Second last of a few nighttime cache logged geofinds. While the cycleway is largely deserted yet illuminated brightly. Easy stroll 1km both ways from the northern find nearby. TFTC Morley196
Found It!A nice little walk and a quick find here with the hint. The contents of the cache are a bit wet.TFTC
We cycled up to GZ and with the good coords and hint made a quick find. Logsheet too wet to write in. Added a small logsheet in a small snaplock bag. TFTC Morley196
Some good and succesfull caching in the Parklands and Quakers Hill area. Had solved a lot of puzzles in preparation and also prepared myself for a lot of bike riding. Just had not counted on the weather not playing. Although mostly cloudy and only a few drops here and there, it was the heavens opening up about half way through the day, only 400 meters from the car but enough to get soaking wet!! Surprised this hasn't been found in over a year!!

Out on a lazy-ish day so went for a bit of 'freestyle' caching driving around the Warragamba area - i.e. no particular objective other than not needing to walk very far or search very long on such a warm day.
Tally for the day = 25.
Weirdest thing was, coords for most caches visited seemed to be out by 10 metres in the same direction. Perhaps Santa Claus will drop a new GPSr down my chimney.

23rd find of the day. Stopped in a pull-over on The Horsley Drive then biked it for this and another twoM7 Cycle Path caches in the area.

Cornered this blighter while the geobike stood guard. Many thanks to the CO Morley196 for establishing and maintaining yet another regional cache for the rest of us to enjoy hunting.
Arriving at GZ, as I was heading to it a black snake slithered a foot away from me. That scared the tripe out of me. TFTC
Between the station of the cross this morning and this afternoon's service for the passion of the Lord at my pariah I went for a quiet and reflective drive and grabbed a few caches there was an area of western Sydney not far from my place where I had a some unfound caches. Today on a beautiful good Friday with perfect weather I was able to find 8 caches. TFTC. HAVE A HAPPY EASTER.
Morley196 I found your cache M7- Horsley Park on 12/2/17, 9:10 am. This is my find #1827 and find #2 today. Out and about today, a quick find. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN
#2619 (7 of 7 today) (Streak day 248)
Was about to head out in the heat of the late morning when today's new caches were published. And the closest was 25 kilometres away!
OK, if I don't get there first there are a number of other caches I can grab to make the trip worthwhile.
Didn't get the First2Find, but got a lift around a few other caches in or near the park thanks to Team Webguy.
Then grabbed three more on a roundabout way home - including avenging a previous DNF.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
Final find of the day - a lonely unfound cache in the midst of a sea smilies. Can't let that stand.
So I parked near an entrance to the cycleway and walked to GZ.
A nice quick find after the camo was quickly spotted. The slow bit was navigating the long grass in case of slithering things - none spotted.
Completed signing duties and replaced - and no passing muggles (well none of the unmotorised sort) to be seen.
Time to head home.

Parked the car to the north and walked the 200m+. Near GZ the hint indicated two possibilities and I was already headed to he correct one as I read KRS's log.

2/12/15. 2:19 PM. Cache #3253. Streak day #528.
3rd of 4 - Horsley Park & Cabramatta.
My next one to get after "M7 Lighten up" - just a bit of a walk down the bike track. Once I got to GZ, there was an obvious cachers' trail leading to the published coordinates, but it wasn't until I'd varied my search about 2 decimals to the east that I made the find. Back up the track to the car and then there's on more to get today - "Cabra Creek". TFTC.

Sunday Morning, we are making our way up the coast but needed to bag a few caches. We had got the itch back lol Walking down the bike track today... we felt the only ones walking, we have been passed by atleast 100 bikes in 15 minutes of walking.
A pretty quick find here.. we felt like only people walking as we have been passed by what feels like a million bikes today. Tftc really enjoying getting the M7 done ever so slowly

Our second cache along the M7 today, and another easy one.
We spent yesterday bush caching in the lower Blue Mountains. At one point our talk turned to snakes, and how they would be more active now the weather was warming. Then we all noted that we had seen more snakes in suburbia than we ever had in the bush. We saw no snakes at all in the afternoon, over many kilometres of walking. At some point close to this cache, bikerbuddy stopped just ahead of me and pointed out where a snake had just vanished. It had been sunning itself on the bike track until we disturbed it.
Thanks

This was the second find along the M7 with Toriaz today as she took a spin on her new bike. We made a fairly easy find. I guy went past on one of those reclining bikes just as we were about to take off. I've always wondered what it would be like to ride one. Thanks Morley
#3154- After the Lighten up cache, I decide to walk to this one to get my step count up for the day. It seemed that after mishaps at the first two caches today that this one was going to be stress free. As I neared GZ I followed a bit of a caching trail and found the thorny bush first which promptly put a large slice in my thumb. I then found it immediately- follow the blood trail and you will too. Signed and headed back to the car.

Geo kids on scooters & geo parents on foot, we made our way to this unloved cache. Co ords good for a quick find. Grass hip height on the very short walk off the path. Tnln sl tftc xo
There is a nice thorny bush growing over GZ... Will make for a harder find soon. Thanks
Found after a late afternoon rock climbing.
No pen available, took photo of log book and collected tb.

Found on a pedal journey with googlejohn316. Thanks for the cache! Any day with cache finds is a good day
Needed a quuck one for the day...so stopped here and was fairly easy after I walked past gz and not realising haha TFTC Morley196
Parked at the pertol station on Wallgrove Rd and walked in via The Horsley Drive and M7 cycleway. A couple of road crossings then to the track right to GZ. I took a little longer to find this then it should have. TFTC.
no bikes to contend with tonight was a nice walk to GZ we made a quick find thanks
With the fires burning in the mountains we left caching for the cool and less smoke fill night time, parked close and walked up to GZ with no one around it was a quick and easy find.

Parked on Redmayne Road and legged 200 or so metres to GZ. Cyclist do get some speed through here at least they ring their bells upon approach. Now at GZ, where can it be? I'll try over there. There you are, thanks Morley
It was an easy walk from Redmayne Road to GZ where I made a quick find. What's quicker are those muggles riding their push bikes at full speed coming up behind you scaring the @?#* out of you as they fly past, TNLN thanks.
It's days (actually it's nights) like this and caches that make me realise I am very wise to keep my gumboots in the car. After a quick shoe change, a death defying road crossing and a leisurely walk in the rain, a quick search and I had the cache. SL #891 on streak day #358 TFTC
Horsley Park Road over-pass is where I often turn around and head home on the push bike.
The hint made total sense...after a couple of minutes.
Thanks for another sometimes-local hide Morley.

After work I had 45 minutes to kill before picking up my wife with our one car!?! This one was just close enough, three minutes to spare!?! Nice and quick. Cache was a little wet.

I parked east bound on the Horsley drive, near the veggie farm. Then it was a simple walk to GZ. Thanks M196, there use to be another cache nearby some time ago.
Joint FTF with Rat&Brats. A nice easy find in an area that has changed quite a lot since I used to pass through on the journey to work 25 years ago. TFTC.
I rode for 1 hour each way from home yesterday to grab the M7 - E Quest @ SIEC hide. Won't get this one today, maybe tomorrow!
Joint FTF with JustR. Yay!!
This one came up whilst we were deciding where to go, before work, for our daily cache, so we decided to make the trip out.
Several men were working on the cycle track, repairing cracks and, on approach, we thought we would be muggled out, but fortuntely, this was not the case. We were blessed with sufficient cover.
