spontaneous caching trip across the border, gotta love that! I will return soon!
Thanks so much for the cache suscoe!

This one actually took quite a time to extract the correct information from the web. At one stage I was researching a similar but wrong school!
Anyway I have waited ages to swing by here and collect. I should have had a go when the flash mob event was on before Xmas but ran out of time. Goodlook and I arrived here on a wet and humid Wednesday and had the place to ourselves. The GPS settled and there it was!
Thanks suscoe

Mega Weekend was apon us so off to Victoria we go... Plans have been in place for a while now to attend the Mega in Anglesea with the FurfacesLL ladies. So we did a heap of puzzle solving in the lead up in preperation as we just never know where we will end up on these adventures.
Flew out of Canberra Friday lunchtime and came home on Sunday afternoon, collected many caches across the weekend and ran into quite a few cachers, including some local Canberra ones [:p]
Still wandering around Geelong after dinner and this was our next targeted puzzle. Some of these "You Are Never Too Old To Learn" puzzles had me scratching my head, while others were nice and easy. No issues with the cache find

Plans were made to head to another Melbourne Mega Event with Rapidlywild. We spent many a late night in the months leading up the event solving the chosen ones from our list, this series made the list.
We arrived at lunchtime and after heading into the city to feed our other addiction, we hit the trail on our drive down to Geelong, our track mapped out. The short drive from the airport to our accommodation was not to be, but worth it as we were glad to be rewarded with the find. Thanks for an enjoyable series of puzzles.

Found by Mary & David at 1150. Seems we solved this one a couple of years ago, but never got around to finding it. Decided to try for a few solved puzzles around Geelong today. Interested to learn more about your careers, and no spelling mistakes either. Parked a short walk away and GZ was all clear. Spotted the container after a minute or so. Our thanks to suscoe.
Managed to sort out some of the answers but had to hand it over to robber44 with his superior googling skills to work out the coordinates for GZ. Once there, parked and a quick stroll to retrieve the cache. TFTC and the series.
Back in the area for a few days, so time to clean up some caches we have been wanting to pickup for a while. Geo-wife has been busily solving puzzles so it was a great day out making the finds to complete the deal. Our intrepid group consisted of cjfinda, robber44, a couple of slightly reluctant geo-kids and myself. Another clever series of puzzles solved and a chance to collect. TFTC
Just a little bit excited by this one - GZ is near an intersection I relate to. Thanks heaps, Suscoe!
Had to get my homework corrected by the Teachers - only perfection gets you to GZ. But once corrected it was a nice afternoon in a quiet place to quickly lay a hand on the prize. TFTC
There was no time to go searching for eggs today, there were caches to be found !! I have had some solved co-ords sitting on my desk for far too long. Today I took the opportunity to grab a hat trick of suscoe caches. The puzzles ranged from doable to the very frustrating, but thankfully they were all fun !! Thanks for providing some exercise for my brain. I am slowly crossing these off my "to collect" list. Yet another puzzle that was unloved, 261 days to be exact !! TFTC suscoe
Out and about in Geelong today. I've had a great week staying with my Dad in Leopold and today I thought I'd go around town ticking a few puzzles off the list.
Thanks to all the COs for their efforts!
Another P&G here, however I did have to dart in for retrieval and replacement between the tradesmen working in the factory next door. I'm sure the wondered what I was doing but none caught me in the caching act, just strangely loitering in the lane on my phone.

Today turned out lovely and quiet for mum and a couple of the girls to go hunting for this one, dad having done all the hard work a few days earlier. Thanks to suscoe for the fun!
[red]Find #1966 Mystery #86 [/red]
Today was the day to pick up some multi's and some mystery's that I haven't to collected yet in the area. After seeing this puzzle, I was sure that I was onto the name straight away. But it didn't stop there. Plenty of searching and page clicking and the information I needed started to drop. A little tricky on a couple but soon the check sum added up. Today was the day to grab this one, a tricky little hide too I must say. Signed and returned as found.
[blue]Thanks for this mystery cache, suscoe. Cache and log in good condition TNLN [/blue]

Looking at some of the ? caches in the area today, trying to work out was achievable for us. With a smidge of local knowledge and a lot of Google power, we got all of the homework done. I don't think we had one of the answers quite right but we stumbled through the maths and got the check sum to work out correctly.
As we arrived at GZ, no muggles were about at this time of night. A quick find here with absolutely spot on co ords. Thanks suscoe for the effort that you've obviously put in here.

Out with Yoshi Warriors and Snap Happy today caching around Geelong, I was fortunate to have smarter caching friends than myself as Yoshi had worked this out previously and made short work of todays find. Tftc suscoe for the cache.
In Geelong for the Christmas Smorgasbord events. I worked out the puzzle at home a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed this one, it was challenging and had me googling and searching the net for quite a while. After working out GZ, I checked street view on google maps and had a guess where it would be in which I was right, different container than what I expected though. Thanks Suscoe for the cache and the challenging puzzle.
We are slowly getting through Geelong's puzzles, working one at a time. Some we are good at and others not so good, but this series seems to suit our strengths.
After rectifying a few mistakes and working out the simple pattern , we soon had all the correct numbers to hit GZ.
Thanks suscoe for the research homework and for this cache that we hit on a lazy, muggle free Sunday.

Finally decided to have a crack at some of these and being a not so attentive student I found most the answers I needed, except 2-3 and manage to work the rest out thanks to the check some and a bit of deduction.
Had my chance tonight while grabbing a few more local caches to add to my smiley list and a muggle free find here tonight!

I took a total random guess at the second clue here, still don't know the local geographical landmark (am I stupid???), but all was good, coz we found the geocaching landmark. Thanks for the history lesson and bringing us here, and for the cache.
Sorry for the late log. I had signed the log but forgot to log on line.
Had a look at which puzzle to challenge next and noticed I had already done this one, I got stuck on one of the questions with conflicting information. Once that was sorted I set of to GZ for the very tricky hide.

Our second attempt at this one and we were a bit red faced as it was a quick find even with a distracted muggle nearby as we neary didn't need to stop to make the grab. Lacking a pen we did a blocky back to the car and back again to make the return with the muggle.
Thanks for the puzzle and the hunt

Back in geelong and finally managed to tick this one off as previous attempts were abandoned due to high muggle activity. Today the wet weather kept the muggles at bay and yeeha the jungle parted and not a wildebeast was in sight. Parked the jeep and nabbed the cache while little blue hen kept a finger on the trigger and a sharp eye out for predators. TFTCSL
Another Monday had come around again, this time it was a public holiday, so that gave us more time to cache. My good Mate Roostaman had been staying with me for a few days before he had to head to Geelong, this worked well as we met up with my usual parnter in caching crime TrailRunning, We had a great day/night of caching, lots of walking and riding with lots of good times. Thnaks suscoe for the cache.
Rebel Acts, Roostaman and I decided a cache run to Geelong was on the cards for the Public Holiday. Given Roosta was staying in Geelong it was an ideal plan. Rebel and I have been collecting caches recently in this area but there are still many more to do. It was a warm day with the occasional threatening rain but yet it was still ideal for caching. Lots of laughs and plenty of walking. Thanks to all the CO's for their efforts. This had us going for a bit but got it. Time to cash in.
# 7759 Found on the 7th leg of our S.K.I.D.R.O. adventure.
Met up with Rebel Acts and Trailrunning once again for another great adventure on a quiet Public Holiday. As TR said it was warm but with the occasional sprinkle and threat of more rain, and yet it was still a perfect day out. As usual with these 2 there was much to laugh at and some very good hides found. We got a good start on the bike trail before the day came to an end.
Not many muggles around and a quick find on most of them. Yes, never too old, that's for sure. Still learning today.
Thanks for the cache suscoe,
Roostaman.

Tried to do this one in the dark after working out some co-ords at home. Unfortunately also didnt take a torch with us so ee were flying blind. After searching every conceivable spot or as we thought after a hint from a friend the cache was in our hands. One again thanks Suscoe for causing screaming at our house . TFTC
Checked the cache this afternoon,
the cache is still there tucked up all safe and sound.

I worked this on out a couple of weeks ago and decided to grab it while in the area. The prime hide at GZ failed to reveal a cache for us today, our 3rd DNF in a row
After some help from owners and 3 days of calc, calc and recalc finally got to gz! Once there instant find as done few of these hides before. Look forward to tackling part two!
After working out the maths on this one I collected this on my lunch break. Thanks for getting me to use my brain. Day 28 of 31
Walked past here Yesterday when the street was in lockdown with police everywhere! Thought it would be better to visit it at another time.
Returned shortly after midnight as it was only a short detour on our way home.
The log was signed after completely forgetting what day it was. (Very tired!)

I enjoyed learning about the Matthew Flinders school and had the puzzle solved(?) a few weeks ago. Saving this one for the August streak. Found the sneaky hide this morning for the 10/31 with accurate co-ordinates from the solution. Well done suscoe on another very cleverly constructed puzzle and cache.
Absolutely loved working this one out, and learning all about Matthew Flinders College. Loved the hide, very well done... TFTC
The homework for this assignment was completed weeks ago but several concerted attempts to find this elusive little beggar proved fruitless , however every cloud has a silver lining as they say and with the rain arriving and looking set to stay for a good long while, this was just about the closest cache to home which had yet to be found and a quick find was necessary to get my little piece of art for the day before netball beckoned once again.
Fortunately, after a "chance" meeting with Bushfire at a recently published cache on Monday, some assistance on the location of this cache (but not the hide type) was provided not so much in the form of a gentle nudge, but more a full on tackle.
As a result, a quick find was made today in a place which had been "checked" several times before and so, another of those annoying little question marks floating around in Corio Bay will now become a smiley!
Thanks Suscoe for broadening Buckleysbabe's education and another "how the hell did I miss that" find!

Find #1407 @ 1823
Found with ABL973, Square_pegs and GazaC. This was found while in the Geelong area for a big day of caching. Another cool puzzle in this series that I've enjoyed a lot, thanks suscoe.

Thank you Sir, I've completed my homework, I can now go play outside with my friends.
With four blokes searching, this hide didn't allude us too long.
Thanks yet again for my education suscoe!

With a little googling I soon had the answers to this homework task. Under the cover of darkness we had the entire area to ourselves and soon spotted this neatly hidden cache. Thanks to suscoe for the cache.
Today's caching run with Square_Pegs, Gazac and Two_Drew's started just before sunrise on a cold overcast Saturday. With the team assembled and the car fueled we headed westward with a list of caches we were keen to find. Another in the series completed and I've learnt a little bit more.
Thanks to suscoe for hiding this cache and for bringing me here today.

Tried twice today to nail this little blighter before departing for home in NZ. Persistent muggles both times visited thwarted my efforts. Next time. Thanks Suscoe for the series.
Tricky little blighter, Well hidden. I like your style. Thanks to suscoe for your help and patience in my lack of confidence in doing your puzzles. Another great hide.
After reading the description this was an easy one to solve since i myself am a past student of Matthew Flinders and knew all the answers in no time.
and was an easy and cleaver find

Had worked on this cache a lot over the last couple of days with help from the co's.
Had gone to the gz once looking for something in mind but with the time of day l figured l need to come back at a later date.
Came back today with friends who had also been working on these caches and as soon as l arrived at the gz within minutes l had my hand on the cache. I dont know how l missed it

What better way to learn about the history, of some of Geelong's many and varied Educational Institutions, than by doing our homework. The theory session went very smoothly and we were excited about moving on to the practical! Well that was a whole different story - a number of visits were thwarted by muggles, vehicles, or both. After a PAF check confirmed we were at the correct spot , finally today the coast was clear and we were able to tick this one off.
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt suscoe.

Find # 3871 @ 3:12 PM. I am not usually any good at solving puzzle caches but I just solved #2, but this one wasnt as easy, ended up solving it the long way and got confirmation from the owners then even had trouble finding the cache and had to get more help. TNLN, Left my mark in the log, Thanx Suscoe for your assistance and the cache....
Due to a mishap the log has been replaced.
A clean sheet will greet the next finder.
Thanks to Clogwog for the heads up!

This was A's former school too so some of the questions were quite easy. It was surprising to see how many of my former teachers (who seemed sooooo old 20+ years ago) are still at the school.
A quick and easy grab on a hot and quiet Sunday.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane, suscoe. Looking forward to seeing more in the series.

Well we also did our homework but used the original questions which led us astray. We knew of old that teachers are never wrong so we persisted for several hours and decided that we could claim the dog ate our homework!!
Armed with revised instructions the homework was do ready to submit for marking. Surprise we got an elephant stamp!!
Now motivated in our studies we look forward to future lessons from Suscoe.

Did my homework on the weekend and got the results I wanted. Google was good to me and the Maths all worked.
My Mum went to this school but that was a long time ago.
Turned up bright and early at GZ and luck was on my side as I located the hide quite quickly. I could see some not being as lucky as what I was today as it is a sneaky hide.
Well done Suscoe on your first cache. I enjoyed the puzzle and the hide and it gets a favorite point from me.

After working on my homework for hours I finally came up with my sums being correct. I had letters and numbers going all over my paper as well as google going frantically backwards and forwards before the check sum worked. One answer was incorrect because I didn't read the question properly and it was not the one you are thinking of. My friend B. alerted me to that fact.
So I decided that I would tackle this one first today. It was going to be hot and I thought the area at GZ would be busy.
That was not the case. The name of the street very appropriate.
Maybe I need to go back to school before the next ones in the series come. Then iIwont have such a muddle/mess on my working papers. Wont get 'old timers' with that sort of homework!

You have probably been wondering why Bushfire and others had not yet found this one. Bushfire and I put our heads together at gym yesterday and after dinner last night to determine why we couldn't come up with a plausible result. It still didn't work. So another check over our answers this morning and the little light went on and hey presto the co-ordinates were there! Quick phone call to the ageing Bushfire to arrange to pick him up and off we went to the cache. On arrival at GZ the Easter Bunny was hopping about but had not found the cache. So, we made this one a joint 2TF, SL and continued discussing where the three of went wrong.
Thanks for the well thought out cache suscoe. I certainly know a lot about Mrs Suscoe's secondary school now.

Grreeeee I hated teachers and their homework. “You are never too old to learn” How True.
Congratulations to the suss_ vulture team on their very quick response for the FTF and for their homework on this unusual but intriguing puzzle.
I am afraid we do need teachers and fifty years ago I married one and she still tries to point me in her direction but does not always succeed.
I had all the answers except one correct and was surprised to find out that the other two cachers today had the same problem!
Well I now know that four cachers all had this same answer to one of the questions so after locating this very good hide I was back to the computer and discovered why we were sent on a wild goose chase because there are two different answers that the CO’s checkers did not pick up.
Don’t worry because I have made mistakes with caches that I have placed only to be picked up after it has been published.
My wife went to this school and has a number of books that has been published over the years but now I know an awful lot more about this school.
I am dreading the thought of more homework if there are more in this series to come. I have lost count of the hours spent on this cache but I can say well done on your first cache but you have a small problem.
To future hunters just wait and it may get easier.
Thanks to the suscoe team for a very good first cache as I would expect and a favourite point from the ageing Bushfire who has less hair now not that I had much to start with.

After solving the puzzle last night and dreaming of letters equalling other letters equalling numbers, one of the bunnies made it to GZ this morning. After a brief look a muggle parked his car right at GZ and disrupted searching for a while. Soon another car cruised by and a familiar face was inside with GPS at the ready having done his homework. With 3 sets of eyes on the job the clever little hide was soon spotted. Great idea for a cache series. Can't wait for the lessons to continue!
Thanks to Cloudglider and Bushfire who alerted us to a small problem with one of our questions. Please note that question L has now been changed to avoid any confusion. Hopefully this will help anyone who may have been having trouble solving the puzzle.
