Found the location; however, the stump is gone & could not locate the cache. Âttached

It took us along walk but we sign the log and everything is still OK.My first and only cache in FIJI Gets a FAVORITE !!!! TFTC. JUMPINN Michigan, USA
Had been working in Fiji and the last day was my only spare time. On my final morning I found this cache was close so headed out undeterred by previous DNFs. This was to be our FIRST international find and I was determined to beat Mrs NZTravellers who is due to travel internationally within the next week!
I walked straight into the complex looking like I was supposed to be there and no one asked me anything and found what was left of GZ.
I checked all around the remains but unable to locate cache.
I feel that this has been lost and I may now have to bow to Mrs NZTravellers if she gets our first international cache next week.
Maybe I will email CO with my photos and see if they will take pity on me and allow me claim this...

Managed to find this place allright and just walked in as though I was staying there. As with the last cachers to visit half the tree has now disappeared by the looks of things. Perhaps the cache is buried somewhere or I just didn't look hard enough but after a short search I gave up and moved on.
Couldn't find this one today. We think the roots have been disturbed and the cache is gone?
On a cruse with brother Colin. This one was my first cache outside of australia 
As per brother Colin's comments if I were looking for this one alone I would not of approached the hotel to sort permission to look. I would of kept walking and put it in the too hard basket.
However when the manager asked if we wanted a shovel to look for it I laughed...

My friend and I passing through Port Denerau on a cruise today.
We were hoping to get out to the islands as there is a webcam cache out there but it seems the island does not allow tourists to just stop in, O well.
So off to find a couple of others on the mainland.
This proved interesting as the cabby did not want to hang around so we paid him and started looking around.
Once we realised it is INSIDE the hotel grounds a few choice words were said...why not hide it in the front gardens where the public can go? We had to ask a reception to enter the grounds and they did not know what we were talking about so the Manager was called and he did not know either?? So who does know about this cache on their grounds?
Eventually we found it and left.
Who ever is maintaining this cache please move it to the front gardens were you can go without arousing suspicion. You will need to update the cords as well.

Was very keen to grab my first international cache, but was staying at a resort on the coral coast and none were within walking distance. Came back to Nadi to catch plane early tomorrow morning and thought that I cannot leave Fiji without collecting one smiley.
Jumped in a taxi from hotel to this other hotel and felt like hubby and I were in the amazing race. Only had the photo of front of hotel and sky view map to show our driver.
Made it to the hotel where the cache was hiding, walked in and luckily there was no one near GZ. Looked at the hint photos and located the cache. Signed and returned cache to hidey hole and then grabbed cache back to hotel.

Took an early morning walk from our hotel at Nadi beach. After some looking around we found the right way in. There were no people there so we could search undisturbed. After a little while we found the container and could sign the log. Wow our first cache in Fiji but hopefully not the last.
After the cache find we found a rental car so we could drive back to the hotel.

Our last Fiji cache as we made our way to the airport. I was not expecting to do this cache when we planned the trip as we had in the holiday package hotel - airport return transfers included - none the less I had put the coordinates into the GPS as a backup activity in case of unexpected delays at the airport. In reality it was the reverse, our hotel to airport transfer was already waiting for us when we arrived early to the lobby after checking out and off we went. The transfer turned out to be private and even though the driver was not meant to, and there was plenty of time, he was able to be convinced to do a very slight detour and stop outside GZ. I echo a previous log and I was not really comfortable about doing a cache in private property without any cache notes to suggest permission has been granted to do so. None the less this is an international hotel, and I was obviously not a local, I did walk through the lobby to the hotel grounds on the other side and located the cache easily. I used the clue as I didn't want to be there too long. Should I post a needs archiving...? I really do appreciate the cache but maybe SecretAgent-T, can I suggest that the cache be relocated to outside the front gate?
Our thanks none the less for the easy find, we enjoyed our holiday in Fiji. Thanks too to the transfer drive for putting up with me and still getting us to the check in counter before it even opened for our flight.
Now back home in Melbourne Australia - but I would rather be on your beaches with my feet up....

Stayed at Nadi for two nights as been stayed at Suva, Wananauv Beach Resort. We stayed at Novotel Motel and called Taxi to picked us up on way to City and explain Driver and surprised that there is Motel so walked thru and found it. Beautiful places.

3:30 pm | Quick find in geocaching euro-tandem on our way from Nadi to Wailoaloa. Quite strange location BTW but TFTC anyway...
Found this cache on my first day in Fiji. Seemed very strange to be going into a courtyard of a resort - this is generally a forbidden location for a cache, and the proprietors don't seem to know that it's there. Found it relatively quickly in the early morning hours and then made myself scarce. TFTC.

My first cache in Fiji. Actually there is a private area(hotel).
I entered naturely into hotel lobby. There is a large tree root. I look around in root.. But it is gone maybe.
So, replace it without the owner's purmmit. Look at attached photo. Visited many GC, TB.

We don´t understand why make cache like this?? Attribute stealth required and this place is impossible mission. The hotel staff did not know about cache and our searching caused disruption and doubts.
